Theyre very informed and knowledgeable on what they carry as well as provide the best variety of selections and deals. Id heavily recommend to check them out if you havent or consider being a regular as theyre the best in the community in my opinion.

Much better customer service experience than most vape shops in DFW. I bought a defective device, came in the next day, and after confirming, they gave me a new one. Btw, they do offer some nicotine vape samples but can’t possibly offer them for every flavor. To expect that, is stupid.

Not one of the best spots. They charge a lot not to have samples of vapes. I bought not knowing what it would it taste like. Came back and ask if I could buy a used one and was told no. Manager couldn’t even come out and talk to his paying customer. Smh you lost a great customer on Xmas.

I was having issues with my SMOK vape and decided to return to where I bought it. The gentleman and another gentleman assisted in the help I needed with this device. My device was cleaned and managed very carefully. I was schooled on how to change out flavors. My vape was having issues with not tasting at all with flavor so we got that all taken care of and they went the extra mile.Thanks guys. You are the best!!!

Trash. Got a esco and it stop working next day. Their logic is “we checked it before you left” well dummy these faulty ones break days later . Would not give money back so if you don’t like donating money i suggest do not go to these poor hustlers!

It was my 1st encounter and experience at this vape shop.It was not a pleasant one. I was told that he sells Escobars 2 for $30. Which honestly I thought that was a good deal until he started running his mouth about the comps in the area charging way way more.He was telling me people were charging $45 for escobars and I asked him where? I explained to him Ive never paid those prices those prices the Max Ive paid is $17.He continues to go back and forth with me and puts up the vape i asked for back inside the shelf, As if hes indicating Im not going to buy.At that point I didnt wanna do business with him.And after our conversation I remembered I bought a vape right down the street at a gas station for 16.99 the same Escobar brand.If youre a whole seller youre already ripping us off by charging us $20 for 1.Dont start throwing out numbers as if you do us a favor.Thats extremely catty and a terrible for first impression.
