Absolutely AMAZING! We had a group of 8 celebrating a bride-to-be and Santa Fe went above and beyond to make our day special! The services were phenomenal and each of the ladies bragged about how great the massages/facials were. Some even booked return services! The lunch provided was delicious and more than enough to feed all 8 of us. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a girls day or a way to treat yourself! We will certainly be back!

Update 8/11/2024:SF Day Spa - I have amended the year listed in my review to reflect that I purchased this massage package in December 2022. Thank you for clarifying that fact about the date of purchase in your response.Regarding your accusations against me: You are mistaken. I was providing honest feedback as a Santa Fe customer. I do not know why you are claiming this has something to do with earning Google “points”. That is irrelevant to my review and it does not reflect well on y’all to use that line of reasoning to try and dismiss my experience.Moreover, your decision to accuse me of writing an “dangerous and defamatory” review is both astounding and shocking. It is not befitting of honest business owners to try and retaliate against people just because they did not find the experience worth the money or time. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean and the mood lighting was a nice touch. On their website, they advertise they offer deep tissue massage, but upon arrival, we were told they do not offer deep tissue during couples massages. But then the person giving my massage said she would do deep tissue anyway just not on my neck (?). The massage was not truly deep tissue and felt like a normal relaxing touch massage. After the massage, we were told we had 30 mins in the hot tub. But the attendant had waited to turn on the water until that point, so 10 mins of that time was lost waiting for the hot tub to fill up. Then an attendant knocked on the door about 15 mins in and said it was time for us to be done—I told her there was no way we had been in there 30 mins and she said she would check the timer—she did not come back for another 15 mins, so clearly they made a mistake. There was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries included in our package, which we enjoyed. But all in all, this couples massage experience was a let down and not worth the high price tag.

When I tell you guys this experience was nothing short of phenomenal I mean that sincerely! I called on a Friday to schedule the couples package for my wife’s birthday and everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they allowed me to come in early to set up our massage room with the decor I had for my wife. The massages were unreal! I felt as if I had taken a much needed nap while wide awake lol. Definitely going back and if you’re reading this, contemplating booking, DO IT! I promise you will not regret it

Recently I shared a girls spa day with my daughters and granddaughter. Each time I visit the atmosphere is relaxing and the front desk receptionists are warm and professional. The service technicians are all wonderful. Mary Ann provides a wonderful and relaxing massage. Mary, owner and aesthetician, provides exceptional facials and body services. A newer service includes foot spa and reflexology which was relaxing.

So although the Spa isnt a top luxury spa, I will rate based on my service and not as a spa in general. Emily was superb!!! She was knowledgeable, gentle and a true professional. A gem for sure! I enjoyed my services with her. I did wish there was a relaxing waiting area with a sofa and tea or variety of juices etc. Also the reception desk is way too loud. After a service, youre in relax mode, when changing loud laughter could be heard for a few minutes and was consistent. Upon exiting staff were sitting and gathered talking and laughing. They need to do that in the staff break room not at the desk which is close to the areas where clients are, or speak at a lower tone. Overall 4 but with Emily 5, she would be my reason to return.

Yesterday was my second experience and it was wonderful. Everyone was so patient and gave a true calming experience. I need to plan my next visit asap.

I recently visited Santa Fe day Spa on June 17, 2023. I booked a couples massage a week in advance and paid the same day. Also this was my first time booking and I was told to take a survey for the the discounted price so I paid 240.00 on June 12, 2023. On the day of the spa appointment on the 17th I was charged again for 280.00 after I already paid. So I had to wait til Monday to reach them because they are closed on Sunday. They saw that they charge me twice but the refunded me the 240.00 what I paid in advance, and end up charging 280.00 the full price which they had already had an error on their end. They have your card on file so please check what you are getting charged. The spa was great I loved it but I came into an issue with payment is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars.

Wow! All I can say is wow!I was gifted a total package.Body massage, face massage, foot massage! Their therapists definitely know what they are doing!My Body massage was so awesome! Melissa B. definitely has healing hands!!!And her voice is so soothing & kind! She listens to what you are telling her & she senses those spots that need more attention!!! I didnt want my time to end!!!I cant remember the ladys name that did my face & foot massage but oh my goodness it was awesome too!!!I felt pampered the whole time I was there. Their whole staff is so kind!

I enjoyed my experience so much at this spa! I took my sister for a bridal surprise with all the bridesmaids and our mom. I explained the celebration when I booked and everyone made it a point to celebrate with us. We ordered food with our package and they set it up beautifully for us! The services were great too and theres something so special about being well taken care of!

The first time my wife and I went in, we had an amazing experience. Mary Ann and Melissa gave us a wonderful couples massage. The second time we brought my mother in-law and it wasn’t so great. Melissa was not there so another girl gave me a massage that was mediocre, at best. My mother in-law had a much worse time. Not only did the guy rush through her massage, he left the room during, and was constantly preparing the room for his next client. He also hurt her neck so bad with his “medical knowledge” that she is having to go for an MRI in the morning. Another ongoing issue is the continued confusion with our accounts. We always pay for our services well in advance and they always find reasons to charge us more money. One girl blatantly tried to charge me $30 extra for a gel nail set and would have gotten away with it if my nail tech had not stopped her. After speaking with management, whom is not at all concerned with my mother-in-law’s health issues or our concerns about them scamming us, we will not likely be back. It’s a shame, too, because Mary Ann and Melissa are fabulous!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Save your money and go elsewhere. I only booked services here because I had a gift card and I was really hoping that all of the terrible reviews were wrong. My best friend and I each did the spa pedicure. I had gel polish on my toes and the technician was ill equipped to remove it and, of course, didn’t remove all of it. She applied polish that needed to be thinned out over the remnants of gel polish. Because the polish was too thick, it was uneven and looked like I tried to do it myself. I will never return. I ended up at Foxy Nail and they did an amazing job for a lot less.

The overall experience was good. But the steam room and sauna area could use some updating, and could use an attendant more often, the baskets where you put dirty linens was overflowing onto the floor and the towel I used after getting out of the hot tub was sour smelling. It is a bit small and gets crowded quickly and could use a refreshment station like they have at the entrance. I enjoyed my massage but it was a bit harder than I was used to, so when i came home i had some bruising on my arm. All of the staff that I came in contact with were very niceThe lunch was very good.

I went here because I had a gift card. The new location has really depleted the experience here. The massage and facial were great! However, I could hear everyone talking/laughing loudly in the hall and every car going down the road during my massage. They could install white noise to help with this. I used the sauna in between my facial and massage and it is located in a hallway that everyone walks past, including men, and it has a glass door you can see through. I don’t know how women are expected to sit there in a towel and you generally don’t wear a robe in a hot sauna. The “locker room” aka two showers has a sliding door that is opened to the hallway that everyone is walking down, so if someone comes in while you are showering or changing it’s very awkward. The design and set up of the spa really took away from the experience for me. It’s very poorly designed and for that reason I won’t be back.

My husband treated me to a spa day for Mother’s Day. I booked Santa Fe Day Spa because of the convenience of the location and because of the large selection of services. I read mixed reviews on yelp and was a little apprehensive but gave it a go. I was told to arrive at least 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which I did. I filled out one sheet of paper that took about 2.5 minutes to complete and was left alone – sitting, wondering if someone was going to come get me, speak to me, walk me around, show me the sauna… something – nope, just sat there with not one person asking me if I was ok or needed anything. My appointment was at 3:30, 3:30 came and went and I finally went to the front desk to ask if I was going to be seen. The lady who did my facial came out and greeted me. I needed to use the restroom before my facial and because I had never been there before and did not know what to expect I waited until someone came and got me – I did not know that my needing to use the restroom would eat into my short facial time. Because of my need to use the restroom and my representative’s tardiness in getting me, my 25-minute mini facial lasted about 15 minutes and felt extremely rushed. I booked two services back to back and was not offered a robe, I was not shown the hot tub, nothing. After my very quick waste of $62 I was seated back in the waiting area to wait yet again for my next representative for my massage. The massage was wonderful! Because of that, I felt a little better about the experience. Overall – I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing spa treatment – this is a very large location that is loud and not like a typical, quiet, tranquil spa. If you need a quick deep tissue massage to work some stuff out, go here, otherwise – look somewhere else.

I’m not one to even write reviews but felt strongly about this one. I had the best massage I’ve ever had here a few months back with Melissa, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I called to request her and learned she was out for the week, so I went with the other masseuse there. I really just wanted a relaxing Swedish massage for my birthday, but oh my goodness it was so bad!!! I left feeling less relaxed than when I got there, along with shoulder pain I did not have before! I just laid there hoping it would be over soon! I’ll take my $100+ elsewhere next time...

This was by far one of the best experiences ever. I was given the Mama Mia package for Mothers Day and I was so impressed with the services I experienced. The staff was so hands on with me from the moment I walked in. I received my massage from Melissa, she was phenomenal, Rachel gave me my facial and it was amazing, she was amazing. She gave me some great advice for my skincare. Jade did my hair and mani/pedi, she couldnt have been anymore amazing then she was. I had the most amazing time. Much needed. I HIGHLY recommend this spa..

I went in for a all over color and cut. When I scheduled the appointment I told her that I did not want it styled just cut. The hairstylist did a fantastic job so this review in no way reflects her as she was just doing what the appointment scheduler put down. During check out I was anticipating around 106.00 but my bill was 159.00. Apparently blow drying hair is considered styling(what salon lets their customer walk out with wet hair?) and I didnt realize this. Had I known I wouldnt have allowed her to dry my hair. I was also charged for extra hair color. Not sure what that is about. I am paying for an all over color so why do I get over charged for additional hair color? Needless to say, due to the amount of my bill I was not able to tip my hair stylist the way I wanted to. I believe that I was overcharged for the services that I requested and received especially when I specifically stated NO STYLE just a cut. It seems like they sneak in extra charges in order to make more money. Doing that hurts the person who actually performed the work because now she has a measly tip because my ticket was so high. I probably wont be back to Santa Fe Day Spa and will take my business elsewhere. I dont like being surprised when I go to check out with a whole bunch of extra charges.

I would recommend Santa Fe Massage for better self care.

This was my first experience getting a pedicure here. Ive heard about this place for years and was excited to try it. The massage chair didnt work and the girl didnt really seem bothered by the fact I wanted a chair that worked. My friend traded with me because she doesnt like the massage but that chair didnt work. Our chairs were extremely worn with the material coming off the seats. Youd think if youre paying $57 for a pedicure, there would be a better quality to the equipment. The technician didnt do a good job with the leg and foot massage. There barely was one. A base coat wasnt applied to my toes but she seemed to care about getting the polish neat. Upon further inspection however, most of my toenails werent covered by polish. At least I brought my own so i was able to paint my own toes at their drying station in the lobby and my heals are still rough. Overall Ive had a better experience at other places for a better price. The management really needs to update the equipment. This is the 2nd worse pedicure of my life.

First time and last time there. I will not be back. I’ve had experience others massages in the past but this was the worst. We went in as a group and I was rushed to get undressed, my time was cut in half. My group was still getting their massage while I was already finished. The person that was giving the massage seems as if she was scared to touch me. After we all meet up the discuss our massage over bunch mines was no where near as to what that had. $110 plus a tip down the drain for nothing. So it’s a no for me!! Sorry not sorry!!

I really wish this spa would not have changed locations. The old location felt more like a spa. The lobby was spread out, a water feature and music were the sounds heard. You went to a locker room to change into a robe. A nice glass of wine or a mimosa was offered. The new location is small, has an overly bright lobby that feels more like a doctor’s office. You aren’t taken to a locker room and given a robe and sandals. The massage room was also too bright, as the windows were not covered well. There were sounds of people moving things and talking down the hall. There was very little sound insulation. There was no cafe to sit and have a snack. Afterwards, I asked if there were showers. I was directed to a small bathroom with very little privacy. The shower fixtures weren’t working properly. I really miss the sauna and hot tub as well. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years at this spa even though it was out of the way for me, but unfortunately I will not be returning. I want to feel relaxed and pampered, not like a patient in a doctors office.

I recommend Hannah and the calm experience. Product scents were pleasant but not too strong which is a plus for me. I left with firm feeling skin with a healthy glow!

This was my 3rd visit to Santa Fe and unfortunately it was not the experience I was hoping for. The new location is more of an office building than a spa, I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway and the room next door while Im trying to enjoy a massage. Its also hard to enjoy a massage when the headrest keeps dropping your head forward every time you put pressure on it so I was trying not to put weight on it which did not feel good on my neck. It appears that you only get offered a beverage if youre spending a lot of money, because only 2 of the 4 people waiting to be called back were offered beverages, I was not one of them, I was just there for a Swedish massage. The actual massage was ok, but it felt like she may have been running out of time so some of the techniques she did on my right side were not done on the left which made it feel uneven. Their prices are higher than many others around here and in my opinion its not worth it. Part of the spa experience is the ambience and they lost that in the move to their new location.

Love this place the people are so nice, and the environment is very calming to the point of falling asleep! The new sauna is amazing I got in before my massage, and the massage was breathtaking with candles lit around me while soothing music played. I will definitely be back 😁

Last visit was my last time. The young girls at the front desk seemed disinterested in my arrival as I had to wait what seemed like several minutes to be acknowledged. I had signed up for two services and they completely forgot my pedi! I had waited forever in the locker room until I finally went to front desk and received no apology. Honestly go somewhere better if you can. In my experience it wasnt worth it and I had tried several services. I work too hard to go somewhere I dont feel appreciated.

Nowhere near as serene and nice as the previous location. Loud talking in the hallway. Brightly lit. Masseuse rolled around on a stool to get from one side of the table to the other. Sheet was dirty or stained. Headrest tattered and unsightly. Supposed to be for a 90 minute massage...Appointment was for 1:00. I was collected at 1:10. Walked back out in the lobby to pay at 2:20. Add in an additional 5 minutes lost to getting re-dressed. So yeah, more like a 65 minute massage though 90 minutes were purchased. Honestly, I was just ready to go and didnt bother mentioning it. Other than rolling around on the stool, the masseuse did a good job but I wont be back. This wasnt the spa experience that Im used to experiencing.

I have never been more disgusted with a business. I spoke to a very pleasant girl on the phone at Santa Fe Day Spa the other day. I was not sure how the process worked and I wanted to plan something special for my wife. This girl gave me all the info and I told her I would call back to make my wifes appointment. So today I called and a very rude woman Answered the phone and when I asked for the Pleasant girl who helped me before , she was very rude and told me this was a business like I was making a personal call to this girl. First of all I know its a business second I was about to buy a big Spa package for my wife the top of the line package. But your company must not like money its obvious you all dont want my business. Thanks for saving me the money.

Bradley did an amazing job with my hour long massage, I have never been more relaxed or happy. It seemed like it was his mission to make me feel comfortable, secure, and relaxed. I will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

This Spa was outstanding!!! From the greeting right down to the very end. My massage therapist was the best Ive had in years. My facial therapist was extremely informative and just a plain ole sweetheart. The entire experience was amazing! I will definitely become a repeat customer.

I was introduced to Santa Fe Day Spa about 5 years ago. I absolutely loved my experience so much so that I purchased gift cards on several different occasions for birthday gifts. I was a little disappointed when I learned that they were changing locations and would no long offer the light snack/lunch. Yet and still I purchased two gifts as Christmas gifts in 2019 for my brother & his wife who live out of state. Needless to say the COVID-19 PANDEMIC created a NEW NORMAL for the ENTIRE WORLD! Under the circumstance I just knew Santa Fe Day Spa would be more than accommodating with my 2019 purchase... NOT THE CASE!!! I called to inquire about my options; a young lady took my name, number, and both gift card numbers but I never heard anything back. So, I decided to call again today & a member of management was of little to no help at all!!!This review is coming from a person who loved this place so much so that I felt the need to gift others with a GREAT experience.However, after reading the reviews of the establishment since the change of owners/management/relocation AND after the lack of service I recently received, I know WITHOUT ANY DOUBT Santa Fe has loss MY business for good!!!

Went for a girls day to the spa and it was very nice. All the employees we came into contact with were super professional. The spa was very well maintained and we had a wonderful time here. I would highly recommend a girls day here.

I went in to buy a facial product. The staff was super helpful and friendly helping me choose a product, but I was shocked that the front desk person was not wearing a mask. For a place that is supposed to be a wellness center, I found this very irresponsible, especially considering the tiny front room/check out area that is impossible to maintain 6 feet of distance. Im disappointed- have been going to Santa Fe for about 12 years to get facials and skin care products. I will not be going back until well after the pandemic is over and masks are no longer needed.

I recently had a massage and was disappointed. The massage therapist never elicited any feedback from me. Never asked me if the pressure was too much or too little. I eventually asked her to back off after mistakenly giving her too much latitude thinking that I would get used to it or be glad I suffered through it. Ultimately it was a terrible experience. I left feeling much worse than when I arrived. I have had many massages, I can appreciate that when doing deep tissue work it often feels worse before feeling better. This is different. I almost stopped the massage half way through. Too much pressure, too much elbow work, poor technique.While I can live with a subpar massage, my biggest disappointment was when I was asked by the cashier if I enjoyed my experience. I told the truth and told her it was not good. She seemed apologetic, but promptly asked for my $95. No mention of, let me grab a manager and discuss it or anything like that. I even alluded to the fact that I doubted I would return after this experience, again mildly apologetic but retaining me as a customer was not a concern.So I left $95 poorer, much more uncomfortable, and angry that I felt taken advantage of.

I had a great experience in the salon. Christina was great - she listened to what I wanted and took her time. She did a full hair cut and blonde highlight along with toner and was very reasonably priced. Id highly recommend Santa Fe Day Spa and especially Christina for anyone looking for a new hair style.

Santa Fe Day Spa is a beautiful salon and they are all polite and pamper you. The chairs you sit in for them to wash your hair recline into a lying down position and are the most comfortable Ive ever sat it. No more being uncomfortable in awkward neck positions! I also LOVE that they always have coupons and discounts for referrals available. Its so expensive to get your hair done today so that is a huge bonus! Both Sheila and Sarah are amazing at hair color especially bayalage and cut. I would highly recommend both!

I have been to this spa a few times. I will say that the people here are very friendly ! Shelby who does the facials and Rah who does nails are absolutely amazing. I rate this spa 3.5/5 because it is so LOUD. I have told the host about this before, and they said to come back earlier in the week and during the mornings. I tried again today and it was not bad at first. There were less people so I figured okay this might be the best time to come. In the middle of my massage there was so much laughter and talking. It totally takes you out of your zone! I go from being relaxed to completely annoyed. I walked down the hallway, and in room four it was an employee with a client. There are signs that say quiet zone and even the employee is being loud back there?!! Take your client to the sitting area to converse and laugh.... that is not fair to the people that are in the back paying for a service. I normally go to Ross Bridge Spa Resort and I am trying to give this place a chance because its closer to where i live, they are reasonable priced, and a little cheaper than Ross Bridge. It seems like this spa is more for day parties or wedding parties versus a place to get some peace and quiet/ or some you time.I will try to come back and visit one more time next month. I am told to come on a Monday or Tuesday in the evening or morning. They really need to do something about the noise. Insulate the walls or something.

The front desk was super friendly!! Leigh Ann does my dermaplane and it wonderful! My face feels amazing and the service includes a should rub. The table is heated and the room is quiet. Relaxing and fabulous! This is my second visit and I will be back! Made my next appt. Worth every dollar!!

I bought my girlfriend the Girls Day Out package for her birthday, and opted for the 50 minute massage. The package is said to be 3 hours, 50 minute massage, spa manicure, spa pedicure, light snack. Appointment was for 10, was told to tell her to get there at 930. She got there at 920 and they gave her locker#1 that they said doesnt open sometimes, not sure why they couldnt have just given her the next locker because she wasnt able to get back in it, and when she asked for help they treated her like she was a nuisance. They tell her she can use the hot tub while she waited for her appointment. She got in it and they didnt even bother turning the jets on. Her masseuse called in so they offered her a 25 minute massage and 25 minute facial instead. Was 1030 before they got to her. Mani and pedi took about 20 minutes each, and felt rushed. So I paid for a 3 hour service that was actually less than 2. I dont recommend buying any packages from here, and wont be back.

I have been going for years and like new facility. Massages/facials are great and permanent make up is amazing! I have had a few applications and it looks great. Staff is very good about listening and understanding what clients want.

Every year my husband gives me a spa day to finish up the school year. The anticipation truly keeps me going sometimes! I enjoyed a day of pampering and lunch that were amazing. I LOVE going to Santa Fe Day Spa for some me time. And if you go, get there early so you can enjoy the hot tub and sauna.

I came in the Friday before Mothers Day. I was gifted with the bliss at the ritz . That was my first time at Santa Fe Day Spa. I was very disappointed the massege therapist would not shut up! For 50 mins she talked and talked and talked . My manicure and pedicure were fine but I wasnt fully relaxed . I felt really uneasy . I came back two weeks later to get a chemical peel. . I had a good experience that time. The idea at Santa Fe Day spa is a beautiful well set up place.

I got a massage for my birthday…wow! I felt so great afterwards. The entire staff I communicated with was so polite and welcoming. Not to mention how great the facility looks. Will definitely be going back!

My husband gifted me with a massage and a mani/pedi for my birthday on Friday (Nov 2) The massage was amazing, professional and overall very relaxing. The pedi, I have no complaints. However, the manicure was beyond disappointing for the price. I paid extra to upgrade to gel polish. My cuticles are peeling and look terrible. The polish chipped and started peeling that night. I asked for a French manicure with colored tips that has already started chipping, as well. The lines are uneven. And you can see where she used the nail file across my nails because it left scratches under the gel polish. The girl that did my nails was super nice but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the cost of a terrible result.

I would have given a negative star if there was an option. If you want to save your money and skin from getting damaged dont ever go here. Dont ever trust them. They give all false statements and convince you to sign the papers and go for the treatment by saying they have 15 years of experience and all. Earlier I had a treatment here which made my skin more worse. When I asked them what to do they said they can only refund me 50% of amount which is $250. Though they made my skin worse I accepted for 50% refund. It has been more than a month they did not process the refund and are neither responding to my emails nor calls. Waste of money and time to go here.

Their website advertises Our hair salon is known for its hair color, hair cuts and special occasion hair. Bought my wife a gift card on 12/23/19 for Christmas so she and our daughter could have their hair and nails done together. When we called to schedule the appointment on 1/20/20, they said they closed the salon on 12/26/19. When i asked for a refund, Beth said they dont give refunds. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! ...Also, as of 1/20/20, they are still advertising their 8000 sq ft salon on their website.

My boyfriend and I visited on 3/9/19 for a couples hot stones massage. The massage therapist that I had didnt seem experienced at all. He bumped the table several times, dropped the stones on my back and in the tub making quite a bit of noise. My boyfriend who never complains did say that he too was disappointed in his therapist. Instead of it being a relaxing visit it turned into a very uncomfortable visit. In regards to the massage itself...thry were very poor. Weve been to other places to get the same service and it was enjoyable and much more expensive. We are willing to spend the extra money and get a more professional quality massage. We will not be returning.

Upon entering the girl at the desk was on a call but acknowledged our presence and asked us to hold. Shortly after we were greeted, verified our appointment and we filled out some basic any allergies or illnesss paperwork. We were moved to the locker room to change into robes and proceeded to get massages which were pretty great. Relaxed in the hot tub for a few until moving on to facials. The only thing with that was when digging into my nose i guess for blackheads or whatever that was a little painful my face felt like baby skin afterwards so i pushed through. Lastly was the pedicures.....just to keep it short the girl who did my feet was great the job not so much. Overall it was a great, plan to go back again in about a months time!

Loved my day at Santa Fe! All the staff was super kind and knowledgeable. I feel refreshed and I can’t wait to come back with my friends and husband. Tip: get there early so you can enjoy the hot tub and sauna!

Experiencing SFS was alright. Too pricey. The best part for entire 50 minutes was neck massage which is toward the very end. Felt like a beginner. Did not ask where my stress points or concerns were. Had the hot stone massage. No pressure applied at all. Literally, like a kid rubbing me with stones, no passion or enthusiasm.Overall, alright. I received better service at the school of massage by Brookwood hospital. Seriously. I’m pretty experience with receiving professional massages. This was for the birds.

Ive been going here for almost 8 years now but will never go back. I had a 2 oclock appointment, arrived about five minutes early, and 30 mins later Im still sitting there trying to drink down a watered down orange juice they called a mimosa. There were kids running around and the girl that was supposed to do my hair still hadnt acknowledged my presence. Obviously I walked out. Really wanted my hair done since Im having surgery tomorrow but it didnt happen .This place has really gone to hell. Sad

Our couples massage was so relaxing and comfortable. The massage therapists were very professional and informative. We had a great experience from the moment we checked in until we walked out. Well definitely be back.

The massage was great! The facial was just ok, as they left exfoliation residue on our faces that we had to wipe off afterwards. The waiting area between services is either in the locker room on a small bench or out in the open with people coming to check-in and eat. We enjoyed the snack plate and mimosas, though.

Great! Everyone here was super nice and helpful. It was definitely a very relaxing experience. I had an ultimate facial and it left my skin feeling super smooth, firm, and brightened. I only wish Id planned to spend more time here!

A couple of friends and I surprised one of our friends thats about to get married for a special Pamper Day. It was one of the best experiences for all four of us. MaryAnne did my massage and I promise her hands were personally kissed by God! Madison (with her cute little baby bump) did my Mani. She was awesome and fun to chat with. Malina prepared our lunch and it was wonderful. Melanie did my facial and she was very sweet and a pleasure to talk with. I loved my experience here and I will definitely be coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a 50 minute couples massage with the “new” Santa Fe Spa and Wellness. Do not waste your money. The time for my massage was cut very short, the atmosphere is clinical and not “spa-like”. What ever changes they have made at Santa Fe are NOT for the better.

Went in to have my hair color touched up and a trim done. My hair was bleached poorly, to the point that the hairdresser said the dreaded oops about halfway through my tone process and needed to go back in to even up the bleach job. My after was a half gray toned, half chicken yellow color. I had to wait a month for the horrible toner job to wash out before I could go to another hairdresser to fix it. The hair cut was not at all what I asked for. On the plus side, I got charged half price, but even $80 was too much to have someone jack up my hair that bad.

Me and my girl went here for a couples massage. First off they came out to get us late. So we didnt get the full hour massage. More like 45 minutes. They didnt have the champagne that your suppose to get with the service. The girls didnt even seem like they tried that hard at the massage. My girl is gonna leave a review later today.

Walked in and was greeted by receptionist and she said I’ve already have you checked in without me saying my name. Did not have to wait long before Mary came out and took me to the room. My wife has been horribly overworked and underappreciated at her job recently. She needed something special, and you provided that. I sent her there for a massage, facial and pedicure. She called after her morning and sounded more relaxed and happy than she has in a while. I dont know whether or not she loved the spa package - or the other amenities (cafe/sauna) more. She raved about it all. Thank you so very much!

Not happy with eyeliner, I had upper and lower lids lined, the bottom lids were not a line they were dot space dot. Mary said to call in four to six weeks or later! I called to speak with Mary she was busy and they said she would call back. Mary sent a text and told me how busy she was and if I needed to have redone it would be$ 200.00.Very disappointed! I am not happy with results or the response. I had upper lids done a couple years ago and I went back to have upper lids refreshed and lower lids done. Wasn’t cheap but I will not be returning

I had my hair blow dried today by Peyton. She was awesome! She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about how to style my coarse, curly hair and the products they use and sell. I will definitely be back.

I came into your spa on 611 Dough Baker Blvd, Birmingham, Al. on February 26, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. I had a chemical peel. Within an hour after the procedure, my face had blisters (pic #1). I am taking no medication that would have interfered with the chemicals used in the peel. The esthetician used too strong of a concentration of the acid on my face.I spoke with and sent pictures to the esthetician the following day. Her name is Catherine. Her advice was to put cortisone on it and call her back Thursday when she returned to work. On Wednesday, my face was not getting better (pic #2.) I called the spa and ask to speak to the manager, Lori. The front desk personnel would not let me speak with her. I called Thursday and again, the front desk would not let me speak to her but I could speak with Catherine. For no better choice of words, I fell like I am getting the run around and the front desk is covering for the esthetician.I am very up set. I want my $130 returned to me and any medical expense I might incur.Teresa Chandler Glass

This was one of the beat places Ive ever been. But, recently I called and inquired about them being on Groupon. The lady assured me they were on Groupon and if I saw something I liked, just screenshot it and notify the spa, theyd be glad to offer it to me at a Groupon price. Well unfortunately, I couldnt find them on Groupon. Was very disappointed! I love their services, just too expensive. I can get a 30-50 dollar massage anywhere. Thanks but no thanks.

Each time I have had a treatment done there, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone working there has been nice and helpful. They did forget to bring the snack one time, but when I reminded them of it, they were most apologetic and brought it to me promptly.

Britney gave an AMAZING manicure and pedicure!! and I had a 60 minute massage with Brad that had me so relaxed I had no idea what year it was when I came out. Great experience overall!

I got microdermabrasion and chemical peel. I would highly recommend Amanda and plan to go back and use her. She was very professional and even called to check on me the day after my appointment to see how I did. Plus my face looks great .

There is so much to say about this place and its not good. I have been here before and I have known ppl who have worked there and I hear so many complaints. Change your policies and how you treat customers and your workers.****UPDATE****The company replied to my previous review saying they have no record of me being there but in fact I have. I was actually there twice but under a different name for I wasnt married then so of course they wouldnt have a record of it. So my statements stand true and are from experience. You cant reply to peoples statements and reviews that are bad and just simply say that I havent been there so it isnt accurate. AMAZING!!! The girls in the hair salon pampered me more than any other salon. The shampoo bowls are sooo comfortable! The girls at the front are very hospitable. It was a nice experience
