I love going to this vape shop!!! Sam is always super helpful and is always willing to help out and answer any questions that I have. He is very patient and always gives the best customer service! Receiving everyone with a smile ! He’s very knowledgeable and treats everyone with kindness!

Sam the manager, does a great job with his customers, knows how to communicate with us and provide the best experience when you walk into the shop. Defiantly recommend to shop here they have the best prices and best experience.

If only I could give zero stars to this place and report them to the proper authorities. My daughter and her 22 year old boyfriend tried to purchase from this store tonight only to have one of the employees attempt to destroy my daughter’s boyfriend’s ID. He literally ripped the ID out of his hands and tried to snap it in half by bending it backwards and forwards over and over. Needless to say, Hoover Police were called and informed the employee that the ID was in fact real. But do you think this employee apologized for attempting to destroy a legal ID OR for calling my daughter’s boyfriend a “retarded 16 year old”? NO. He continued to be rude and refused to offer any form of apology. Steer clear of this place - they clearly hire bottom of the barrel individuals, your money is better spent elsewhere.UPDATE: this “employee” was actually the manager. Sam, if you’re reading this, you should be ashamed, if not disgusted, with yourself. Consider yourself lucky my daughter’s boyfriend passed on coming back to the store to “settle this like men”. You clearly know nothing about being a “man”.

I just went here around 8:20 pm and no one was working in the store. All the lights were on, open sign on, and doors unlocked. Waited for 5 minutes and no one came to help or was even in the store

I spend thousands and thousands of dollars a year at my local hoover vape/smoke shops none have ever pleased me with price/service( my man David is the man with the plan)/ selection of everything box mod kits pod kits cart kits stick kits newest and nicest tanks with many color options, juice selection and pricing is best I’ve seen in months. Has let’s just say certain blue dot p I p e s you don’t see anywhere near hoover as well as whip cream chargers. Huge smoke shop selection grinders/bowls/ rigs/bongs. This place even has very high quality knives and snap backs!!! Me fellow Hooverites this is the newest and best vape head shop we’ve had to date!!!
