This store has been my go to for a hot minute! It’s convenient and Sam is the best. She is very knowledgeable as she knew exactly what alternatives would be the closest fit to my normal faves since they’re not getting all the exact same products and she’s fun to talk to. It was crazy to hear that the company was suddenly sold to Red Star but I’m excited to see what’s to come for the store. I’m definitely staying loyal. These folks have been taking care of me since day one

My original review a few years back was appreciative but I have changed my stance on this place since then. Alot of the suffering has to do with new laws but it gets old coming in every other week to find theyre using a new formula, the price has gone up, or they no longer sell big bottles. This, in combination with either poor customer service or the rep talking your ear off when youre just trying to get your stuff and leave., leads to a not great experience. Im still going to shop there, because Im used to their juice, but man I hope they put some work into the sales team.

Neil helped me out and was very nice. Just getting back into box mods and he educated me on different options and reputable companies. Prices are good, service is great- would recommend to anybody looking to quit smoking or continue their vaping adventure.

This Colorado Springs vape shop has been remarkable in all aspects. What I like most about Vapor Source is their frontline team of employees. As a complete novice in the vaporizer world, theyve provided the perfect balance between education, patience, practicality, and knowledge. The service very personable...it was like having my very own vape concierge.I managed to snap/break the mouthpiece off my vape pen. The employee assisting me made my day. She was kind and honest enough to recommend a less expensive (and better) repair solution.Ive only bought their Pina Colada vape juice (6mg -30mL house brand) and its good stuff. Will be back soon to add more flavors to my collection.

Wow!!! Quit smoking cigarettes and try zero vaporesso. I tried the honey flavor and dont plan on turning back. Its 4.5 nicotine in the 30ml bottle. The manager here is very knowledgeable and can help you. Nothing to loose besides your cigarettes!

These guys are the best. They are helpful and knowledgeable and love the rewards program. They are also really easy to talk to and never feel stupid for asking questions. They even help with how to and actually show you how to do things.Update one guy that works here ruined this place. Hes really condescending, Ill be looking for a new place. Too bad because Ive been a customer for years everyone used to be nice. 2nd time Ive encountered him and both times he was super argumentative and condescending.

Been a customer here for a long time (have purchased 5 or 6 mods here and easily over a thousand dollars just in juice alone) and have always had a great experience with friendly and helpful employees. Dropping rating from 5 stars to 3 based on todays visit, however. Two employees were there, with the only employee visible when I entered telling me that it would be a moment which is totally fine, he was helpful and cheerful and up front with me. However the Caucasian employee who entered after I had been waiting for a few minutes certainly made me feel as if I was not welcome there & that I was an annoyance pulling him away from whatever he was doing in the back. I asked about a brand/flavor and heard only the word peach as he rambled off 3 or 4 things that was in it as fast as he could but made it very clear that he had no desire to help out at a minimum-- understand what he had just said. I then asked if they carried a type of coil and hadnt even gotten through speaking the type and again the word nope was blurted out. Just the one word, nope. He then checked me out with the same attitude and cold demeanor that certainly has me wondering why I am spending my hard earned money somewhere that cant even treat me like Im worth the time or money. I was actually considering getting yet another mod or vaping device and some other juices to try but ended up just getting the 1 little bottle of juice as it was very obvious I wasnt welcome this time around. Ill come in again and give the business another chance, but there ARE other companies to shop at in town and I will definitely start shopping elsewhere if I receive this type of service again. I certainly feel the owners should at least be aware of this-- Thank you!

I dont vape too often, so Im fairly clueless. I went in earlier looking for some juices and new equipment, and the woman with grey hair helped me with *just* what I needed. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything more than what I wanted, and she was able to give me reviews of a lot of their flavours! This may be the furthest location from where I live, but Ill certainly be returning here more often.

At 1st I gave this place a great review 3 years ago but I am now changing it the customer service there from the guy that works there is very rude and seems like hes in a bad mood all the time always complaining or mumbling under his breath and you know hes talking smack about customers. The girl who works there is pretty friendly and help helps her customers a lot and has a great attitude but the guy.. not so much. I find myself driving all the way to powers just so I dont have to deal with him and his attitude al I really hope he switches it up with customers because why be in customer service if youre gonna be rude about it.

The barista or customer service rep whatever you wanna call her with too much I make up and dirty blonde hair in this joint was one of the most robotic unwelcoming people I’ve ever met in my life. I stepped into the shop and left within two minutes because she was so monotone. I really only cared to serve the military guy behind me and just who is condescending and made me not wanna shop here and I’ll never come back.

My favorite vapo shop by far. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had called looking for a specific tank and was able up have them hold it for me. I was worried a black would not be available if I waited and I was not keen on the other color choices. Not only did they set it aside for me but it was at hand when I came in.

This location has the best customer service I have ever experienced, most knowledgeable employees and always happy to help, couldn’t recommend this location more! Absolutely love coming, would give 10 stars if I could 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great visit with Robert. Super helpful and well read about the products. I wasnt sure what I really wanted so Robert helped me refine my questions and gave me some very informed answers. I didnt feel rushed nor did the conversation get too lofty in any way at all.I went with the VooPoo Drag -S, because I wanted something modern and more stylish than my older Kanger K Box Mini, yet with understandable and un complicated features. I decided on sticking with the conventional juice vs. salt nic, however with this unit I can do both with a simple change of the coil. I chose the Banana Ice 6mg, because I wanted a menthol and candy mix.All in all Im stoked that I went here, and listened to face to face recommendations instead of choosing based on uninformed product reviews.

Okay, depot was very easy to find and also get access from the hwy with the semi and trailer. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the purchase. I will definitely come back when I get back to the area!

My wife and I went there looking for something different in vape stores but the manager saw that I was in a hurry. Noting this, he proceeded to take over a half hour just to prime the coil in my wifes new device and we were the only customers in there. Five weeks later my wife had problems with said device, with receipt in hand we returned to same location to exchange for new one only to be denied, prime example of how to lose what would have been 2 loyal customers.

Went first thing in the morning. They were not too busy. I was greeted with a smile immediately and felt comfortable. The gentleman helping me answered all my questions and helped me get set up. I would highly recommend Vapor Source to all vapers and those who are just curious about it.

The following was a review I wrote like 7 months ago. I wrote a favorable review back then, but I was not a customer then. I went in with a friend and it was a pleasant enough experience. This time as a customer I really am hard pressed to think of a company I have dealt with that provided a more pleasant and helpful experience as a customer. I definately could see how Getting into the whole vaping scene could seem pretty daunting. If youre interested in trying it out, but are concerned with coming off like a noob, this is the place for you... As well as the more seasoned customer. The staff genuinely come off as more concerned with being there to answer your questions and let you try things and give suggestions rather than to sell you. They want you to get what like most, and will suit your likes best, rather than trying to get you to buy something that costs the most.So, if your wanting to know if you should try Vapor Source out..... Seriously, GO!!! Theres no way youll be disappointed!!!The chubby feller with smaller gauges was pretty knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to get a Xmas present for someone. Dont know much about vaping, so I did a little research, admittedly not enough apparently. Saw this place had good reviews and decided to do business here. Should have done more research there too I guess. Been putting Xmas on wifes ccard, and had the kid, so I sent her in to buy this vape kit. Of coarse it didnt contain everything you needed, so the guy sold her what she needed, and some things she didnt need. No huge problem there, like I said should have done more research. Get the thing home and realize it is way to advanced for the person Im trying to help quit smoking. After finding the receipt I see the fine print that reads no returns, no exceptions. Like I said, I didnt go inside, but i hope they have that posted on there counter for there customers to see, not just on the receipt telling you, your screwed. Wife didnt notice one though. Looked on the website and it said call a manager. So I thought surely they will take back something unopened, I cant use, and sell me something I can, after deciding to do business with them out of all my other choices. Sorry, we cant help you, is what I got. I guess repeat business isnt a concern for this place, mine anyways. Like I said, not saying its not my fault, but I expect someone to stand behind there products if they want my business. Would recommend finding more of a mom and pop store that knows how to treat customers and do business. What possible reason would you have not to take back unopened merchandise, or at least exchange it for something a customer could use, in hopes of ever seeing them walk through your door again. You are not as important as your dollar to this place, that is for sure.

Starting going to vapor source irregularly when I first started vaping. I needed a higher power kit to get going again, and they got me what I needed. They are all super helpful, and knowledgeable. James, Megan, and Kelby make vapor source my favorite vape shop. Anytime I need a new mod, juice, or want to upgrade, thats where I go!

Vapor Source ROCKS!!!! Matt and Trevor are AWESOME!!! My husband has been a member going on 3 years now. He has bought different tanks and batteries some work great some have glitches but if they dont work to his liking my husband just brings it back and they tinker with it until its working 100% again..... Or they give him a brand new one. They stand by their products. Not like all the other vape shops...buy it and no returns....blahhh....nope not Vapor Source they are great. They have tons of flavors to choose from and the flavor stays the same the whole tank. No fading or getting used to the flavor. The staff was beyond rude, had very little knowledge of their product line, and they were out of just about everything. I would never shop here again.

Bought the Valyrian 2 mod and paid over $250 for it about a month ago and the bottom of the case opens as soon as I pick it up and batteries fall out. Several issues with it malfunctioning and when I brought it in I was told to either resell it or put clear nail polish on the connection points or contact U Well, which I did and never received a response. Going to shop at J Vapes down the street from now on.

I usually go to the one on Teijon because Im more memorized there, but I was already on this side of the town! I originally bought my husbands vaporizer here and I got Jesse who is really chill and patient with my undesicive head! Went here at 10:00am to pickup some juice and possibly a mod for my vape. I was a few minutes early so i looked in the window and seen a guy sitting there looking at me. Went to my car and waited for a few minutes after ten. Door still locked and guy still there.. terrble when you want to spend your money with a business and they wouldnt even acknowledge you.
