I was in there the other day looking to purchase something and I had such an awful experience with Talena. She is very rude and pushy. When I told her I wasn’t interested in a different product she would just try to shove another down my throat. I used to be a regular when they had a different manger there but seeing this new manager I will no longer be returning. Such a shame to deal with these younger kids that just want try to slam products on you.

For a small shop, the selection is amazing! The employees are very helpful and nice as well. Definitely worth a visit, especially because this is the only adult shop in Corvallis. They do a great job offering a huge variety of products!

Every visit my partner and I have made here has been great before yesterday. The employee, Diana I think it says on our receipts, was not very friendly to us and kept crowding my girlfriend which made her INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. She and the other employee also had personal conversations about traumatic experiences while we were still in the store, which made me uncomfortable as well.On top of that, Diana rather rudely corrected me about something that had no reason to be corrected (I had misidentified a costume on an enamel pin) and she scolded us for sharing a rewards account, which is something that has never been a problem in the past. My girlfriend and I live together and often purchase things to share here, so we use the same account for points and nobody has ever said we couldn’t.

We brought my niece Lilly, her first time in a adult store, and her soon to be husband into this store.We met Samantha who was wonderful with us. She was professional with personality. She shows us around and spent extra time with my niece to educate, and put her at ease for her first time. After the tour she spent some one on one with out the men around.Due to the quality service, the relaxing and educational atmosphere, Iwould recommend this place to everyone.

There isnt a recent review here so Ill add one. The creepy guy I read about in the reviews hasnt been there since last October. I have to admit, the reviews almost made me not want to go in. I did anyway. There were two ladies in the store working, I was immediately relieved as it wasnt the creepy guy, besides that a salesperson with the same anatomy couldnt hurt! Within 2 minutes I had explained what I was looking for and they were both extremely professional and knowledgeable and had an idea about what might work best for me. They did up sale me but thats what a business does. Did I really need $15 toy cleaner? Not really but I bought it anyway.I also appreciated the manner the general manager (one of the salespeople was a GM) used when talking to the male customer that came in a few minutes after me. Never did I feel awkward or embarrassed. I will go back to this store if the need arises.

Went it for a couple of things and like usual super kind and helpful, the guy who was working was really respectful and answered all my questions when I had them. Didnt get his name but he was tall and had dark hair. He definitely knows the meaning of boundaries cause the old ones followed me in the store and constantly asked me to many questions about everything i like to the point where I was uncomfortable. Employees are way too pushy and make you feel uncomfortable. I understand/love good costumer service where they check in to see if they can help and what youre looking for, but this place takes it to extremes where you feel so uncomfortable and wanna just run for the doors. I now go an hr out of the way to the other adult shop, with excellent staff, that let you shop in peace and arent your shadow. In this store I was an only costumer with a friend where they came up to visit and I made clear I was just browsing to see the type of stuff they had and I didnt appreciate being 21 questiond on what I like and checked on to see if I had questions ever few minutes. Or followed when purposefully walking around from the staff member and their questions. Its nice to shop in peace without bumping elbows with a staff member who trying to pry into your personal life. If I wanna ask for help or offer up personal conversation I will but this pestering was so intense I just ended my trip early and practically bolted for the doors! Its my second time in a sex shop and I just wanna see whats in the stores and types of things existing in the sex toy world without being made uncomfortable and being yapped sales pitches when I specifically said I just wanna look around, to the point where I cant hear my thoughts. They also made two girls who came as I left, feel bad about their vibrator choices. Weird staff that make you mega uncomfortable and wont give you space to look around. I dont mind staff lingering behind for security but please just stop talking to me! Staff doesnt take personal cues to let up on uncomfortable people! I dont wanna know what you like in the bedroom! Rather go into an adult shop where Michael Scott is the manager, you gauging the level of no self-aware pushy awkwardness now?

I don’t know how anyone can rate this store lower than 5 stars. The place is so clean, well organized, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Sam and Natasha are a great team. I definitely recommend this store if you’re in the market for fun.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Adult Shop in Corvallis. it was a very pleasant experience.I was shopping for something for my wife for our anniversary and Cynthia, I think her name was, helped me choose a vibrator for her. She was very knowledgeable about everything and helped my pick out a We-Vibe 4. Cynthia explained the features and gave a great sales pitch. I also got a few other items for us to play with. One of the other items was a cock ring which was something I had never tried before and I ended up with one to small. I was back in the store today to get one that fit better and again Cynthia was there to help, I should have asked her for help the day before. I thought that going back today was going to be an embarrassing experience but definitely wasnt. I know my wife and I will be back soon to try a few more things.

After doing my research I went to the local store to get water based lube. I specified what I wanted, and got the 3rd degree about what I want it for. Directed me to the most expensive options available and got irritated when I informed her that I wanted sample sizes so I could try out some options. She started trying to argue with my choices.I ended up paying $10 for a bottle of lube that sells for $6 in their online store.I would not recommend shopping here unless you are OK with high pressure sales tactics, and poor customer service as soon as you show any independent thought.

Today, I went on an information gathering trip. Valentines day is coming up and Id like to go the extra mile to make it memorable. Kali helped with that in a big way. This store stocks products there that Ive never seen in person and have been quite curious about. Kali walked me through the pros and cons of different products, as well as suggested some things she thought I would be interested in based on our conversation. I feel as though I walked out of there with an education I wouldnt be able to find online. In addition to that, I felt valued despite not making a purchase. 10/10 will make a return trip.

Best experiences Ive ever had with an adult/erotic shop! Employees are knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable discussing what youre looking for with them. Will definitely be visiting again

Every time Ive been here, the staff was professional and helpful. It may be awkward talking to a stranger about sex things, but you just have to remember that its a store and their job is to sell you / tell you about the product.

The adult shop in Corvallis is under new management and has had a remodel of the store, all staff members are well trained, friendly and knowledgeable. Come check out the exciting new changes you will not be disappointed :)
