Bad Customer Service.I have been trying to call for months, but no one answers the phone, and the voicemail is always full. After calling three times in one day, someone finally answered. I was trying to book an appointment for my daughter and me. After successfully booking an appointment, I received a call saying there was an issue and no appointment or stylist was available. What is the point? They dont answer, appointments get canceled, and now I have to find a place last minute to get my daughters hair done before school starts. Very disappointing! If you want to wait 6 months for an appointment to then be canceled, be my guest.
The salon is beautiful, and every person I met through the door was wonderful until I got to my stylist. He was quite late to our appointment, to the point where another person had to start washing me out, already 20 minutes past my appointment time. Additionally, I was asked at the end of the haircut “would you like me to curl it?” which I have been asked at every salon I have ever been to. I replied in these words exactly, “oh just do whatever is easiest for you”. And he said “I’ve been doing hair 30+ years, curling would be quite easy”. I said great, and he simply curled my hair with a barrel. When I got to the check out, he said I owed $135. I was pretty astonished, he said it was because he used a hot tool on my hair, it was an extra fee. It was very unclear that he intended to charge me $70 for that portion of the haircut. Needless to say I am pretty upset, as I was very excited to try this place so close to my house with such great reviews.
I visited this salon recently and want to share my experience. The stylist initially offered to stay late to work on my hair, but unfortunately, the service took a turn for the worse. Throughout the appointment, he rushed through the process, displaying rough handling, especially during the washing stage, I also had a small burn from the hair dryer/hot rolling brush, and hair dye on my skin that was very hard to remove when I arrived home. What shocked me most was the inclusion of extra charges for products that were not disclosed beforehand.Additionally, at checkout he became frustrated because of issues with the system, showcasing a different demeanor from the initial interaction. The lack of transparency regarding these additional fees was particularly disheartening as it created a misleading impression. I left feeling disappointed and misled.In conclusion, I strongly advise avoiding this stylist at all costs.
The ladies here are so friendly. They all care so much about the work they do. The salon has online booking which makes it convenient. Ive only had my haircut here but they offer other services as well. Cute spa salon is located in a nice spot as well. Ive been seeing a stylist here for about 4 years.
Terrible customer service. If a consultation is needed prior to coming in to get your hair done that is something that should be communicated with the client before they come in. I came in the day before my birthday to get a fresh new look for my birthday plans, hoping to go lighter, I even called earlier in the week to confirm everything and when I got in, they refused to do my hair. They scheduled me for a 4 hour window for color and a trim and said they couldn’t complete the services I was willing to pay for. I am glad I didn’t waste my money on this place.
I just went to The Blue Daisy today. It was my first time and I made a couple of mistakes when it came to store procedures but the stylists were very patient with me 🤭 my appointment was with Eva, who was really nice and efficient with my haircut. She asked me about myself while working and let me relax whenever I started getting a little tuckered out. She did an amazing job on my hair and took off 8 inches all around! I gave her a picture for reference and she was as spot on as she could be considering my hair type. Also her apprentice Janiah washed my hair and she did great as well. She took the time to give me an excellent scalp massage (with awesome pressure might I add, I almost fell asleep in the chair) and made my hair feel super clean 👌.My experience with this duo was 10/10 and I cant wait to have a follow-up appointment with them soon!
The place is beautiful & clean, people are really nice. I had my eyelash fill done. The tech was nice however, she was very heavy handed. Was pushing hard on my forehead the whole time, removing some old lashes she pulled several of my real ones out (OUCH). Some of the extensions are to close to my skin & it hurts when i close my eyes. As well, i wanted my eyelashes done thin and they are kind of to thick for my taste. I appreciate the work she did and she is SUPER SUPER NICE But, ultimately I am not happy with them and have to go in and have them thinned out or completely redone. $80 was what i paid including tax. I would still recommend this place and this tech to anyone.

I have gone to Eva and she is one amazing lady. The first time I went to her I told her about my hair and the cut and color she gave me made me feel so beautiful when I left the salon. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic this lady is. She is very Professional at her work. The salon is beautiful and all the ladies are so friendly and attentive to their customers. I love Blue Daisy. I highly recommend Eva and she was recommended by my granddaughter. Five plus stars for this salon.
Paulette did my hair! She did an amazing job! She is so sweet and I had a great experience today. My hair looks amazing and it feels so nice. I never loved my hair more thanks to Paulette :) everyone here is so friendly and it is a very clean and relaxing salon.
While visiting family in verrado I missed my hair appointment in Manhattan Kansas. I was nervous about booking a haircut at a new salon but when I found out it was an Aveda salon I felt much better. Morgan was my stylist and let me tell you shes amazing. She asked a lot of questions as to what I wanted. I left the salon with the best cut. I will definitely use this salon when I visit. I highly recommend The Blue Daisy and Morgan.
I loved my stylist Karla...I havent got a haircut since Covid started! I have really thick hair and its really difficult to cut. She was willing to work with pics I brought and me until it was perfect FOR ME. I have had a terrible 4 months and needed a new start for a new me. This was what I needed. Great place for self care.
Josephina has been doing my facials and she is seriously the best! She makes you feel so comfortable! I have never experienced a facial like that. She knows exactly what she is doing and is very experienced. I’m always so excited to get a facial with her. Josephina is also really good at doing eyebrows. For the longest time I was struggling with my eyebrows and finding someone is always difficult. She brought my brows back to life!
I really needed a fresh color but my appointment was only for a cut. Eva couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was so pleasant and understanding of my needs that I walked out feeling like a million dollars. Anyone I encountered while I was there was very nice and professional. Thanks for a much needed uplift!! I was very pampered.
Eva was beyond amazing! Not only did she have the right questions to ask, she listened! She has just the right amount of small talk, and my haircut/style was spot on!! I will be a new regular! The complimentary mini spa treatment was a great start to experience there. Just awesome
I love this place! I went to Karina and she is absolutely AMAZING and I LOVE her! I have blonde platinum hair and I’m constantly changing fashion colors And she makes it happen! She is very gentle she cares about my hair is much is I do! She’s always making sure that I’m comfortable and that she is gentle with my hair so she does not cause any damage when coloring. Her recommendations for my hair regimen when I’m home is always spot on. She has transformed my hair completely!
I just left The Blue Daisy and felt I needed to write a review. I loved my experience in every way possible.I booked a 60 minute signature massage. It was catered to my preferences in every way. They allow you to pick your own therapeutic oils and scents along with what you would like them to focus on.My massage artist, and she truly was an artist was Adrienne. I cannot say enough kind words about her. She has perfected this craft, made this her art and was just absolutely wonderful. I felt at peace and was able to fully relax. She treated everything she did with such care, from her own style of massage to simply moving the blankets in between the works to the next area of the body. I greatly appreciated her service and would highly recommend this salon/spa to everyone.
I started going here after my hair was butchered by a previous beautician. I loved how the stylist, Karla, was kind, helpful and came up with a long term solution to fix the issue. Ive been back to her multiple times now and have greatly appreciated her honesty and expertise.

I totally understand this salon is busy. Which great for them, but if you are not accepting new clients nor want to help them there is a better way than saying so. First off called the salon (finally answered on the 4th try) to be greeted by nothing I had to be the one to say um HI is this the blue daisy? Yes... (crickets).. Id like to see availability for a Saturday do you all accept people on a waitlist??.(i get sat. Are always busy).. then her responce The waitlist has a waitlist ya pretty busy.A great salon would reply... Of course what service are you looking for? She didnt ask me anything.. how soon? Possible other days of the week? Nothing... for the few people who recommend The Blue Daisy must have magic money because they obviously dont want mine... disappointed in first impression.
I had my hair cut with Georgina. She listened to me, discussed options with me, and gave me exactly what I asked for. The salon itself is clean, bright, and very relaxing. The scalp and hand massage, and the warm towel wrap were excellent too! Ill be back!
VERY DISAPPOINTED - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI cancelled my appointment the day BEFORE scheduled via voicemail including my name and phone number after 3 unsuccessful separate attempts to reach a person**NOTE: no one seems to be able to answer their phone any more or return callsNo one contacted me to acknowledge my cancellation or contact me to reschedule.The next day, I was shocked when I looked online at my bank account and I was charged $80.Ive been a LOYAL customer for over 6 years with the same hairdresser and have referred friends to this salon/spa.This is the SECOND Incident in which I contacted them with no return call. After 2 weeks.
Got a lash lift and initially I liked it. Some of the lashes could have been laid better but what I really had a problem with is that my lashes got really kinky or pointed down etc. idk if it’s the solution she used but this hasn’t happened to me before with my other lash lift treatments. I’m debating on going back but Idk if it’ll be worth it
I took my kid here today for spa day for both of us for their 21st birthday. The customer service was outstanding, and the massage and facial were also outstanding.
I had thee best experience here! I had a pretty botched cut from a previous boutique. C was patient and was able to fix my hair beyond my biggest expectation. I wont go anywhere else moving bforward!
Not a bad place, but wish the process for lash lift and brow tint were talked through to ease some anxiety as it was my first time. Overall though, the atmosphere was nice and I will return for other services.
First time trying this place and I booked two appointments, two hours apart and was super early because the web appointment was wrong. There was a problem with timing so my first brow tint appointment was complimentary which I thought was nice. The second appointment was eyelash extensions and Karina was great! She new just what I was explaining on length, volume etc. Not cheap but definitely quality and super staff. I will be back!
Love this place. I got the one hour massage and one hour facial. It was one of the best I have ever had. Adrienne worked out all the aches in my back. I will be sleeping well tonight. I also appreciated that they took their time with each appointment and didnt rush through it. Thank you for a great spa day!

Had an appt with one of the lash technicians, she was nice and I was greeted politely. I was getting my lashes filled originally but we decided to just remove them. I asked her how much it was to get them removed... she told me $50. So I went to go check out and the desk lady told me that it was $79.... but just a few minutes before my lash technician said it was only $50.... don’t know if there was some miscommunication or what...
Im here in Buckeye, AZ visiting for the holidays and my friends took me to the Blue Daisy for a pedicure. It was incredible! Excellent, friendly, and very professional service with the quality of Aveda products. Very reasonably priced, too! Ill be making an appointment everytime I visit here in the future.
This place is awsome! i got my daughter and my nails yesterday and their service was amazing! it was super duper relaxing and very calming! i strongly suggest you and family or friends come to this nail place!
I live in the community....so disappointed. I have tried manicure several times always disappointed.. had my hair done 2 x by marisa $240 and so so upset. First time ok second time she was so involved a in her own life my hair didnt matter. She cut my bags so short took months to grow out....over all terrible. They did have a good massage therapist but she is no longer there. To bad.....
I often forget to post reviews but this one I had to share! I was wanting to take my sister to get pampered as we had her surprise birthday party that evening but, her living in buckeye makes the options few. I called not thinking we could get an appointment for mani/pedi for 2 but to my surprise I called Friday night and they were able to get us in. I had to share that because far too often people only complain or talk just about services not the willingness to get customers in especially on the weekends! Now to the actual service it too was 5 stars for both of us!! I had Melissa and sis had Marisa both were fabulous!! They were personable and did beautiful work!! It was like chilling with your girlfriends painting each others nails...they made the start of our day on the perfect foot! Thanks girls for a wonderful experience and a beautiful job!! we will be back even though I live in Maricopa I’m always on that side of town visiting my sis!!Thx dawn and crystal!🥰

Made appointment for message, the message therapist didn’t show. Waited for an hour to get a manicure it was superficial and half done. Got a pedicure and it was also half done. Nail tech refused request to remove ingown nails and did not remove my calluses. This spa is over rated and over priced. Glad this isn’t the only place around!
Well, at first Moresa did a wonderful job! My 2nd time in she was pre occupied with employees and did a awful job on my hair, 1 asked for a few accent highlights, she did a partial and when I went to get the cut corrected, she asked me not to come back.I owned a Aveda Salon and referred a friend, she hated her hair, went t another Aveda Salon the same day.....she spent over $200, I spent close to $150.Unless one I is booked 8 weeks in advanced, she should not be turning people away, just stay away.
This has been my second time coming here to get my eyebrows waxed and I absolutely love it. I definitely recommend! The staff is super nice and friendly and they go our of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Be very careful in dealing with this salon. The salon has canceled 4 appointments in a row. 2 of them when I showed up and they refuse to accept responsibility, or apologize, but try to blame the client as if the client is the one who sets the schedules. Due to COVID - 19 there can be issues however when the stylist calls you directly, sets and confirms the appointment then tells you the error is you. What a joke.
My two fave stylist Naomi and Mario moved to this Salon unfortunately after I had to move my hair appts around because of work and my daughter was late for her hair appt I was told by Marisa (manager)my business nor my mothers was welcomed there any longer over some scheduling policy ( that I was never made aware of) . My mother had spent 100s of dollars there within a few days there but the manager could care less! Horrible Customer Service! No People Skills! Luckily I found Lemonds and yes they have a scheduling policy bit guess what they told me all about it on my first call to schedule. Clean and nice salon. Lots of services offered. Great location. They have a boutique with products to buy, along with hair care products. They have a full selection of Aveda products, however they are not recognized on the Aveda website as an Aveda salon. I verified with Aveda and the Manager of Blue Daisy that this is because they sell products other than Aveda. When I first went in to make an appointment I was greeted by a freindly receptionist who gave me a quick tour of the salon. I was able to schedule the appointment I wanted within the week, so it was nice to not have to wait too long. The salon is clean and well maintained. I wasnt satisfied with my stylist so I have not been back, but I would recommend this as a nice salon to try.

It was ok. The front door enters into the salon floor instead of the front desk....so thats odd. I got a massage which was ok. The rooms are very small so its awkward with 2 people in there. The walls are paper thin so its hard to relax when you hear talking and blow dryers. I will keep shopping for massage therapist.
They don’t answer the phone. I started calling on Friday morning, it’s now Monday afternoon and they haven’t answered one call or returned any of my messages. I would book online but they don’t have the option to book pedicures on their website.
I would look elsewhere. Extremely overpriced.I went there and had Mario, who is no longer there. I truly believe he scammed me. My price for services were almost $300.Just went to a different AVEDA salon, same services Mario did, charged me under $200.Hmm, now how does that happen???Plenty of Salons who are honest.
