The 1st Time I Visited Yesterday, The Store Was Really Good, They Were Really Nice To See The Things, They Have A Few Good Things, And The Store Size Is Good…I Love It, It’s Very Good, The Items Were Very Good, I Love Novelty Items!

The store was great what I didn’t appreciate was that I was in that store for over 20 mins handful of items not one time did anyone ask did they need to take my stuff up front to the counter! As soon as I walk to the back of the store we’re the pipes are this middle aged lady instantly ran back there saying let me take your stuff to the counter but seen me out front shopping and never asked could she take my stuff to the counter only when I went to the back it’s almost like she was trying to say I was go steal it I felt some kind of way about that never happened before at any other location ! So just be aware that when u go back there with items that she will run back there to take whatever out your hands your holding but won’t take anything out your hands while your up front ! Never judge a book by its cover !

I got a water pipe from here yesterday, the girl in the back was very helpful and told me that the water pipe I was interested in had a SMALL chip in the MOUTH PIECE and would be discounted. During check out the water pipe was not discounted which I didn’t mind bc the extra bowl piece was half off. I got home and noticed water in every spot I had set the water pipe, I just thought it was New Year’s Eve and I had filled it too much or something (didn’t have a party, literally was at home alone). I woke up and noticed that the water spot under the piece was very big. Open inspection I noticed that the base of the bong had been cracked and was SUPER GLUED in several places. Clearly I knew I wouldn’t get a replacement or a refund/exchange bc I had used it but I called to mention that the pipe itself was super glued and that something like that should prob be disclosed upon purchase. Some douche got on the phone and said they would never superglue anything back together (they did though) and said that I needed a receipt or the sticker from the piece itself to inform them or for them to take blame. I noted that I threw it all away bc I’ve never had an issue like this w a piece before and didn’t think I would’ve, I honestly just wanted to mention that they should tell customers when pieces that have been completely broken and secretly glued back together. Very shady and I’m glad the piece wasn’t more than $60. Cute clothes opposed to other locations I’ve been to but this whole water pipe thing rly killed the vibe.

Went all over town trying to find a bed and my last hope was this store! I even bought a sofa and love seat! Got everything delivered the next day,no hassles. The sales clerk and delivery drivers were the best! Went to 3592 Solando Boulevard,West Broad Street. Service was amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩

My first time shopping here. I was just browsing but also looking to see if they had some kind of girlie or rainbow satanic poster. 😅The staff was awesome! Josh was incredibly helpful - best friendly customer service! I also wonder if I should have left my number 😋 ... or he is just REALLY good at his job and being really down to earth. I have anxiety shopping at new places but Ill definitely come back here! Thank you all so much. :)

Had to stop by here to grab a lighter because I was not anywhere else near to grab one. LolSimply put the staff was amazing, it was a quick in and out visit but with excellent, professional, very respectful & definitely went out of their way to be so very kind and friendly just for a simple lighter purchase. Because of this I went ahead and bought a handful of lighters because of the pricing being so well and the experience itself was noticeably very good so I had to just do my part in returning the respect and kindness to the business itself and the staff involved.

Would not shop here if possible. Will not honor returns/exchanges. Wouldnt let me return a device that I bought that stopped working within one day of purchase because it was used. Though i wouldnt even call it used bc it stopped working immediately. All they could offer was a discount. Cashier was very short, unapologetic, and and rude. Buy your stuff online and actually save some money.

John has been really great on their sales floor. we wanted to get some mixed pieces to support my waterbed within a frame we owned and he was able to work within our needs even though the Market is so poor right now. with multiple orders he has been able to deliver what we wanted pretty much within a week, and if you have tried to buy furniture of any type, let alone fair quality lately, it is far from easy to do. And of course they have all the other stuff covered as well....

Came in just to pick up a gift, and Josh was beyond helpful and friendly during the 50th anniversary sale. Ended up buying way more then I planned but with his help I didnt miss out on the savings and got a head start on Christmas!! 5 stars for Josh!

Always has inventory I need discretely and cheap. They even charge only what there websites prices show as long as you show them on your phone.

I recently visited the store and worked with John on figuring out a waterbed that would work for me. It didnt work out, but he provided excellent customer service, so much so that I feel compelled to write this review as a way to express my gratitude. Id never been to Waterbeds n Stuff before, and before we went, my husband and I were wondering how such an odd combination of items for sale would be in business so long. Now we understand. Wed first gone to the store in Dublin and were helped by a guy named Bob. He was really nice too. Wish all businesses treated customers so well.

Bought a Cali Crusher grinder here. I was having issues with it and reached out to the manufacturer. They Informed me that the product was a fake. Be careful what you buy here, wasted a lot of money for a product I believed to be high quality and received nearly useless junk. And of course, not something i can really return XD Just be careful what you buy here. Otherwise, big selection and great employees.

So went in last night and bought a toy for my girlfriend open it and it never worked at all so brought it straight back and no exchange or anything I just think its not right considering it was defaulted so we just had to chalk 35$ doesnt seem fair should we open it in the store before we leave with it or ? SMH

Waterbeds has always been one of my favorite stores since I was like 13yo. Always cool stuff in these stores. And ALL the good stuff that people are always trying to find. The stoner stuff. The nympho stuff. The drinker stuff. The naturalist stuff. The zen stuff. I think you get the point. Least I hope. Lol. If you have never been there, I highly suggest/recommend that you do hey a chance to go there and at least check out everything they have. You wont regret it i promise!

Management was rude! Retail persons were kind of helpful but still rude and had attitude. Everytime I asked a question the manager rolled her eyes at me. The retail persons kept handing me off to other people while I still waited patiently.

Cool place. They need to invest in cameras. The staff will follow and all around make you uncomfortable. With so much cool stuff to look at, id really rather not have someone on my shoulder acting like im a criminal for browsing your store. I went and bought a 200 dollar water type from down the road because the staff here made me so uncomfortable

My Fave place to buy Gifts for others! Rock & Roll gifts, push the envelope edgy gifts, hilarious gag gifts & everything else (incl furniture). This location is Always Clean & Organized. The ladies that work there are friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. The only location of Waterbeds & Stuff that I shop at!

The sale person in the adult section was awesome. He was very talkative and helpful. The other worker seem like he wanted us to hurry and leave. He made us feel very uncomfortable

Great store... used to go in often for the blown glass section... always got great deals and amazing products. Recently went in for a mattress got an awesome one for a great price. Brittany is very helpful and honestly just amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Always been treated amazing here! I moved away from this store and decided to try the campus one on High Street for a new vape. The store was unorganized and the man running it was very cold and rude, and I ended up walking out with something I couldn’t use. Came back to this store and was able to make an exchange, plus they actually helped me make my decision. I lost my coupons to the other store, but I’m glad I ultimately came back here!

Ya I can be more specific. I bought a scale from your store. It suddenly stopped weighing. The dude behind the counter told me he couldnt calibrate it and that if I wanted I could buy weights from your store to do it myself or buy another scale. Why would I wanna buy another scale from you that only lasted me 2 months lol? And why would I need to buy weights when you can open the little container of them and do it for me without trying to get more money from me? Every business is all about money and not about their customers. Specific enough buddy?

Gotta love this place, its been the same fun place since the 70s!!! Posters, lava lamps, great incense made here in Ohio, t-shirts, irreverent political objects, bride squad stuff, mandalas, great boho clothes and jewelry at great prices and then of course the STUFF that it has always sold! Lol a fun time to be had by all!

Really cool place. Lots of nicknacks, pictures, gag gifts and odds and ins. Even have a decent selection of Ohio state things. Great place if youre stuck trying to find a Birthday or Christmas gift. You can almost always find something here.Ive never purchased glass or pipes so I cant review that section.I was looking to replace my bed, frame and mattress. I searched for weeks all over Columbus for a good one. I actually found a great one at Waterbeds n stuff for a good price. They have a great selection of furniture. Beds, bedroom sets, and chairs.

Sold the wrong size gages (they didnt even have them marked) and of course no refunds even 10 minutes later. But offered another pair of gages for half off! Wont give them any more business!They did NOT offer me a free pair!!! They said they would give me another pair for half off . If they were to offer me a free pair, why would I not take it? The guy that used the measuring tool (after I asked if they had one)told me the gages were 7/8. They are bigger than that. You have your gages in a box without sizes on it to begin with. I still have the pair and they are useless to me And you are going to respond like that???? Really??? Oh I will get the word out about your customer service!I see the response I got from the manager at the time was removed. It was very rude and stated I was lying that they offered me a free pair. NOT!

Still love this place. I actually go in for the clothes. Some of the cards and other things are a little offensive but I just stay away from them. The fellas that work there are friendly. We will continue to return to waterbeds.

Bought a vaporizer that didnt work. I went into their store late and brought it back the very next morning didnt even have it in my possession for 15 hours. Never got to use it because it was broke from the get go. They told me since I tried to use it I couldnt return it. Even though it didnt work from the get go. I explained how am I supposed to know if it works if I never try it. and they acted like they didnt care and told me they could not return money or replace it with a working one.. so now I have a $85 dollar paper weight. I am currently working with there corporate to make it right. They toldtme the best they could do is call there manufacturer that makes the product and see if they can make it right. So it may be weeks or months before I get help if at all. What is even worse is they told me its a new product they dont know much about. Theyve had it for less than a month and didnt know much about them. I could understand a no return policy on non electrical things. however its impossible to tell if electrical things work unless you try them.Hello it wouldnt let me reply back to the owner below. Yes we called that number within an hour of being declined a return. We are still working with corporate and the maker of the product.We havent received much help other than a phone number to call.. no one is owning up to the issue or wanting to give our money back. They want us to send the product back in and they will eventually fix it or send us a new one. Is what they state.. either way its just unfortunate that I bought a product a couple weeks ago and I may not get to use it for months (if at all) because the workers of this store decided not to do the right thing and help a loyal customer. Im used to going to another location however I live the closest to this one now. and I will likely never go to another waterbeds and stuff. theres too much competition out there that have much better customer service.

John is your guy if you are looking for help on questions regarding glass, he was calm cool and collected and took his time to help me find the right size banger for my piece. Went over a few different pieces and made sure it was a secure fit. Ask for John if you need help with anything glass related.

I really loved warerbeds and have bought several expensive pieces from them and never complained about prices until I miss the 420 sale. It was really fast they had a different sale besides the smokers mystery giveaway, it was spend 420 and get a pounds glass battleship and 100 mystery box. CRAZY right, I thought so too because no where online did it sayonly for the day of 4 20, it only specified retail purchase only. So next day all the sales are gone even though they all specified for the month of 4 20 well its still April so I call. Today I call all excited and the guy goes well yeah it was for yesterday Im like I know I just saw it online are you still doing it and he goes well and Im like its fine I dont need a great deal I guess I just wont buy another piece from watwrbeds again and I always spend big. I

Yeah this place is great because its got so many different types of adult and football things, and little joke toys and gadgets that people wouldnt think were real but yeah this store is a very must explore and look around yall 😀 😄

I just went in here to look to see some stuff that they have havent been in there and many many years so I thought Id give it a look they still got some really cool stuff for fair price and of course they still got their beds and their futons and their furniture and theyre actually not that badly priced

They treat there employees terribly. I came in once and a basket of pipes laying out (not in the back) and I went to look at them and this whale woman pops out of nowhere and yells at me Have you never been in here before!?My friend who used to work there came in with me and she pointed to him and said he gets it, hes been in here before. Okay if youre that upset then dont leave the pipes out 🤔 Ive also caught a manager doing coke real quick in the back. So glad I live closer to a much better waterbeds now

First off I would like to say that I love the company idea. Overall though I have been in the store multiple times and have found several things connected to a bunch of cords, employees being yelled at for something that sounded stupid and a lot of unprofessional management habits.The guy manager is usually sitting at his desk looking up stuff about hockey or vacations while I was looking for a waterbed cover. The other lady is usually behind the counter eating talking about inappropriate things. There has been times that I have asked for help in the back room and the older guy seems to be making things up just to get me to spend more money on a product. I will leave and ask an employee for help and usually it is Eric I will then go to. He was more helpful then anyone. In the end if I ever step foot in the Consumer square location again I will only talk to Eric. I am highly unimpressed with management and all of the fire dangers from the cords.

I think it would have been a better experience if they didnt judge people upon the way they look I was followed around in the store anything that I picked up that was quick to grab on my hand and asked me if I wanted to buy it I had just got off of work so I didnt look the best wore down a little bit wasnt feeling well and because I was outside talking to a few homeless people I believe they associated me as that so I feel that if the employees wouldnt be so judgmental when your parents you would get a better experience out of them

The product had an issue with it, and true to their return policy on the receipt, they exchanged the item. Staff was knowledgeable. I appreciate the etiquette of the staff.

Drove over xmas eve after calling to confirm they had feisty pets in stock. I was told they had several. When I got there I was told to pay for what I wanted and come back in 4 hours because they didnt know where they were... I chose to go else where. If youre looking for dildos and bongs,though, this is your place.

Its one of the few waterbeds and stuff thats survived and still in business so for any of ur wierd odd or just waterbeds needs stop and give them a try

They always have a great selection here, the staff can be hit or miss but overall its a good place for novelty gifts and other things.

Always in here for any smoking products and they are always super helpful and have a ton of variety

They have everything here and are not as pricey as the one on Hamilton road. They also have great knowledge of the products, well both locations have knowledge of the products as long as you talk to the right person.

This location has a lot more to offer than another one I went too.
