I came in later in the day and the massage was great, the facial was okay. However, I felt rushed since it was close to closing time when I was done. It was disappointing to find out if you want to take a shower or use the steam room it was an additional $40. So after a massage and/ or facial a person is pretty oily. Although due to the time, it was not even an option. Not sure of all spa charging for the use of their showers though, which in my opinion takes away the experience of a good spa.

I go every 3-4 weeks to get waxing services from Whitney. I HIGHLY recommend Whitney! She is the fastest waxer Ive ever had, most efficient, and using creme wax, waxing is less painful! No more days of hard wax which left my skin sore and puffy for a few days. She also is an expert in what products can help with ingrown, dryer skin, etc.The salon staff are also fantastic, they know me every time I come in, making check in seamless. Everyone is so kind and professional. If you need an Aesthetician, Epic is the place to go!

I have come to Epic Day Spa a handful of times over the last six months and wanted to share the wonderful experiences. Each time I have come in to get my nails done or get a wax, I have been thoroughly impressed with the experience and services provided.Upon walking into the salon, I was warmly greeted by staff and the ambiance put me at ease. The nail technician who attended to me was skilled and competent, as well as incredibly professional and attentive to questions. She took the time to listen to my preferences, answer questions about the process in terms I understood, and ensure I was not only comfortable, but pleased with her work. My visit to Epic Day Spa exceeded my expectations. I know each time I leave I feel satisfied and excited about my experience. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking

Karla and her team saved my hair from a balayage disaster (from another salon in town). They truly know their stuff and helped me get my hair back just in time for my wedding reception. Sincerest thanks to all! Ill never go anywhere else.

My wife came here for a spa day and loved it. She was pleased with the amenities and atmosphere, and enjoyed the steam room. She said that the massage was amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. This will definitely be something she goes back to do again.

Updated **Sawyer from Epic day salon contacted me and explained everything and was VERY accommodating in helping me book an upcoming appointment with them. I am extremely appreciative of their customer service and I truly apologize for my Bridezilla appearance.Booked a mani pedi appointment months ago and was informed this morning that my nail stylist called in sick. Normally I wouldn’t have been so disappointed but I am getting married in 2 days and it just added unnecessary stress. They did offer a 20% discount on my rescheduled appointment which wasn’t very helpful for me. I ended up booking an appointment with Modern Nails instead who were able to get me in today.

Jan. 2024: I came to Epic Day Spa 5+ years ago for a massage with a gift certificate I was given, and had a great experience, but more recently I was in to have my nails done. I thought long and hard about writing this review but I decided it needs to be shared.The person who did my nails was competent, but just did not at all get the vibe this place is going for. When I came here I was expecting a slightly elevated experience like I had before with my massage. I wanted to relax and feel like I was being taken care of. I did NOT want or need to (rather loudly) hear the nail techs whole life story, learn about their best friends drama with her boyfriend, nor did I enjoy feeling pressured to hold up the other side of this conversation myself.Further, although I do use salty language at times, I was put off by the person just casually dropping the F bomb while they did my nails. I do think theres a time and a place for that, but its not in a professional setting.All in all, it left me feeling lukewarm about Epic as a whole, and after some weeks of consideration, Ive sadly made the decision to get massage and nail services elsewhere for the time being. I might consider going back and giving them a try again, but certainly not for a while.

Serene, professional & beautiful. Be sure to add on the Sanctuary to any service you receive to maximize this specific spas experience. Have had facials & massages here. I have had spa treatments all over the world & this rates in my top 3! All the things are intentional to create a soothing, relaxing visit from the spa shoes to the lotions/potions to the water features + music. Must try experience!

I absolutely appreciate all of the services and care that I receive at the Epic Day Spa & Salon! I have been going to this place for years and have never been disappointed.

Visited here for my birthday in the summer. I enjoyed the sauna, rain shower, massage, express facial, mani/pedi and the sanctuary for probably about 5 hours. They had cute little snacks and water set up in the sanctuary. They came and found you for your appointments so you could rest and not keep track of time. It was definitely worth the money. I did a package with an add-on and I’d do it again. I was hoping they’d do something special for me since it was my birthday, like a small discount or a free drink or something like that. Doesn’t need to be huge, but I feel it could have been even better! It was very clean, they offered robes and plenty of samples to try out for shampoo, face washes, and they offered blow dryers and curlers so that at the end of your time you could walk back into the world looking fabulous. Almost a 5 star!

I went in for a balayage and was honestly excited as it was my first hair dying experience. I was told that a half balayage would be best. I went with it thinking that because it was a half balayage I would be paying half the price. Nope, I was charged full price for pretty much getting highlights done in my hair. Very disappointed and expensive for highlights. Won’t be coming back to this location and will try Honeycomb instead.

I loved my experience. Ashley at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful. Pik is amazing. I definitely recommend her for massage, and dont forget to add the sanctuary to your package it is worth it. I will be back.

Hands down the best polish manicure Ive ever had. Blaze did an amazing job. My manicure was 3 weeks ago and when I tell you it has not cracked or chipped one bit!! I work a job where I wear gloves and am pretty hard on my hands, manicures never last on me but this baby is still going. Service was also very professional and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely recommend this spa. Every service Ive had is fantastic. They are very clean and its a beautiful, relaxing facility. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I regularly see Katrina for waxing and Tracy for deep tissue massage. Both of them are phenomenal. After years of getting these types of services in other cities Ive lived and locally in the Albany/Corvallis area, I can say these two are the best Ive gone to. Ive had two different people do pedicures and they were both good as well. Some spas are not relaxing throughout, but this one has a relaxing vibe at every station and the halls between. Itd be a great place to treat someone to a service as a gift because it really feels like a luxurious experience every time.

I had high expectations for this place after seeing all the positive reviews and pictures, however I got pretty disappointed. I have been to dozens of spas and I’m leaving my honest opinion.First, the girl who gave me the tour was not welcoming and seemed pretty rushed. The sanctuary ($40 extra with facial and massage service) is basically a steam room and a fancy shower head. The steam room had a moldy smell and the machine which made the steam was super loud. I couldn’t relax at all… the lounge room on the 3rd floor was cold and no snacks as they advised. I wanted to order a drink and no one was there.The spas I went to usually at least have a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi. They are free to use with your facial/massage services or you can pay $35 for just the use of them without any other services.I gave two stars because my aesthetician Whitney was pretty good. She’s very knowledgeable about skin and knew exactly what to do with my inflamed skin, which was a surprise to me that a spa like this would have a serious aesthetician.

This is a really great place in downtown Corvallis. It’s always busy so book early! Julia recently gave me up massage and she did a fantastic job. She knew exactly what needed to be done for my shoulder.

My wife started going here maybe a year or so ago and has had an amazing experience each time. The decor is very warm, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the services are excellent. She is always pleased with the wash, cut and style, and loves the free bang cuts between hair cuts. She has used at least three different styluses and the service quality is always wonderful. She will definitely be enjoying this place for years to come!

Went here for for the first time a few weeks back on a recommendation from a coworker and it was great! Had a microdermabrasion facial with Michelle and she was so friendly, helpful, and good at what she does. My skin felt so soft afterwards. The place itself has a nice relaxing vibe and smells like calming essential oils.

I have had many massages in Corvallis, as well as other places across the country. The overall experience I had at Epic Salon was one of the best I have experienced anywhere.From the beginning, the staff is very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable the moment you walk through their doors.The facilities are beautiful, comforting, relaxing, and accommodating to each individuals needs. The massage itself was wonderful, the masseuse individualized my massage to fit my needs, and even went a little longer to work on my problem areas. I would highly recommend Epic Day Spa to anyone looking to have an excellent massage experience.

Im extremely upset. My esthetician, Destiny (if anyone is looking for her, shes at Luminous now,) moved on from the company and no one bothered to reach out or send an email letting me know this. When I showed up for my appointment, I was not able to be seen. The girl at the front desk didnt even ask to rebook me with someone else or anything. Im extremely upset and will not be returning and Im telling my clients not to go there.

Got very sick with COVID the day of my appointment and wasn’t able to call in to cancel a facial while asleep and ill most of the day. They charged my gift card the full amount for the facial $116. That was my Mother’s Day gift from my husband and a lousy waste of money. I can understand a cancellation fee…charging the entire service seems excessive. I regret not calling in to cancel my appointment, but I could barely sit up, let alone have the mental capacity to think of a facial appointment.

I had a great experience! The staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed for my pedicure, facial, waxing and massage. Katrina and Montana were excellent, and I will request them for my next visit. They were very accommodating to my requests, knowledgeable about the products used, and made sure I was satisfied with each service. No need to look any further for your spa services, Epic Day Spa is the place!

I cant praise this salon & spa enough!! EVERY single employee is hand chosen by the creme de la creme. Each person hired by this establishment is kind, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. From massage therapy, skin care, or hair care....you can NOT go wrong. These people are masters of their craft. Treat yourself, and indulge in an EPIC self care experience!! World class!!!

It was a lovely experience - easy to make an appointment for both my cousin and I together on their family visit to Corvallis from Texas! She had a hot stone massage while I had a facial. I enjoyed the professional interaction, the knowledgeable suggestions without overdoing the selling, albeit I did get some of their Bio Elements products. Id go back again and perhaps try a massage next time and return for a facial in a few months. The facility is comfortable and leaves you feeling pampered without seeming opulent. All in all a great place and good service and glad we have them in Corvalis!

I couldn’t recommend Epic enough. The staff is so friendly and professional. Karla did over a 6 hour color correction for my hair and did an amazing job! She is extremely patient and detail oriented. She is great at what she does and I can’t say enough about how amazing she is.

I have received services from Epic Day Spa quite a few times in the last four years! I regularly get my hair cut and colored by Alicia, who is incredible! One of the best colorists Ive worked with, as well as a wonderful person! She is easy to work with and wants give you the results you are hoping for. I have NEVER left an appointment with her feeling anything but amazing about my cut, color and style. From all-over color, to highlights, to ombre - she can do it all! She has a great eye for color and style!Ive received nail services from Epic as well. Again, each time is perfection. The work that they do is professional and I have never had a better nail service. Ive had full sets of gel nails and they always look incredible - as well as their large color selection!As for the staff and location, it is the perfect day spa! The amount of services they offer is huge! You couldnt ask more of a well rounded staff. They have integrated products, make-up, massage, hair, facials, steam rooms, nails, etc. There isnt anything they cannot do. The staff is incredibly welcoming. I havent met a staff member that isnt ready to service you or offer you their help. Every time I come in, Im promptly greeted by those at the front desk, checked into my appointment, and offered drinks (wine, coffee, water, etc.). They help to make the experience as relaxing as possible.Whether you want one service or a day at the spa, this is the place to go!

The massages were great. Im not sure Im in love with the Sanctuary, but Im very glad we got to experience it just the once at least. We went for a couples massage and it was a wonderful experience, I cant wait until we can go back. The masseuses were very kind and knowledgeable and very open to mid-massage feedback.

I got a cut and partial highlight with Victoria. I said I wanted subtle babylights that would grow out without a harsh line and she gave me exactly what I wanted. i also appreciate how i told the front desk i was budget conscious while booking the appointment, and they told me exactly how much the total cost would be before i ever set foot in the salon. very happy i found this place and Victoria.

I bought a $150 Mother’s Day gift card. My wife scheduled a facial, but got sick with Covid so she didn’t attend her appointment. They still charged $116 on the gift card. How do they think it’s fair to charge $116 for a service that wasn’t even provided?! Horrible business plan, not customer-friendly at all! Shame on you! I get charging maybe 10% fee for a no-show, but not the full price.

I started going to Epic six years ago when I moved to the area. Over the course of that time they have had to call me on three separate occasions to reschedule my hair appointment because the stylist I was using had left the salon. On my most recent visit, I arrived at the scheduled time to find out they had schedule me for the wrong say (think the 22nd rather than the 2nd). While the services I have received have been average, maintaining service with a stylist and reliable bookings have been truly problematic.

This is my go to when I need a relaxing day or special beauty service. Ive had a variety of services at Epic (waxing, facial, body scrub, mani, paid, massage...) and am always happy. Enjoy the sanctuary and leave plenty of time to enjoy their amazing showers! Plan to book well in advance, appointments fill up quickly.

Ive had great experiences at Epic Day Spa in the last couple months. Each of the staff members with whom I have interacted have been helpful and great at what they do. The sanctuary and locker room amenities are fabulous! Relaxing, clean, and with everything you need. I will be back, and I highly recommend their services!

Not so great Im afraid--massage therapist was new and not great. She needs more time/training. She did not listen to me and disregarded my verbal and written instructions about my needs. She talked incessantly and caused me pain during and after the massage. When I checked out the girl asked me if I had a good experience, and I told her no. She did not ask me for details. Ive gone here for several years and every other time was amazing. This time however was not.

I get my hair cut and colored by Miranda. The staff is friendly and well informed of current and upcoming trends and techniques. Theyll give you an innovative look flattering to your own personal style. Additionally if something isnt realistic, a particular cut or color, etc, theyll be honest and save you the trouble. The salon has tons of products and other great services, I got my brows done too, they turned out perfect!!

I have visited this salon twice now & both of my experiences were amazing. I had a facial/dermplan and eyebrow wax done by Michelle and let me tell you, my skin looks and feels radiant! The minute I walked out of the salon and looked in my car mirror I was in such “awe”. My skin went from dull/dry to plump, glowing and soft instantly! Even my husband noticed an instant difference in my face! (And he never notices anything! Lol) This was my first time getting a dermplan/facial done and I am beyond pleased with service I received! Thank you so much!

If youre in the heart of the valley and have naturally curly hair - Epic is your spot. The staff will ask you how youd like them to cut your curly hair - whether dry or wet cut - and will work with you to get exactly what you want. Because the staff at Epic is so amazing and has real talent - Ive trusted my stylist and tried some new, trendier cuts and styles with my curly hair - which is not something Ive been brave enough to try at any other salon. AMAZING. My hair always ends up looking EXACTLY how I pictured it when I visit Epic.Upon asking my other curly-headed friends as to what salon in town will take care of the unique textures of our hair - we UNANIMOUSLY agree - Epic is awesome.

Im sure Epic Spa day may provide some nice services, but I would not recommend them for getting your hair cut or colored here. My hair cut was thoughtlessly done- missed a chunk and my thin hand done high lights turned out bulky and copper. I would have said something at the hair saloon but I wasnt even given a hand held mirror to look at it myself. Pictures will be posted.

This place is amazing. I got the hot stone massage plus a facial. You MUST experience the steam room. Its also amazing. I could sit in there all day. I booked this experience for my parents for Christmas and Im heading back after the new year for a girls day.

This spa is AMAZING. Took my mother for a late birthday gift and we had the best day ever! It is Very clean and super professional. I got the greatest back massage from Abby. Going back soon! 10/10 👍🏽

Super nice employees. Ive had my eyebrows done there a lot and I loved it. Recently I got my hair colored there and I didnt love it. They were kind and tried to fix it, its definitely better, but I still dont love it.

I went in for a color consult almost in tears because another stylist at a different salon had bleached the living daylights out of my hair when I asked for a balayage. I was so worried that my hair was beyond salvageable, but Sarah was able to instantly calm my woes. She listened to what I wanted, and we looked at some pics of hair that I liked. She fixed my botched bleach job and made my hair a dimensional, natural blonde with lots of highlights and lowlights- I absolutely love it! Sarah also cut it so well- the best I think Ive ever had it cut! She was so knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time she took to make sure that my hair was how I wanted it. Thank you Sarah!!

This place has a great vibe. The workers are very friendly and accommodating. I was not offered any beverages during my pedicure. Also the seats were not very comfortable compared to some places I have been. Overall it is a good experience, but I don’t know if I would go again for the price.

They got me in for a therapeutic massage on short notice to help with an injury. Despite a minor scheduling hiccup, the staff went above and beyond to make everything right. Tracy knew what she was doing while focusing on areas that had been injured, and I even gained some mobility in my joints! I am looking forwards to my next session here.

My most recent experience with Epic spa was one of neglect and carelessness. We were checked in given forms and dutiful forgotten for our Santuary Experience. After realizing we had been forgotten I reminded the front desk of our appointment. So for $20. A piece we had about half the normal santuary time. Afterward I had a disappointing massage and left I may never book another appointment here.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I made a reservation to get pedicures with a friend. When we had arrived for our appointment, we were refused service due to past history of foot fungus. I understand their reasoning, but wish this was made clear when I had made a reservation over a week ago. I was looking forward to the experience, but now I will never be going back.

We love this place! My whole family goes there for hair, nail, face, and body treatments. Even my toddler gets haircuts there.

What a wonderfully friendly place. I felt welcome and very taken care of. I also felt that it was clean and overall a place I will be back to. I got my brows waxed and the service was the best Ive had in this town.

I have had two massages with Hina at Epic Day Spa and I cant tell you how much she helps me. As an athletic and active person who train 5-6 days a week in a gymnastics inspired approach to training, my body has its fair share of knots and tightness. Hina is so good at detecting the areas that need attention and beautifully mixes therapeutic pressure with relaxing massage and eases into the more intense deep-tissue work. My body feels so much better after seeing her! The massage paired with some time in the facilitys steam room just sends me over the moon! Definitely make an appointment with Hina if you are an athlete struggling with tight muscles.

Epic spa day is great for price! One on the stylists gave me a deal on my hair color so I could afford it!

Its a good place to relax theres never a lot of people there are usually get my haircut but their prices are absolutely ridiculous and thats why I only give a for stores. Otherwise this place has very pleasant staff is a very cozy place always has free coffee and if you want you can even get some wine while youre getting your haircut or foot massage.

My hairstylist, Dylan, is fantastic. He understood what I wanted and how my hair moves, and gave me a fabulous haircut. He is extremely friendly and works beautifully. I highly recommend him!

Claire! Amazing at matching energies, or even raising yours up. Once I take my glasses off I cant see a thing, but I trust her with the color and cut explicitly.

Feel like I am in San Francisco when I walk through the doors! Luxurious restful surroundings, warm welcome, and knowledgeable personnel makes for wonderful experience every single time. Much more affordable than it looks!
