Hey right after wing-fest me & my husband came right over…. We were told reservations only for the patio but they got us in right away…. We sit by the pool in the shaded area. Our waitress Jayne, was phenomenal. She got us drinks & food right away! She even got us ice cream at the end to celebrate our anniversary! This Hawaii atmosphere club is epic & worth checking out on the north side of Chi-Town…. Good food, service, drinks at reasonable price with nice smooth & grove music! Come check it out! I promise you will enjoy definitely an highlight!

I havent been here in years. I didnt know they changed the name. But regardless, my friends and i had a really fun time. They music was a hit, and some good throw backs. Definitely go again. Its the vibe.

This place keeps losing my reservation. I made reservations for my sisters birthday and they cancelled my reservation the day of. Right now in this moment they cancelled my reservation for my daughters birthday tomorrow. Im completely done with this

I was there last week it was pretty good I liked the music. And I can’t remember how much the drinks were cause we were already pretty turnt cause we had came from the apartment and if y’all get hungry there’s a taco place that’s open until 4am right by the shell gas station. My friend Maria is a GREAT dancer she got to go up by the DJ and this random guy let us drink from the bottle it was 🔥 everyone is friendly. Good time ✌️

This place is great!! Constantly people coming into this long and loud lounge. With house music poppin in the front and pop music bumping in the back. Its a great atmosphere with two floors and really good lighting. Theyve nailed the aesthetic on the head with this one. Security is active and on top of things. Shout out to Joey for handling business in a cool and professional matter! Made the rest of our night fantastic. Ill definitely be bringing my friends back to this place!

The security staff is beyond amazing and on point! Girlfriend had her purse stolen and they had already recognized and recovered the purse within the 15 minutes it happened. I could not be more pleased by the genuine responsibility they take so seriously. Very impressed and thankful for the staff at this establishment!

Went here on Saturday and was having a good time until the lady bartender working the upstairs bar stole money. I asked for cup of water, she asked if I had a tip, to which I thought thats not how this works... But I obliged by asking for change for $20. She took it, poured the water, and walked away. Took 10 min and telling a bouncer to get her attention. She first denied I gave her money so I called out the cameras, then she changed to say I asked for bottled water, which I didnt have... Bouncer finally gave me $10 and escorted me and my friends outside. Talk about slimy people, no wonder this place has such a bad rating.

Awesome late night spot to go to if you’re not quite ready to turn it in. They stay open til 4 am which is awesome and I think they stay open til 5 in the summer. There are two rooms of music and 3 bars with a some tables spread out here and there for private parties. The crowd is mixed and there was little to no drama aside from the regular “don’t push” and “don’t step on my shoes” type of arguments. All in all it’s defintely gonna be a good spot to finish out those crazy summer nights! Also shoutout to my bartender for those free shots!

I was so pleasantly surprised with MAXBAR. A group of friends and I just went on a whim one night and couldnt have been more pleased. Great drinks at the bar and the DJ was really on point. There is a good separator from the dance floor and the front bar for patrons to pick how they want to have their fun. Ill see about how I can return here.

I dont hate the bar. I just dont see the appeal. Like why is it a great place to kick it. I went on a Saturday after 12. I could literally count the ppl who were inside. The bartender was cool. The music was cool. But other then that, I dont why ppl rave the place.

Spin the track DJ. The staff here is one of the best in town, its why they made the list of places I wanted to review. They do a great job of respecting your privacy, while keeping the dance floor moving, and the drinks sipping. If youre into the theme and looking for a nice place to go out near you, check them out.

Trash trash trash trash needs to be shut down!!The experience I had made me feel as though the bouncer at the door which was a white guy and my assumption the manager who looked to be Arab was racist. (middle eastern descent) (only saying that so when this is read by the establishment they can have some idea on who I am talking about) my friend that is a promoter had his nye hosted here. When I arrived I was told by the 2 above that me and my friends 80$ (one of my friends paid 100$) pre purchased tickets was non Invoid and we had pay an additional 50$ to get in. After I explained that there was no time expiration on the ticket the manager said very rude and billigerant not my problem. This guy was so rude and disgusting. Mean while two whites girls come up and are told the cover fee they didnt have any money and one of girls basically sold her vagina to him called her self whispering in his ear but instead was talking loudly. And they was let in.this place is racist up north is for us I have so much to say about up north bars but Im going to leave it here Im speaking with my lawyer now regarding this situation

This is a 5 star bar for younger adults. The drinks are over priced for a place that offers no reason for the both priced drinks. They also scan your license when you go in. Its crowded and perfect for those who really care about being seen.

5 dollar cover for an sub average bar. Owners son hangs out there and thinks he is cool and starts alot of trouble. Alot of fights break out there. Alot of the staff are rude. A bouncer came up to me and tried to choke me for filming a fight breaking out. I Dont recommend going to max bar.

They promoted the stealing of others belongings and when me and my friends asked who had the table next to us because all of our coats and wallets were gone, they kicked us out. When asked to speak to manager they kicked my friend out as well. One of the bouncers attacked my outside while i was standing outside the line away from the door just asking to look for my coat. This place was horrible. The security staff was ridiculously on a power trip and would not listen to anyone asking for help. In fact they kicked people out for asking for help. Horrible place dont go here.

12/15/17 (last night) I was involved in a racially motivated incident with the security staff at this establishment. I was touched inappropriately by a member of the security staff and nothing was done about it. The security staff was very unprofessional, customer service was very poor, and security staff was not respectful what so ever. If you are a person of color I would really think twice before spending my money here.

Male bartender tried keeping my change after charging 14 dollars for 2 beers then called security to escort me out when I called him out on it! Theyre robbing people. Manager was rude and didnt even hear me out before kicking me out. Wasnt even there 15mins!

Was extremely excited for New Years Eve with my girlfriend this year. Spent 70 dollars per ticket, which was supposed include free drinks, one champagne toast, and snacks (no champagne toast or snacks even for the people who got in). It was a freezing cold night and my entire group of friends didnt get let in because they were at capacity. Which means they oversold the tickets, kept the profit, and wont give us refunds. My girlfriend ended up getting the flu while my friends and I ended up spending midnight on NYE in an uber.

Its a weird bar after 2am on the weekends. Its an after hours bar so it is what it is. Prior to that its nothing special. Not really worth it if you arent trying to do the late night thing. The one cool thing was on the one and only night I was there the bartender hooked up a Nintendo and played a few games including techmo bowl. Good times... that one time

The service was bad, the food was terrible, and bouncer is horrible. The staff is sad and needs better training

Excessively poor service and overpriced drinks. Vodka-Red Bull and a Red Bull came out to $20, the bartender was rude and giving looks of disgust throughout the entirety of the transaction and closed my tab immediately without asking. This was around 12am on Saturday at a place that closes around 3am.

Security is the worst! There was a fight going on so we were trying to leave and my friend almost got dragged down the stairs, by a security!!!! Beyond the worst experience and the cover is way too much for what they offer. NEVER AGAIN

4/8/17 this was fun at first but a random girl threw a drink at another girl which hit me and i was mad so i threw it back at her the manager without asking what happened kicked us out and me and my friend sober got kicked out. how is that right my face is all sticky bc she thew the drink she got to stay im sick and have no voice so i tried explaining myself but they didnt listen this plane should be shut down bc i spent a lot of money there for them just to kick me out. and on everything i love i didnt do anything.

Rude staff ran around with flashlights all night. Kicked out almost all my friends until they told them that their dads were lawyers. The drinks tasted like water (hint: they were water).

Went last night for a birthday party!!! The party reserved a table...bottle service was EXCELLENT!! The DJ was GREAT & the atmosphere was live!!!! I enjoyed! I left happy..LOL

Bouncers wouldnt let my friends in that arrived after 10pm for my group event where they would pay 35$ for unlimited drinks til 1....when i was notified they could come between 10 -1 am...not wort the money.....go to halligans,.. Bouncers think they could take advantage

Worse New Years planning I ever seen by a bar . Poor dj no video countdown . No one saying it was close to 12am. Really bad .

Pro: good for holiday parties.Cons: hard to find parking, expensive drinks, crowded space and strangely organized seats and dancefloor.

I dont understand the appeal of this place. The dance floor is tiny, the bar area is all booths, no character. Skip it.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! If you got not other place to go.. go home, security is awful and forceful at the point that I saw a random person being thrown out of the place for no reason!! DO NOT GO THERE.. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This place is the best go-to late night place every Wednesday through Saturday. Great music and attentive staff.

Can get a little too crowded late at night. Slow service at the bar. Saw two fights almost break out in the two hours I was there.

Overpriced, don’t open the dance floor till 1AM and have so many employees and security guards you feel like you’re at Statesville.
