This is the rudest kids i have ever dealt we i will never be back in a magic vape shop this has rude it. If the owners cared they will respond if they dont they wont. Word of mouth goes a long ways.

I travel all over and the only place I buy my Vape things is here like the customer service enjoy the conversations product is the best

Honestly wish I could have gave 0 stars.Terrible people terrible customer service. My girlfriend bought one of their vape pens and didnt give her a receipt and it didnt even work. The guy says to bring it in for a refund over the phone so we do. We get there and some kids who didnt even look 18 were in there working high as a kite. They didnt even know what they were doing and said they couldnt give her a refund nor could they replace her defective vape pen which is completely illegal. I would steer clear of this store, they wont last in the bigger market industry for vaping.

The people who work here are the worst, after kicking out my infant me and my wife had to shop separately, we are both trying to quit smoking and know nothing about vaping, I asked the kid behind the counter alot of questions to which I only got shoulder shrugs and the answer its personal preference too. On top of the absolute worst customer service ever he just stared at us awkwardly while we was looking maki8the experience so strange. Never going back and would never recommend to anyone

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable associates. Great selection of juices. A variety of mods and pens. Price was pretty average. Nice clean store, helpful folks. No military discount, only downside.

Horrible place. Their receipt says 14 day refund, I even asked the kid working there he said yes, still wouldnt take it back. The guys famous line there is Sorry I couldnt help ya.Went to Jakes had no problems, even sold the Mod they wouldnt return. Will never go there again

I luv most of the employees at the Corbin Location. My wife and I have been coming here for 5 yrs and we spend quit a bit of money with they company. Rob is awesome and I consider him a friend.... I understand the policy of seeing the coupon first before giving you credit. But also when you know me and Ive had my coupon for 5 yrs if I left my phone in my truck and Im in a hurry i should be able to slide on it. There is one guy that wrks there I dnt know his name but he wouldnt know customer service if it came up and kissed him. Hes heavy set with a gray gotie. He always gives me a problem and his attitude is awful. Plus when my wife comes in without me he hits on her. I am prob gonna have to talk to Rob about this dude.....

Will not match the pricing from their own website. Went in to buy a mod and it was $30 more than what they had the same thing for on their website. They outright refused to match their own pricing. Went across the street to Jakes and bought a better mod for cheaper.

I love this place more so than any other vape store anywhere.. Friendly workers clean and comfortable environment. Willing to answer any questions and they make sure you are 100 % satisfied. This is the ONLY place I go to for my vape needs. Highly recommend going there.

I really like magic vapor, they know me by name in there because I have been coming for a while! I really wish they had one in Barbourville , KY. I have to trave from FLatlick. We have a vap store here but it doesnt sale Morleys! The drive Down there makes it inconvenient!! Hopefully soon we can get our own magic vapor!! I

Always friendly and they know what theyre selling. Ive been a customer of theirs for about 5 years now. They always have my juice and coils in stock.

These guys are awesome. They spent over an hour with me making sure that I had a quality product and everything that I needed to leave as a satisfied and returning customer, which I am!

The staff are excellent and are always incredibly kind and patient with people just learning how to take care of their mods and how to put in new coils.

I have been coming to three locations Somerset, London and Corbin for a long time. I absolutely love Magic VApor SHop. I wouldnt go any place elss. Products are the largest variety any where the warrenty on products is honored without hassel and employees are the best.

Couldnt even pack my infant in the vapor store with me I was asked to leave or leave him in the car What a shame I was trying to purchase nicotine juice Ill take my business elsewhere!

Used to be awesome with people who knew their stuff and went out of their way to help..now the dude stands there and mumbles and is incredibly unhelpful..miss the way it was when I first went in there 2 years ago

Its an ok vape shop as far as merchandise, pretty bland selection when it comes to optimising and customizing a vape. The customer service are kinda douchy too.
