One of the best smoke shops Ive ever been to. I think this will be the only smoke shop I will go from now on. They have vast variety of cartridges and pieces. I love the customer service from Jaclyn and Ricky. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I just got a Pufco Peak for an excellent price from here! The folks at this shop are knowledgeable as well as chill. Gave me a veteran discount on top and I felt good about a big purchase, for me lol. I will be going back for more Pufco stuff, maybe the Pro little to-go dude. Great stuff! Support your locals!

Thanks for the reply and yes the store is stocked and is always stocked well it just never has the one product I am looking for so I move on I keep hoping and asking but it never happens.I like to shop local and believe in supporting local businesses so I moved into the area 4 yrs ago found this place staff is cool but I pretty much leave empty handed every time because they dont and wont stock what Im looking for, they have other products but Im not interested because I one stop shop.

The service here was outstanding. That dude Ben was really helpful and friendly. I really liked the puffco hot knife and the round slurper that he recommended for my dab rig. Made dabbing less messy.

Cool dude at the registered, hooked me up. They got a lot of stuff. But they do need more turp slurps and bangers.

Needs more vape mods. Everytime I go there they don’t have any good ones all they have is the ones no one wants.And that’s the same with juice they don’t have any juices. This place is a few block from me but I won’t even go there since they have nothing for people they vape.

Great customer service and love my neighborhood smoke shop, however a few of the products I’ve brought from here for example batteries, carts, and grinder have been defective and there pricey here compared to other smoke shops.

Stopped by to pick up supplies and the gentleman behind the counter was easy to work with. Great selection for a quick trip and decent prices on materials. Wish the grinder selection was better, but the customer service makes up for it

Great shop and knowledgeable staff! My tank broke in my coat pocket and needed to replace it immediately. The Asian man at the counter helped me figure out which tank would work with my mod and I’ve decided to upgrade to a big baby beast! Now it’s running great and I’ve noticed I’m going thru less coils! Definitely will be back 👌🏻

Decent shop. Plenty of choices when it comes to glassware. Not a large selection when it comes to vape supplies. E-juice selection is limited. Prices are not too bad. The person that serviced me was pretty knowledgeable and courteous. I just wish they had a better selection of other things besides glassware.

Went in looking for a battery for dabs and walked out with a nectar collector. Great shop and great host but could use some more stock for item availability.

Rarely restocked the products that I need. I will never go back. This happened a month ago and your employee told me the owner hardly visits the place and doesnt know what needs to be restocked, please dont use current events to excuse your lack of responsibilitie. Other smoke shops have no problems restocking the products I use.

Came here to purchase a more natural remedy to give me energy for the hard work I do delivering packages for Amazon! It’s not easy work and my days are long 10-12hours😩 I came across Kratom reviews online and knew I had to check it out! Literally typed into google “Kratom near me” and this was the closest spot to my home. I took the 20min ride! Although I did call before getting there to ask about prices and if they had it in tablet form, and which strain would be good for the effect I was seeking.When I got there the guy was very friendly and instantly remembered me when I said I called earlier. I just wish he would have tried to explain to me more about how to dose because I am a newbie and I let him know that but nope not at all. Then again if I had questions I could’ve asked as they didn’t come up until I got home and realized I didn’t know how much to take and what size capsules hold how much and all that. I guess I kinda expected it to come with directions 😂😂 so I will be calling in later today when they open to hopefully get some of these answers so I don’t accidentally overdose?

BAD BUSINESS. Bought a product from them, once I inspected the product further it was broken. I called one hour after I left to get a new item or a refund and I keep getting the run around. Ive spent alot of money at this place but never again for the poor service I received.

I love this store they have superior quality of Kratom when compared to the best vendors of Chicago. Not to mention I can’t find the great brand That they and Dave have here anywhere else.. the prices are also the best best on the market in similar comparison even when shopping online.Just all around an honest store they have very potent cannabidiol in every form; whether it’s oil or the herb itself and candy edibles. The staff is very insightful in all vape products as well. They have top of the line vaping gear!

Since I moved to Chicago this place has been my go to for juice and accessories. I do wish they had more variety of juice but the juice they keep in stock is excellent so I certainly cant complain. They also have a wide selection of tobacco and CBD products for those who arent fans of vaporizers.

I finally got to this store! Absolutely my favorite vape shop! Every employee there is so informative and friendly and just all around helpful. They made sure to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Ill never go anywhere else and I recommend this place to ALL of my friends.

At first they were great. Marco was great help. I dont know if he was let go or he left, but he is gone and the other people there have no sense on how to order or keep things in stock (ie coals, BOTH instant or coconut ones). I was initially happy when this opened because its just a hop skip and a jump away from home, but I have been continually let down by their customer service. ( from them closing the store early [7:30-8:00] to thwm being down right rude!) I will be taking my business back up north to Ashs Bucktown on Milwaukee or Halsted smoke shop. Much friendlier staff and they are very rarely out of what I want or need. They also carry top of the line hookahs as well as other tobacco smoking apparatuses.

My guy Ricky was the best! Helped me buy a vape, gave me plenty of information and then some. The most chillest and helpful spot I’ve been to. Highly recommend checking them out.

The guy that is almost always there is a really nice guy and takes the time to chat with you, show you new stuff. Hes not afraid to give you his opinion and i appreciate that. It makes it an experience to go in there instead of let me duck in here and get some hemp papers. Bc I walked out with vape juice, and like 10 different things of hemp papers. Ill make it a point to stop in there.

Horrible customer service. Asked some asian kid if they carried sharpstone grinders, looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. Dude needs to educate himself some more on CBD if theyre gonna be selling it. If not dont sell it at all. Also was rude af blowing his vape in my face. Just an overall bad experience. First and last time i step foot in this shop.

I bought a battery for a cartridge that did not work, I tried to return it not even asking for a refund just one THAT WORKS and wasn’t helped at all! This was always my go to shop but I used to recommend it and won’t now especially if you’re returning something that doesn’t work from this place.

Walking in I was amazed by the selection and quality of the glass pieces on all their shelves. They have everything you could possibly need: glass pipes, water pipes, glass accessories, a huge selection of personal vaporizers and e-cigs. Would definitely reccomend visiting this shop! 10/10!

The nice lady at the counter informed me that they really dont focus on vape at this shop. That said, the selection is about as varied as your local tabbacco/hookah/glass/vape/head shop all-in-one. They lean much more heavily to the glass pieces here. There was a lot of nice stuff and about 3/4 of the display space is dedicated to various glass pieces.The low rating is due to three factors:1. This is in a pretty shady part of town. I got the feeling if my car or personal possessions were of any worth, I might have been asked to give them up.2. They have a very limited selection of vape juice, both size and flavor. Also, all flavors are zero-nicotine, but the shop will supposedly add it for you. I am not convinced they actually added any to mine, as I never saw them add any and the small bottle (which the counter person told me would bring me up to a 12) never seemed to empty. She said this is how they do it at the store to save themselves money. Maybe it is a common practice in the vape scene, but it seemed shady to me at first, and total BS after vaping the resultant mixture.3. The bottle I did buy tasted like a spoiled version of the indicated flavor. Ironically, when I checked the bottle for info, it was about a year past expired. I am going to attempt to return it, but I dont have high hopes.
