Showed up to prior to closing but someone inside but doors locked. Oh, well guess someone else will get the business.

Prices were downright ridiculous, they didnt have my coils in stock, which I expected. The clerk wanted to charge me for a 60 mL bottle for 28 dollars plus sales tax for juice Im not even able to try because of new covid restrictions. Anywhere else in the city, most places offer the same bottle size for about 15-20. If youre going to pay those prices, might as well buy online without all the hassle and a giant selection.

They didnt have the exact thing I was looking for but the amazing lady behind the counter helped us figure out what would work instead. Clean store, fair prices and a wonderful emoloyee.

The person I assume was the manager was exceedingly derogatory towards me and rude to his co-worker who was assisting me. The windows advertise products they do not carry and the staff made no efforts to offer alternative products. Take the time to go to a shop that values customers.

Was sold a bad vape pod. Pod was leaking and dark brown. An employee told me that next time I came in bring it back for an exchange, since when he looked at the whole box they were all this way. We brought the vape back and there was a new employee working his first day alone. So he called, I guess it was a manager, although she didnt act like it. She argued the return, said we have a pandemic going on (employee not wearing mask) as to why they cant exchange it. They finally decided to refund the money after being very nasty over the phone. Then they would not allow me to look at the new vape to ensure it wasnt burnt or leaking. Leads me to believe they sell bad stuff. I will not go back to this location. Thanks Rico for being a great employee, to bad you werent there today.Reply to manager. This response was what I expected, and why I will choose to go elsewhere. I didnt need a condescending response to A review, thats what I got with the experience. Also nothing in there makes me feel welcome back anyway.

Everything is very expensive, double maybe even triple other shops pricing. My boyfriend and I, were in there to get him some juice. Some lady came in there. She was trying to stir some sort of trouble with one of the employees. She said the she was the sister-in-law of the boss. She was being VERY rude and disrespectful while the employee was helping my boyfriend. If I could leave zero stars I would. Highly would not recommend to anyone.

Brad was very upbeat and knowledgeable. He is always super friendly and will go out of his way to help. Thank youP.s.I visit weekly all of the locations are always super helpful. Great staff!!

They charge nearly double online prices for mods and there is absolutely no satisfaction guarantee. If you waste your money buying a mod an employee suggested and you dont like youll just have to take the loss. Owners also dont respond to customer complaints online and dont provide contact info otherwise

My family went into the store. My mom needed something for her vape. My son was looking at the vapes he was planning to buy one. My son open the cooler to get a sprite. My son turn around to me and the cash register. The clerk told him its $2.00 nothing is not free. My son didnt say nothing or do nothing until the clerk said that. My son put the sprite back and left just like I did. Very rude. My family wont be coming back. I told friends about this too.

Customer service isnt great. Most people working here dont seem to have a clue what theyre talking about, if you can even get assistance. But if you already know what youre after, its alright.

Im new to the vape scene and went here to get my first set up. I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes (which I did) I went in told them exactly what I was doing and that I didnt want anything complicated but also didnt really know anything about this stuff. With very little guidance I ended up purchasing a MiPod. With in a few days I started to have issues with it, I thought it was my fault and so I went back to purches more cartridges. $6 a piece even though theres 2 in a pack you buy them separately...?. Not to mention their crazy tax. Still wasnt workng right. Called the MiPod company, come to find out the device they sold me is over 2 years old which is probably why Im having issues and the pods are most likely defective as well due to poor storage/temp control. I went to Planet Caravan (down the road) to purchase more cartridges to hold me over till my new set up is here ($10 for 2 cartridges) and havent had any issues.Just the battery issues. Definitely wont be going back. From now on Ill be going to Planet Caravan!

My husband and I go to Studio Vapes Colerain at least 2-3 times a month. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’m partial to Robin; she’s such a sweetheart!

Decent selection. I dont think the guy running the store at the time actually vapes (using 0mg juice, sipping it and not inhaling, not much knowledge on the boxes). Everything is ridiculously overpricedLike seriously, $100 for a Subox Mini kit? You guys know these are retailing for $80 right?

Great atmosphere and great selection of products and juice. Definitely better than any other Vape store Ive been to and Ill definitely be spreading the word. And their rewards program is awesome!! ☺️

Employees are knowledgeable. Store (including bathroom ) is always clean. Nice size store that isnt rushing you out the door

Didnt have Samsung batteries but thats retail, cant carry everything. But the atmosphere was weird. No music, nobody hanging out, and no vape in the air at all. Just felt awkward, wanted to get in and out.

Those saying decent selection must have never been to any other vape shops. Overpriced. Employees act mad when they have to deal with anybody. Garbage juices. Garbage flavor testers.

The staff is always glad to help. They have a larger selection of liquids than they did previously.

Good selection of vape juice, however they are often low on mods and sub ohm tanks. The staff is fairly knowledgeable, especially to give advice to new vapers.

My favorite store to visit! The drill press is awesome. I can drill my rdas out and everytime i visit I get great service as usual!

Robin is the best ever, she’s really cool. I’d definitely recommend anyone going there, she will hook you up !!!

Over priced, nothing is in stock, honestly not sure how this place is open. I would recommend any other vape shop any where. If you want to pay double what any where else charges come here. This place is trash.

Stopped in to their day and met the most wonderful little sales person by the name of Jamie who was very informative and answered all my questions expertly and quickly I would highly recommend anybody whos looking to get into vaping the policestopped i because they always have the best information thank you

Way over priced. I have vape shops with same products at cheaper price i would pick over this place. Other than that they do have some flavors i like and will once in awhile stop in to get a bottle.

Been to this place several times looking for common vaping supplies and never have anything in stock or even carry it. Staff is nice and knowledgeable, just never have much of anything in stock.
