One of the better vape shops and its nice they also allocated a part of the store as a head shop/smoke shop. Great customer service. My girl and I had been having trouble finding a store that had a flavor of e-juice that we both liked and they gave us many different opinions about different juices and when we picked one or two out they even offered to allow us to return the Juice if we didnt like it within a matter of a day or two and not much juice being used. This helped out a ton as the first flavor we picked we did not like and we were immediately allowed to exchange the juice we had picked out for another one that we had wanted to try that we ended up loving.

My favorite vape store of the millions I’ve been too! The service is amazing! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable of the products being sold. All of the employees have been a delight but Ray helped me out the other day so thank you!

This is where I always go for my disposable vape and everyone is always nice and helpful. My only complaint is that when I get there at 9 and wait until 9:30 they don’t actually ever open when online says they do so I leave and come back after work. Not a huge fan of false advertising. If you say “open at 9” this is when it should be open.

Last time I(25)went in with my niece(22)we got asked to show our ID not once, not twice, but 3 times. How ridiculous and embarrassing. I go here every few weeks but now will be going elsewhere. Ive been going to vape stores for over 6 years now and have never had this issue where they made me feel like having a young looking face made it so unbelievable Im old enough to purchase their products.

Always a pleasant experience walking through their doors. Definitely recommend to anyone who vapes or is trying to start. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and they know how to get you taken care of!!! 10 out of 10.

Its a good vape shop. Selection of Juice is great. Lots of top brands, and even harder to find juices, can be found here. i actually drive across town to get juice here every so often. They have a big in-house juice selection, and its not bad, definitely on the better side of house juices Ive had. Staff is welcoming, chill, and knowledgeable, like most vape shops they are on you the second you walk in the door and dont let up until you pick something. If you say just shopping, they will hangout near by. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that the device selection is pretty limited. They have a lot of one brand, and the staff pushes hard to sell. I dont know if they have a deal worked out with said brand, but it would definitely do them good to carry a wider selection of brands and not just push one company. Overall, if you vape and havent been in here, its worth checking out. I bet you find something youve wanted or something new, definitely in the top 5 vape stores in the springs. Thanks to everyone at Jvapes, you guys have a good thing going!!

Decent selection of juices and good quality. The store is nice, but seriously lacking in customer service. The gal helping my husband and I seemed annoyed that we wanted to try some flavors. After my experience at jvapes, I will go to Vapor Source. A simple smile and a willingness to help goes a long way.

So far, the ejuices Ive picked up at JVapes are pretty decent. This is the shop everyone will recommend, and the result is a pretty busy place with a cloud of vapor anytime you walk in. So that is pretty off-putting, at least to me. My experience with staff has been fairly different from some of the other reviewers. I have no complaints there.

I was genuinely disappointed with the service at this vape shop. I had a few simple questions; do you have X coils, etc. I don’t know if the gent working was having a bad day or what, but his attitude was abysmal. I kept trying to be polite, but in the end, it was utterly useless. He acted like I was putting him out; I was in the store a whole five minutes. I mean so, so sorry to bug you with a few questions and ask for a few recommendations (which just FYI were terrible, and now I’m stuck with a tank that’s trash.) What was I thinking?!? Clearly, I’ll never be going back.

Ive always had pretty decent experiences here but I see what some other reviewers have said about unfriendly Service as a friend that I referred there said the same thing. I think with all the regulations that they are faced with they are kind of running on the stress anxiety nervous side or something. I get that the regulations are strict but I think they could still be friendly and have fun and joke around and be jovial. The exception is Seth-he is phenomenal. Always friendly always knows his customers names and is all around a cool dude.

Emily took care of me. First vape shop in Colorado springs that actually deserve my money. She was helpful, set up both my devices, signed us up for points, etc. Such a valued employee Im sure. You definitely gained 2 new customers!!!!

UPDATE: So our first visit was off but we went back a few more times and it was so much better. So much better that I actually feel bad for my first review. We just drove 200 miles out of our way to go back. The same person helped us and remembered us every time we came back which wasn’t often. Not because of the store but because we were trying to kick a smoking habit so we weren’t vaping much. This store is AWESOME! Highly recommend it. The staff is fantastic! We moved out of Colorado but we will DEFINITELY hit them up when we’re passing through.The prices are a little high compared to others in the market but you get what you pay for and their juice knocks it outta the park! May I suggest Abbey Lane.The liquids are top notch. The staff....we had never been in before and told the girl at the counter that. I hoped she would be a little more forthcoming with products, options, prices. We had to dig the info out of her. Apparently you can sample different flavors, and thats great, but it was, you pay a dollar and can sample up to 10. Ok...how does that work exactly? Great potential for this store as there is A LOT of open space not utilized. Knowledgeable and customer oriented staff....not so much.

Best Vape store in the Springs! Their juice flavors blow all other house juices out of the water. Been getting our juice here for more than 5 years now. Weve tried the other places in town, even tried out some of the so-called Premium juices. Jvapes regular juice line beats them all when it comes to quality of flavors, and thats not even getting into their exclusive line which is phenomenal.

The juice is good and the staff is great. The juice seems to be a little overpriced. Overall though its the best shop in the springs. The staff is always friendly and are more than happy to answer questions...even stupid questions. The arent condescending and rude like a lot of the staff at other shops I have visited.

I guess I reviewed this place before. I thought it was my first time in? Anyway I gave it 5 stars then. Same experience, had been going to a bunch of close vape shops, I have been inside like 5 in the last few months buying everything from a new vape, salt nic, coils. My vape went out on my way to work and I just happened to come in j vapes because I was close. The place has a great selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. J vape is priced comparably on vape juice. It was competitive no huge savings. But the actual vapes, as well as coils were significantly better priced. With my 30 dollar rough limit for a temp device, I was able to get a significantly newer and better device for even a few dollars less then the one I bought a month ago. Not only was the device I ended getting better but even if that one had been out of stock there were 3 or 4 devices that were still better than my previous one for the same price, or even less. Your going to pay a little bit of a premium for the convience of a walk in store vs online retailers. This shop is priced considerably cheaper then all of the shops Ive ever been too. Ive seen many nearby shops adding 30-40% markup. I definely recommend it. I wont go anywhere else again. Maybe the other shops should take note.

I was recommended this establishment by a friend, as I am trying to quit smoking cigarettes. I am SO glad I visited. The girl who helped me was super helpful and explained everything I needed since I am a first time vaper. She showed me her favorite flavors and allowed me to try whatever I wanted (0.05 cents per taste, per FDA regulation). I did not feel rushed at all. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to visiting again.

This shop is AMAZING!!! Im new to vaping, and went to JVapes on the recommendation of a friend. Ray was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and getting me set up. Ive been back several times to get new liquids and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recently had a issue/failure with my mod, and honestly was expecting a little bit of a hassle with getting a replacement mod. I walked in and saw Ray (who immediately helped me out) and after telling him of the issue I had with my Mod, very happily and swiftly got me a replacement Mod, no issues, no hassle, no problems!!! This shop sets the standard for customer service!! If you are looking for a Vape Shop, THIS IS IT!!!

I started vaping years ago, my first store was JVapes. I have been in and out over the years, however I really had a great experience recently.My knowledge of POD / Salt nic vaping was limited. I was using a freemax pod before and I decided to visit to buy the Nord 4 from the store. When I first arrived the man at the counter set me up with the correct equipment. I didn’t think I needed help setting it up... well I was wrong. I thought something was wrong with the device for multiple reasons.When I brought it back to the store I spoke to the man who sold it to me (I am sorry I can’t remember all the names of the staff). He called in a manager to look at it with me and she called in another manager. I was looking to exchange the device, however Morgan and her team of smart colleagues educated me on how to properly use the device and I am more than satisfied.I am thankful that JVapes has been a staple in the Colorado Springs vaping community and I really appreciate their customer service.Thank you!

This shop is shady as it gets. They sold my wife a mod that was unsafe with her rda and when I asked them to be more careful all they were concerned about was selling me another thing. Then another mod I bought from them started to go bad two weeks after I bought it they mocked me for not buying a more expensive mod from them and told me, You got what you paid for. Their juice is all 50/50 and way to expensive to not be that good. Also their customer service is bad as can be.

While they are very friendly here, I wont say they are knowledgeable. He convinced me that I could use their regular vape juice in my Suorin Air. WRONG! I had to buy a new Suorin because their juice fried mine. I wasnt impressed with the flavor, either. As with most places, they have a chemical taste. Absolute Vape totally hooked me up today. Their juice and service is wonderful!

Great wide selection of juice and recently just started selling in 120ml for cheap. Even have a build room. Highly recommend starting here just tell Seth android sent you.

This is by far the worst vape shop in town. I walked in the door and the overwhelming smell of dirty mop water assaulted me. The lady at the counter was very rude to me apparently I was not choosing my flavor of eliquid quick enough for her. And after all that the prices are higher them everywhere else in town. I hope this places go e out of business soon. It is worth the extra drive time to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dragons Lair on Airport and circle.

I was referred here by a friend after my old shop closed down. Boy, am I glad I went! I talked to Seth for about 45 minutes, and it was an incredible experience. He listened to my habits, studied how I vape, and after a 35 cent sampling of 5 flavors, walked out with a reasonably priced new pen and 2 new liquids. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and knowledgable! They know the latest FDA rules and regs and stick to them, VG/PG ratios, and their flavor selection is OFF THE HOOK. I will definitely be back - the environment is a cozy little habitat designed for the comfort of vape users!

I went in the shop two weeks ago and bought a ipv3 li the manager was the one who sold me the mod didnt help me set it up didnt explain anything about the mod to me, nothing. he wasnt friendly at all what so ever. very upset when I left the store. and now two weeks later I am having problems with the connection where the tank screws in he talked to me like I was an idiot and only temporally fixed the problem as soon as I got home when he thought he fixed completely messed up as soon as I got home not even 30 minutes later. not helpful at all and extremely rude customer service from the manager I would have expected better but I guess not. I paid 400$ for mine and my husbands mod and we have been having problems with the mods since the first day that we had them very pissed off and upset. I wouldnt tell anyone to go to jvapes.

This is my go-to vape store. Ive heard lots of people talk about the prices being too high, but I dont see it that way. Their juice is primo. Not high in sugars, so it doesnt burn your atomizer in 3 days. Other vape stores sell sub-par juice that doesnt even taste that good. And, these guys know me by name and know exactly what I get every time I go (except for the new people, but they will learn soon enough.) Keep killing it, J-vapes!

This will be copy and pasted from my Yelp review but I really wanted to share my personal experience with this shop everywhere:First off I want to start by saying that this place is exceptional in customer service!Bring your ID! They are strict about ID policy but I believe this is good practice and what keeps a business like theres in business.Onto the customer service. Simply the best I have had at a vape shop in town. While most shops in town are friendly the people here really try to help you out and tend (for the most part) to know what they are talking about.EXAMPLE: Recently I purchased a tank from this shop I had been eyeing for a while. The well known company doesnt generally produce duds so I left the shop happy and content waiting to get home to try it. At first everything was ok. The atomizer it came with threaded perfectly. Well about a week in when it came time to replace the atomizer i took one out of my 5 pack and proceeded to screw the atomizer into my tank. Halfway in it dead stops, and the threads wont turn unless extreme force is used usually with pliers. All my products were verified authentic at the site so it must be the tank as the atomizer would thread into my other tanks fine. I called j vapes and explained my recent situation. I didnt have the highest expectations because this is all just mass produced china labor meaning no warranties. After explaining my dilemma they offered to exchange my tank, they were currently out of the tank I bought so they did offer a few similar ones but I opted to wait. The shipment must have been delayed as I waited about two weeks before my tank came back in. When it did come back in my original tank was about 3 weeks old but I walked into the shop.I was instantly greeted and they knew who I was and without hesitation they exchanged my tank!Can not begin to explain how happy this made me!Also their juice is really good with tons of flavors to boot and constant new ones being added. They keep expanding the customization (everything in 70/30 blend now as well as 50/50). They also will allow you to sit down and try any flavor you like before hand so you can decide if it is for you or not.All I will leave on the juice is Yellow Sub and Ridin Nerdy..... These two flavors alone keep me returning constantly.All in all this is my favorite vape shop in town. They have the best prices on hardware every time I am looking to buy (verified by calling 10+ shops every time I look to purchase). Their juice prices are very reasonable for the quality as well (AEMSA Certified) and they promote daily deals! Check them out to save some cash!I will continue to shop here, continue to tell everyone I know looking for juice or just to get started in e cigs to go here (itaste vv and mini nautilus = perfect starter combo), and continue to spread the good word about this place.Thank You J Vapes!!

These guys are so awesome!!! Jessica just told me about a problem with a charger for my battery and I was fully prepared to buy a new battery. Instead of taking my money, she turns around and tells me to bring the charger back in and they will replace it at no cost, gave me a loaner battery, and came up with a $5 fix for my leaky tank. Seth has helped me on numerous occasions to find the right gear, the right juice, and overall grooming me to get into mods. Dont hesitate to go into JVapes for the best in everything vape. And by the way, theyre listed on several sites in the top ten for their juice. You guys are awesome!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Long story as short as I can make it... I went in for juice and had a less than stellar experience. Got the juice home and it vaped nasty to my tastes. Went back next day to see what, if anything, could be done about my poor vape experience. Got some static and left the store frustrated. In the lot I got on google and found the customer service email address and fired off an email. Jvapes support staff got on it in a hurry! This story is a fair bit longer with much better detail. But sufficed to say, I am now enjoying Jvapes Krazy Kane (peppermint). I will be returning for more vape stuff.Lastly, I can promise you that based off of my experience with Jvapes customer service... This company cares if you have complaints. But more importantly is willing to work with you to resolve issues.This shop probably has another star from me, waiting in their future.

Store smells like a sweaty gym. Employees are rude and not helpful. Juice is really expensive. I believe 35 for a 120ml bottle whereas I can get 120ml of premium juice for 22 bucks in town, stay away from Jvapes and try one of the other local stores.

I found a vape store (American vapes) that use the same rewards program and are waaaay friendlier and better.Jvapes is more of a grab and go place. Not really a place to have conversations.

What can I say, Seth and the rest of team always make me feel like a part of the family when I walk in. Sometimes I will stop by and buy something just to hang out there for a while. The juices are great and their prices are great compared to other local shops.

Staff has gotten so much better!! I feel welcome when i come in. Prices are great. Tons of flavors to decide from, and test before you buy!

Tj was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the vapes and other products. My best friend was wanting to get a vape today and he was so helpful! I’m gonna be needing a new one soon and I’ll definitely be coming here.

If I were you I wouldnt buy any mods or tanks from this shop. They are over priced and lack product knowledge. If they own a device that you are looking at, they can tell you how they like it but thats about it. Their iPV D2 was priced close to $80. I bought my iPV D3 for 49.95 from a reputable online store that I found through Rip Trippers. Also if you are looking to buy an iPV D2 most places online are priced around $40, the whole idea behind that mod is to vape cheap. Most devices you can find online way cheaper, I say if anything go there to touch and hold the device you are thinking about getting and then go buy it online. I think they should start price matching before their customers get too smart. Their house juice is decent but its nothing special. Im pretty picky though. Cool environment, staff is very helpful. Just overpriced...

Depends on the person you get! Also, flavor sticks inside your mouth, which is awful:-/ the first time i went in, the guy gave me like a whole awesome, 1st time. Sit ya at the taste bar and find something good! Explained and tried to find me the best one. I brought my bf in the next time (his 1st time here) &the chick was off in her own world, didnt really listen to us or care what we had to say, was not thrilled about watching us try flavors. She wasnt knowledgable on her own flavors. Dont think ill go back

The people that work there are awesome. Theres a lady there with pink hair. Treated us wonderful if youre looking for vape products if give them a shot.

Ki Was extremely helpful showed me exactly what I needed for my Vape in style also help me to understand what saltnic is in my way I was using it was incorrect and making me and my mother sick so really appreciate him and he did a really great job knows his stuff in and out.

Jvapes is amazing! Best service and knowledge from a vape shop anyone can ask for. Every employee in there knows their stuff! First mistake was buying a lavabox dna200. I dont know much about vapes so I look to the guys that work at these places for expertise, they said the lavabox dna200 was the one to go with so I agreed. The only one they had left was the display one which didnt get a discount for but the guy helping me said its totally worth it. So I purchased it. This vape sucks, every time I fire it it sucks 2-3% of the battery, so after firing it 30 times the battery is dead. This basically means its stuck at home and I cant really take it with me anywhere.I called jvape and the dude said dont worry its a 900milliamp battery and it dies quickly but its guaranteed to charge within an hour. Nope 3 hour charge. Fast forward to today and I go to fire the lavabox, everything dies. Something on the board fried and the thing is now a paperweight. I called jvape and they said I need to contact the manufacturer to get it replaced, even though I purchased it 3 weeks ago. This place is a scam, they took advantage of a dude trying to figure this stuff out. Avoid this place. They also offer a 10% discount for giving a 5 star review to inflate their Google score.

My husband and I both go to J Vapes for all our vaping needs. We have tried other shops but they just dont measure up to the service and variety that they offer here. We have had issues that 1st time vapers have and they always took the time to explain and help. One stop shop. :)!

Went in and TJ was beyond helpful, hooked me and my friend up with a full set up and let us try every flavor they had, gave us full run downs. He was super knowledgeable and helpful

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, they dont mind taking a few minutes to chat with their customers to make them feel they are appreciated for coming to them for all their vaping products.

House juices were not very good. Environment wasnt as chill as Vape shops should be either. Decent sized shop and an alright selection of mods and rdas but I wasnt a huge fan. Sorry jvapes

Staff not friendly. Seemed good variety of flavors but when asked vg/pg ratio & if made in house; were not able to answer either. Will not return. Over-inflated & pompous shop.

I went in to jvapes to have try to figure out what was going on with my mod employee then cross threaded my tank Into my mod and continued to tell that he was not responsible for what happened. I highly advise going somewhere else... extremely displeased with jvapes.
