I have been visiting Oregon for the last week and I live in California! I asked my friend where I can find a vape shop and he immediately told me to go to Wild Side. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 different people. They where so genuinely friendly, warm and kind I couldn’t help but adore them! They helped me find a juice and a coil for my mod. Prices where beyond fair and I just adored them. Definitely go here!

Everyone is super helpful and chill. Im generally not in a hurry to do much of anything and the employees are still prompt and courteous every time I go there. 2 snaps and Twist for Wild Side. They have some nice glass and a pretty good selection of vapes and juices.

I used to almost dread having to come here because I felt shamed or like I was a burden to the workers whenever I wouldnt buy their upsell item. Example: I go in only needing two cans of butane but they offer me 10% off $100 glass bong then they seem annoyed that I dont buy said bong... But then be super bro-y again and invite me to the barbecue after I tip them. Emotional roller coaster.... But Im happy to report that probably over the last 18 months to 2 years that doesnt happen anymore and I enjoy my experience while in there. Staff is great and friendly, bunch of different cuties in there and genuine good human souls🕴️. I gotta crush but Ill neverrrr tellll😏🤐

Cleanest shop with the best selection and friendliest employees in town. All the people that work here are lovely. I see Chloe and James all the time and they are just so sweet and helpful.Why doesn’t the owner let customers tip via card??? That is my only complaint. Please let us tip on card for these hardworking employees.

So I don’t normally make bad reviews as I understand things happen and 9 times out of ten I’m treated right. This review doesn’t have anything to do with customer service, but is about their lack of stock on vape pods. I am now on my 4th vape device from them, and every time I get a vape from them, they run out of pods a couple weeks later. Then I get put on a waiting list “call back list” and wait a month for them to get them back in stock. Not liking to wait, I end up getting talked into buying a new device from them in which the salesman promises me that they always have coils for. Sure enough, next week no pods. I have again been waiting a month on the call back list for 2 different vapes that I could use if they would get coils. So now they are telling me they aren’t sure they are gonna get those pods in and recommended I buy a new device.…Again… I won’t be giving them any more of my money as at this point it seems like a scam to be buying new devices that are useless in a couple weeks. Go somewhere that keeps a smaller stock of devices and keeps their pods on hand, it’s infuriating.

Great store, I dont vape or smoke, but I do get my Kratom here. Great prices, very competitive with online stores and a large selection of high quality products. They offer a discount when you buy any 3 kratom based items, definitely worth stocking up here. Their punch card for additional discounts is nice too. I dont even bother shopping around.

Bought a bubbler and it broke within the same week even though I was being very gentle and taking good care of it. Then I went back to get a different piece and bought a lighter and the chick sold me an almost empty lighter that doesn’t even work properly. Staff seems pretty clueless except for the first time I came, this place is not even cheap either bubbler was $35 and I found some at dispensaries that were way more stable and better quality for $20 or less. Pretty terrible experience honestly. Nothing worse than getting to your stop and you realize you were sold and empty lighter Probably won’t come back except for sales

Honestly, I drive a little over an hour to come here. The shops product and service it worth it!! The parking lot is small, so be aware, but dont let that stop you!

Bought a puffco pipe.....it did not work.....they did NOTHING for me.....take your business elsewhere! Manager was no help at all!

I absolutely love this shop. This is the best place in town to buy Kratom products amongst other things. Megan and Chloe are always super friendly and always greet me with a smile.They always try to give me the best deal possible. Im definitely a regular because of those two.

Called in advance to replace my downstem, woman on the phone said bring $10 and you’ll be able to get what you need, i came in and they told me the only downstem i could buy to fit my piece was $30

IF YOU VAPE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would! I will NEVER purchase from this store again. On 2 separate occasions, I was sold the wrong product. The last time I was VERY explicit on what I wanted. Was sold the wrong product, which in turn ruined the pod I had also just purchased. They refused to refund or exchange ANYTHING despite it being THEIR mistake/ignorance and selling mismarked products!

Everyone is super sweet the price is a much for glass. I spent 80 bucks on a nectar and it broke within a 3 days and it was sealed in a soft case the tip warped and cracked the design broke off so fast also. I was super upset and sad and this ain’t the first time this has happened. Other then that everyone is super nice and chill

The associates that work there are highly knowledgeable and keep the shops environment hyped. Every time I go in I get exactly what I need with no issues. The one time I had an issue, they went above and beyond to make the situation right. Yes they push sales very well but they respect when you tell them you are good with what you got. I wouldnt put my money into any other business. On top of a good staff they also have a wonderful selection of glass, papers, and any other accessories needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Another recent incident: I bought a Diamond Shruumz bar. The product was open with a bite out of it! I called and let them know was told they would replace it. Got busy with life, came in spoke to the manager, (different color hair, larger gal.) Always a problem with her! She wont return the product but will give me 30% off a new bar. She told me to tell the associate to tell her from now on when issues arise. I told her to train her own employees, thats not my job! Oh thank you, but no thanks!---------------------------------Lets adjust my rating from top level/5 to the lowest/1...0 if I could.First off, you lost Forest, there went ALL of your Kratom knowledge. I cant find one person in your shop with an answer to any of my questions, not one!! You should not have personnel on your floor giving out guesses and having to look things up and change their minds several times! I know more than most of your staff but have specific questions about YOUR products of which, they cant answer.I have spent several hundred dollars on kratom and CBD. I use only one credit card for every purchase, the one my husband and I have had for 30 years. The female manager with the green hair, has cashed me out twice with the same card and this last time, she denied taking my card previously because its only in my husbands name. My picture is on the freaking credit card! She refused my sale and lost a local, dedicated customer.They had a sign posted, spend $50.00 or more on Kratom, receive a free, sample of something I actually wanted to try. I ask about it, they are out and refused to substitute another product....false advertisement, not cool.So, with that last experience, nicely done, I just spent $250.00 on line and no need to go back to your store since your prices are way higher than what I paid!Ill let people know the website so they wont experience what I endured.

Place is an absolute rip off. Refused to give me a price over the phone for a product I was looking for, but said they have a 20% discount sale going on for it and I would be happy. So I drove from Albany to find out they sell it for way more then everyone else and with there discount, its still 3 dollars more. Waste of gas. Should disclose prices to customers

Shady interview process. None of the hiring managers are willing to be honest and forthright. They lead a person on and then ghost the person, like a bad one night stand. They claim accountability is one of their core values yet the hiring managers do not have any self accountability. The employees never seem to know what is going on and claim to be helpful yet they have no follow through either. Wild Side in Corvallis is not worth the run around and their products are subpar at best. Their parking lot is a nightmare too.

I went in for the first time today, and I was extremely impressed with the customer service that I received. I went in sort of knowing what I wanted, but I had questions since I have been out of the vaping game for a while. All of my questions were answered, the guy who helped me (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was very knowledgeable and guided me to the unit that fit my needs. When I mentioned that I had seen it online for a good bit less $, he did a bit of research and price-matched it! I am very pleased, and I will definitely be back.

Nicest smoke shop Ive ever been to. I love the style of the place and the customer service is consistently good. Very upbeat and ready to show you anything you want. The first time I went they demo-ed their infamous glass products and I fell in love with it. Its really hard to break (the demo was banging a pipe against something) and I wont go back to normal glass. Mostly because things get broken often in my house so its worth the few extra bucks for something Im not going to have to buy again for a while. I live in a different city than this location but I like to go here for my glass because its that worth it.

Dont go here. Their employees are not knowledgeable at all and when they screw up and dont read and grab the wrong product, youre stuck with it and out the money cause the manager does nothing to make it right.

The moment we walked in the door we were greeted. The same clerk asked what we were looking for and then proceeded to tell us it was not what we wanted and we should buy something else. We said we wanted to browse and this pushy little salesman would not go away. He did not social distance which was concerning and he wouldnt take no for an answer while crowding us. After 10 or so minutes, we had enough and walked out without purchasing anything. Both of us vowing to never return.My previous experience was similar. Most of the clerks push what they think the customer should buy, not what the customer is looking for. On a positive note, the previous experience was not as painful as the latest shopping experience.After talking to several other folks whom used to shop there, they had very similar experiences. Huge turn off. We all felt like the clerk was a 1970s used car salesman pushing us to buy what we did not want.

Christian, Dylan, and Chloe are amazing! I go in for Binaries Cabin vapes and Elfbars. I never know what flavor I want but know what I like. These three have never steered me wrong when they help me chose a flavor. Christian got me hooked on the Blu Raz of binaries and my husband loves the strawberries n cream elfbar he recommended! Love these guys!

DO NOT SUPPORT. SCAM ARTISTS.Best place in town to get scammed out of your money for fake/tampered glass. Come here for rude insults, pushy salesmen, and an uncomfortable atmosphere.The manager and the employees seem friendly but when it comes to sales they are aggressive, ill-mannered and pushy. While looking at glass they bombarded me with prices completely out of my price range and tried to talk me into getting glass way out of my budget. The deals are too sketchy. How can something so expensive be then sold at $80? Or $65? This tells me their glass is imported, cheaply produced, and frauds. After telling the employee Id rather keep my options open and check other places before making a purchase he told me then next time Ill sell it to you for full price. This was not only cynical but extremely passive aggressive to say to a customer. This store has lost all my business/respect. I will never recommend this store to anyone. I have no doubt this business will shut down. While looking at other reviews, it has seemed to become a recurring problem.

Shop has a wide array of pieces and tools to choose from,but when it comes to salesmanship the shop really falls short. Even when you know exactly what you want and how much you want to spend the staff bombard you with pitches for items that you would have no need for or interest in. Ive left my name on a call list for stock several times and have never recieved a call when items are in stock. The shop would be great if the staff werent so in your face and pushy.

This place has the BEST selection and prices for all your glass pieces, vapes, kratom, and CBD products. They have some of the nicest and most knowledgeable employees there that love to help newbies and veteran smokers alike. I always enjoy my shopping experience here every single time!

This is the first store where the people were nice and helpful, not pushy! Even when we had a miscommunication on what item I needed, they made it right. I noticed an ad by the counter and when I mentioned it, the salesperson set me up with something in my budget and my fav color. I liked what I purchased so much I am picking up one as a gift on my way out of town. They are even more awesome by assisting me via curbside pick up. I look forward to visiting this store again when I am in this part of town.These folks really stood out among lots of shops I have been to. I do have some advice after my most recent visit.A note after my 2nd visit. Please politely ask customers to back up 6ft, dont keep asking me to back up and then say, Thats 6 feet and walk off all rude. Coming off passive-aggressive will never work in your favor towards customers, bud. Its literally enough to make people not come back. I almost turned away and decided to take my money elsewhere at that exact moment. The sales person assisting me apologized and it wasnt even his fault. Next time, try, Thank you so much for coming in today. Can you please help us out by back up 6ft so we can maintain social distancing?.

My fiancé and I went into the shop last night to browse. We knew absolutely nothing about dab rigs and explained this to the two gents working and they glazed right over our desire to learn about the components and how glass set ups work.I have never had such bad customer service in my life.We intended to window shop, maybe buy something if we were really convinced to buy right then and there, and the sales folks kept up-selling us on equipment without explaining how any of it worked, despite our requests for information. The sales person we were talking with was 90% focused on the price and kept talking about how a $100 rig “wasn’t that expensive” without contextualizing the quality, process of the how the dab rig worked, and insisted that with the more expensive glass, we would get accessories for free.We walked out after five minutes and went to Tony’s and got exactly the customer service we were hoping for.

You cant return anything even if ur vape doesnt work in first month. That sucks I have gone threw four different vapes when I buy a vape and then they dont carry it no more or have pods coils ....I just bought this here two months ago I explain so they sold me a whole new vape...how is that ok and two out of four vapes. Why do u change ur stock so much? Why cant I just have keep and use same vape. I bought two little pipes there for example both melted when I apply the touch to take a dab they were built for dabs I called em the same day as I bought them explained what happened when I heated up the rig to dab that the tip melted close on same day of purchase and they would not give me my money back. They wouldnt replace the non working product I gave a two star because of my experience

Called and asked if they had a certain flavor of shisha. I was placed on hold by the sales associate for over 20 minutes. Then the phone disconnected, when trying to call back all I could get was an automated message. I drive a fairly significant distance to come to your smoke shop and it has always been a good experience but there has been a couple times where I come in and the product I want is out. Which is why I like to call and get confirmation of it being there before making the trip. I heard the sales associate helping several other customers and I understand being busy, but I dont think it would have been too much to receive a yes or no for my question.

Really chill smoke shop!I went in there a week or so ago and the guys there were super friendly and helpful when I wanted to look around at everything in the shop. They helped me find what would work best for what I wanted and gave me a great price on it all. After the purchase, Chris loaded me up on raffle tickets and sent us on our way. It was a great experience all around.

The pipe I got was,defective and they wouldnt e,change it for o e that works. I paid $100 for it and they wanted me to buy another one. Its the law that they have to take back defective items. But they didnt care. And no one in the shop Was,Wearing a mask even the manager wasnt wearing one. And I saw them letting people try out things with out a mask and putting it right back into the case with out cleaning it first. So be careful getting one. I would sterilize it first.

Definitely wont be going into the corvallis shop again, staff is not knowledgeable about products,its pretty bad when the customer knows more than the person who works there, thank goodness for the Eugene location, the staff there is knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have pretty bad social anxiety and i was pretty much crying the entire time i was in here, and the guy who was helping me was really nice about it. i told him what i was looking for and he made some suggestions and we found exactly what i wanted. he was very easygoing and friendly, the atmosphere is great in there too.really cool place, friendly workers, good prices.

Friendly friendly people. If you have severe anxiety, the atmosphere instantly calms you down when you walk in. The staff also has an answer for every question I ask. Great selection of nicotine, pipes, and bongs!

I bought the best disposable I’ve ever owned from wild side. The Eflbar 5000 puffs, cranberry grape is the best one ever. I’ve been chiefing on this thing for 2 weeks now and it is still going. Buying it was really nice, the lady told me it tasted like aloe grape and she was right. I’ve recharged this thing like 5 times and it still tastes great. It smells like grape hichew. I’m definitely buying this again next time.

All the new staff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable but one that stands out is Alex! She is always the first one to get me what I need, greets and farewells me and always looks fly as hell 😎 10/10 will but kratom from her again!

Use to love this place. I mangage a dispensary and have sent people this way for two years. Today the staff handed me a zero nicotine vape after I requested a six MG twice. Not a big deal I figure, theyll probably handle it. Nope. I opened the product before I noticed, so all they offered was a 20 percent off. I get the wasted product aspect, but if I sold someone the wrong flower, Id be making it right and what I sell is a schedule 1 narcotic by federal guidelines. With this knowledge, I cant in good conscience come back or send anymore customers to this store Not when I know they wont make up for their own mistakes.

Sold me a vape that stopped taking a charge after 12 hours. When I brought back to return within 48 hours they wouldnt accept because it had already been used. How am I supposed to find out a vape is broken before using it? Stole my money

Ive bought a LOT of stuff from this store. The workers are knowladgeable and have great energy! I enjoy the specials and raffles when I can make it. Ive been a regular customer for 2 years and plan on continuing on being one.

Over charged me, even after I asked if they were sure the total was the correct amount. After looking at my receipt, I called them to have them fix THEIR mistake, and they proceeded to tell me they could not refund the money they over charged, and all they could do was offer me in store credit. Ive been a regular customer for over a year now. This is not the first time theyve made a mistake or lied to me. I will be going to Tonys Smoke Shop from now on.

This is easily the best glass shop in corvallis in terms of variety of products in a convenient location. From glass to papers, cbd, vapor products, Kratom, and more. The staff are very friendly and obviously passionate about glass. My only qualm is that they can be kind of pushy in terms of getting you to buy things but thats easily brushed aside and well worth the store and product.

They pushed me to buy a more expensive vape that I had originally planned on buying since getting it they have been sold out of the coils for months. I feel like I genuinely got scammed by them.

Great place! Huge selection and nice staff. I would like to mention one of the employes in particular - I think his name is Forest. He gave me amazing service! Super knowledgeable and very helpfull, I am genuinely impressed. Definetly comming back for more, and hoping to see you there when I do!

I visited out of necessity, I was very happy with the results. The young lady helping me was awesome in her customer service. Upon entering the house was full of customers and yet, I was treated as if I was the only one that mattered. I will return, thank you Wild Side Smoke Shop!!!

Great people every time we have went in. Bought a honey bucket from Gavin took a 18 home needing an 14 he worked with us stayed open so we could get in to switch. Have been in the store several times and have received the same warm friendly feel from everyone in staff we have worked with.

Probably one of the worst weeks Iv had in 15 years and went in to get some vape stuff to destress and opened up to the vendors. Their names were zach Cole and I believe Colton? ( they told me their names because I insisted on writing a review for how amazing they where and they told me their names and I remembered 2 but I feel terrible about forgetting the 3rd exactly) was the third guy in the store but it was the people working on Feb 18 2021 around noon. They were absolutely above and beyond what they had to, not only where they helpful in finding good juice and what I needed but I left actually feeling happy and cared for because these 3 guys really gave me good advice and showed they genuinely cares for not only customers but people in general and should be rewarded for their service not only to the store but to its customers. I will now only be buying my juice and pods from wild side in Corvallis in hopes to see them when I come in and deffinily suggest others do too. When I tried to tip or ask anything I could have done in return for them helping lifting me out of a depression was that I didn’t have to tip or do anything... I really don’t know what else to say than they wanted to do good with 0 recognition.... they are absolute kings and should be treated as such

Went to return a DaBox product and didn’t have a receipt with me from the purchase, so the worker Christian helped me, he looked up my purchase and was able to help me, dude is awesome.

Stopped into Wild Side in hopes of finding a quick n cheap rig, and was met with very friendly customer service and THREE FULL CASES of discounted pieces. Bree handled several sales at once and everyone left happy. Including us! I hope she makes commission because she also talked me into purchasing a full size Phoenician grinder 😉 Thanks for the awesome service, Bree!

This store says it sells only local glass. It does not. It is all Chinese. I dont have issues with that except that China uses slave labor to make glass. Not cool. Also lying about where glass is from is also not cool. Why lie? Oh yeah, you can ramp price up! Most of these items can be bought online for less than 10$ Pretty messed up.

Its clear the staff is hired for their looks and to fit a vibe. As attractive as their sales staff may be, theyre useless when it comes to answering questions. I had to explain to the employee what a carb cap and terp pearls are.Save some time and money go somewhere else.

I have only had problems with one employee, Chris. It’s only when i’m with other girls, whenever I had a male with me, he is way nicer. He is very condescending and rude, and is very pressuring. He told my friend not to buy a battery because she “shouldn’t be inhaling that” just to sell her a dab pen that was wayyyy more expensive, even though she was very clear she wanted a battery. I wanted rolling papers and he proceeded to tell me that i needed a certain size even though there was a size i wanted. He walks away mid conversation as if i’m not there, in the middle of my sentence and starts a conversation with his coworker. I have tried to give this guy Chris “Chronic” many chances, about 3 or 4 and he continues to be extremely rude. Please resolve this as I will not be continuing to go to this store.

Walked into the shop just to browse the selection, told the attendant that up front. He proceeded to try and hard sell me glass that I didnt really have a chance to leisurely look at yet. Continually followed me and my friend as I tried to move away to look at different cases. Kept asking me what I wanted in a bong and then berated me when I gave my preferences about style, perc, and price (I dont need a $200 bong). Stayed silent as my friend told him I was allowed to be selective about what I wanted in my new bong. I found a bong I liked the look of and we asked if we could try to pull through it, he filled it with water and then pulled through it first which was offputting and gross, sorry but I just dont want to put my mouth where a strangers just was.As soon as I reiterated that I wasnt buying anything today and that I dont like to make big purchases same day he completely changed his tune. Told me the bong I had shown interest in would be gone that day and that I would miss out on it. Then completely ignored us the rest of our visit.Almost gave this place 2 stars for selection but the awful customer service and pushy dude making me feel uncomfortable and bad about my preferences really turned me off the whole experience.Edit: found out this dudes name is Chris and that other friends have had bad experiences with him.

Great selection of pipes, bongs, and all your cannabis needs (except the cannabis) are buy one, get the second half price. On sale days they offer buy one, get a second one equal in price for $4.20! Open until 10PM every night, 11PM on Friday and Saturday.

Love shopping here for my smoke accessories. They always have good deals BOGO, BO1/2, $10For6, 3$For2. Owner and workers are always friendly and helpful. I recommend it to my friends, better selection and prices than Tonys too.

We went down the street first, what a mistake. This smokeshop has been one of the best on the coast. We started in Portland and made our way to Corvallis. Love this shop, friendly, helpful and super fun!!! They have a very beautiful collection of a little of everything. Definitely a must visit

I am a caregiver for developmentally disabled adults who dab bho & theyre extremely difficult socially & can come off rude if people arent aware of their. Disabilities. & Coulter (the manager) Was absolutely amazing!! He understood that my client was not rude just suffering from a traumatic brain injury & Coulter didnt Up sale he did make a good $100 but he listened to our unique situation and crafted the best care package purchase that would suit us best at a cheap price (theyre on Social Security disability) cant buy a Cadillac on a Kia budget. I am going to be bringing & sending everyone here & promoting them every opportunity i have. You dont get this amazing service anymore and i left feeling Coulter. deserves a raise & promotion. I was about to buy an item and the employee started telling me how wrong I do everything in order to try and upsell me. Not only was he extremely condescending, but his information was incorrect. He proceeded to tell me that I didnt know what I was doing and needed to do my research. His attitude was so rude and he treated me so poorly that I walked out, with the piece sitting on the counter. Your employees attitude lost you business.

Wide selection of glass, vape products, and kratom. My experiences going here have been mostly positive, but a few of the salesmen are aggressive and try to push more expensive products on you. So it’s hit or miss with regard to customer service, depending on who’s helping you. But honestly, this doesn’t warrant any of the low ratings I see below.

This place is the place to go for any of your smoking needs! The staff is friendly, quick, and super knowledgeable and nice enough to help explain things im not sure on. Ive gotten my favourite pieces from here, and they are the hook for CBD as well fire prices. They have a broken glass gareturee which is awesome and they are always having awesome sales. Definitely go here and look around they are FANTASTICALLY AMAZINGLY PRIME hands down.

The hard sell tactics are extremely off putting. Ive been to used car dealership s that hard sell less. Im tired of then pushing glass when Im not there for that. Im tired of them pushing me to order more when Im specifically only there for a small purchase. Im going to the other shop in town now, today was thier last chance and they blew it.

I asked for a midrange nectar collector and midrange torch, apparently that was too much to ask for. The nectar collector had too many moving parts and broke while I tried to fill it with water, and the torches shown to me were mostly top of the range or at the very bottom. This was an awful experience, I spent way too much money for it to break within minutes of opening it. Now, Ill have to spend more money to get myself set up, and it wont be with these clowns

This is a very conflicting smoke shop for me... They have good product, but the people who work here can be very hit and miss. The shop is commission based so they will ALWAYS try and upsell you products you dont actually need. Some of the workers are genuinely helpful, but most will just try and get whatever extra cent they can. 🤔

I bought 2 vapes. Given it was during raffle drawing, they couldnt take the time to show me how to change the coils. I brought them back bc they were leaking oil, they told me to take them outside to drain them. Anthony made me feel like an idiot when i asked if would show me how to re assemble them.A worker offered me raffle tickets and a decent discount if i came back bc clearly he felt bad, but i refused i will NEVER come back to this place.The dudes about the money not his customers.

I have been into the shop a few times now. The guys have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was looking for something in particular and the Wild Side had a larger selection of product than anyone else that I found in town. I highly recommend the store! Thanks guys!

Honestly this place has gone down hill in the past 3 years since Ive been going there. I go there for vape juice but theyre always out of stock. Very rarely do they ever have what I want. Past two times Ive gone in there the guy behind the counter has tried selling me menthol which Ive told him multiple times I dont want. After that he tries selling me one of those pos disposable vapes Id rather just buy a pack of smokes at that point itll last longer anyway. I was in there last night and he told me theyd be getting a shipment in tonight. I went in and of course it didnt show up so Im just gonna stop going here and go to Valley Vapors instead.

They will lie to you about what they have in store just to get you in I called the day before and an hour before I showed up then they said they haven’t had that product. And they have no glass for under $60

Do not shop here! Management and employees are some of the most bigoted, unsafe people I have ever met. It is worth it to drive a few extra minutes to a different smoke shop for your needs. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Great friendly service, generally very knowledgeable team members, and if they don’t know something, they find out for you. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the selection is so vast.

This place is awesome and always have what I need and if not will help me find something equal to my liking. Not to mention the very friendly staff who go above and beyond. I would highly recommend anyone whos in need or wanting anything they offer to come here before anywhere else!

This place used to be awesome when Will opened it up, but now it’s a rip-off and the new manager doesn’t care about his customers at all. He was asking people to leave positive feedback and now I know why. I’m going back to green room. Daniel has always been a boss.

Iv baught maybe 3-4 pieces of glass here, and every single one has had some sort of defect. My brand new bong had a crack that they covered with the price tag, and a pipe I baught had a crack it in that made it unusable. My friends have baught glass from this shop also and have had about the same luck as me. Maybe if I was just unlucky or they offered an exchange this wouldn’t be a problem, but every single person who buys glass from this shop has a similar story to mine. They are selling broken glass for “good deals”. DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS. Shops like these give the industry a bad image.

They told a friend of mine they had the best price in town for a Prince tank, went to check it out cause Im looking for a backup. Theyre charging 20 dollars more than the other vape shop in town, and tried to convince me that I should buy a mod to get the tank with it.

Bought a glass accessory here only 3 months ago, and its made out of such cheap glass when i went to pull the down stem out after it got stuck, the whole thing cracked, then broke. It wasnt hevaily used and still looked brand new. For that quality it was severely overpriced. They also sold my boyfriend a coil for his vape they said would fit, it didnt fit then refused to exchange it even though it was their fault. They then sold him a SECOND wrong fitting coil and still wouldnt exchange it. Money hungry and not worth it, go somewhere else theres plenty.

I was looking for a portable vaporizer and went in and told the salesman that I had terrible experience with $40 portable vaporizer and that I was looking for a portable vaporizer that produce good taste and doesnt produce hot vape. He suggested Pinnacle pro and went on saying how great the Pinnacle pro is(vape taste, vape production amount and good battery life) and willingness by the manufacturer to replace or fix when under warranty and how great the warranty was. I bought the sales pitch and bought the Pinnacle pro for $198 after the salesman gave me 10% off).I charged the Pinnacle pro till it was fully charged and tried it out. The vape was hot(coughed like crazy) at second temp setting from the lowest(has 5 settings) and taste was better than cheap portable vaporizer but not by much. What really ticked me off was at full charge, it worked for 12 minutes than it turned off. It automatically shuts off after 8 mins and after 1.5 sessions, it shut off. I turned it back on and the battery meter displayed that it needed to be charged again. So I went back to return it.At the point of purchase, the salesman never told me about no return and no exchange policy. During the sales pitch, he told me that Pinnacle pro is so great, no one had returned the product. Of course no one had returned the product considering NO Return Policy.When I went back to return it, the salesman was selling an item to a customer and noticed me coming in with an item. He made sure I heard him telling his customer that there is no return or exchange policy by speaking out louder than when he was informing them about the product that they were about to purchase.(I waited 3-4 minutes while he was helping them out.)Also when I was making the purchase, the salesman specifically reached for the box behind the other Pinnacle pro and I didnt think much of it at the time. When I went home and did a more thorough check on the vaporizer, it had a dent toward the cap area by the mouth piece and I thought that it might have been a slight defect during the manufacturing process but now I have doubts and wonder if the salesman had intentionally picked the one behind the other ones.(Possibly a returned item? Cause even with no return policy, there are customers that make enough ruckus that its easier to bend the rules and accept the return. I know because I worked in the sales business for 10 years)Now I have to contact the manufacturing company and try to have them fix it. According to my 2 hour research, the company that manufactured the Pinnacle pro had great customer service until 2013. However, after 2013, lots of people are complaining about ignored emails, ignored phone calls and when the company did respond, they made it hard to the point where one gives up and lose out on 200 dollar. Im crossing my fingers....P.s. Even if the company does fix it or replace it, I still have a vaporizer that is not worth 200 dollars and produce Hot, Mediocre tasting vape with Poor battery life even in new condition. In the end, its my fault for buying the salesmans sales pitch and not doing my own research before buying it. And also my fault for stopping by Wild Side shop instead of other shops like Bad Habit smoke shop that carry some of the best portable vaporizer like Pax 2, Firefly and at least 15 other choices compared to three that Wild Side Smoke Shop had.

I was charged for something I didnt want, noticed before walking away from the counter, and they refused to exchange or refund the item.

Went in last week to buy a carb cap. Ended up getting that at a nice bong. My man Chris Chronic was more than energetic and helpful. Anthony is also a great guy to talk to. Keep it up guys.

The kid with the hat and braces has no professionalism and waste everybodys time. Theres never any lines there except for when hes working, and hes really nice, but he has no professionalism and and there needs to be some because it shouldnt take 20 minutes to buy a metal screen

I was sold glass as quarts. Soon as I get my bucket home and start heating it the bottom popped out. I called they say I can have 30% off of another one. This is ridiculous! First and last time I spend money there!

The workers there make me want to never come back. They were pushy and tried to sell me different products than I asked for. They wouldnt listen to me. Ended up just leaving the store because I was so annoyed with their staff. Do not come here. Do not support them.

So I called the store asking about a certain vape and and pod, Chris told me he couldnt answer my question over the phone because its was a age restricted product. Its redundant that they cant answer your questions of a certain product over the phone, because they have to ID you before you buy it anyways.
