Big selection for anything vaping other side all for the Tobacco,huka,CBD style things!**Always friendly accommodating and cant go wrong!! Some still standing past some seasons!! ** Online may be a little cheaper, sure.. have a bad product and get overseas help on long. Had a couple bad mods even over the years and they took care of me!This time helped me get two new mods sorted after all three pod/tip styles then right coil and it was great! Sometimes factory box inside isnt best for your style and have to swap out coil ohms to get it right! Helped me do that and loving them. This place is great for e-cig and Kratom needs. Huge selection of everything you would imagine to be in a smoke shop. Staff is awesome and has been willing to order and stock things my wife and I have requested. Amazing g customer service and patient, friendly atmosphere. Great shop.

Went up there multiple times great guys to talk to help us out ended up with the middle Aegis 100.That is replacing my voopoo drag h-80 which I bought from them!It ended up being a unfortunate bust of a mod in my opinion. It leaked worse than anything I currently have quite a few mods. Both the drag X in the photo leak down the battery terminal and cause it to Short so you have to wiggle in finesse and try and make it work finally got tired of that in the blue does the same however surprisingly the h80 gave a great vape...We had great conversations. John and Clay I believe apologies if I misspelled. Give me advice. Easy to deal with and the other gentleman who was helping me make a decision was spot on. Even thought Ive had 2 cross threadedmods that Geekvape approved replacement and then told me no later. However they were right the best decision was the Aegis S was the best option with mini Solving leaking in vape issues hopefully 😅Overall good advice, good people, and laid back but well managed! Thank you gentlemen!!! See you again sooner!

Absolutely amazing smoke shop with an amazing sortment of products. Recently Primos hired a new guy who was extremely polite and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. They have an incredible selection of goods to smoke with. They recently moved..a year ago..and their new place is beautiful. Theyre a little overpriced and thats why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Jason, made an excellent recommendation for me today. I have been using the Salted Caramel by Esco Bar. As most probably know, EB is off the market. I needed a replacement brand, quick! He suggested the Cafe Mocha by Lost Mary. The flavor is very smooth. It reminds me of a chocolate cappuccino. I prefer a baked goods type flavor, as opposed to fruity. 5-Stars for knowing your product. Thanks again!

I love this place. They let me ask as many questions as I can come up with and they never seem too annoyed. I made the mistake of visiting a diff store and fessed up…they were a little disappointed but helped me out on my next purchase (btw $10 cheaper than the other place). They offer a military discount I think if you ask. Really great place to shop.

We came to Fort Walton from AR on vacation and stumbled upon this shop. The manager is very knowledgeable of their products and the prices are great. I’d recommend this to anyone traveling.

The best vape shop in Okaloosa County. Best selection, has tons of replacement parts, extremely knowledgeable, and can hook you up on all your other tobacco accessories needs. They recently just moved and are no longer in the little purple building. Have no fear they didnt go far. Same parking lot just as the big building behind the old place. Use the left door.

I have been to this shop multiple times, the staff has some of the best customer service available. Very knowledgeable about products, I have watched the care and attention they give to there customers. They are honest about the quality differences with prices and products. They make sure you get the best for your personal budget.

The owner of this place is a terrible person. Every time I try to buy anything from just him alone he gives me a problem every time, and 9 times out of 10 the product is either broken or damaged. But the other gentleman that he has working for him is so helpful he is always friendly and will help you find the best product that’s best for you. Not trying to sell some broken item that your just trying to get off the shelf and get your money back. Locals is what keeps your lights on and you want take advantage of us the way I been treated every time I only buy from the owner.

I never get the guys name. But I think he is the owner/manager. The only dude I try to talk to, so friendly I bring in breakfast for. This guy is off the hook. Funny he knows what he is talking about he wont sell you stuff. That is outside your pocket book. Just to sell you something. He asks you what you want and gives you what your looking for. His customer service is wonderful. The rest of the crew could learn a few things from him. But thats his business not mine. But if he is not there I come back. I just call him Primo.

I wasnt sure what to expect from the size of the building, but I was pleasantly surprised once I got inside. Awesomely set up shop that overwhelmed me with the sheer amount of options. Very knowledgeable staff, answered all of my questions and was patient when it took me too long to decide what I wanted. Wish we had shops like this in the panama city area.

Drove an hour and a half out of the way for my husbands vape juice called 3 times before arriving to make sure they had the right juice and for them to say yes we have it for sure then to get there and its not the right kind

I lived in the Ft Walton area for about two years and this place became my go to vape shop. Had a good selection of juices and hardware. I even had to return a mod that was dead on arrival one time and they exchanged it no problem. They also have tobacco and other smoke stuff as well. I would highly recommend you stop in and give it a look if your in the area

I’m visiting from out of town, and ran out of my favorite vape juice in a 3mg. They only had a 0mg however, dude added in some nic drops and also gave me a discount! I’ve never had someone do that for me, so props to these guys. Customer service 10/10.

I feel kind of ripped off. I purchased a vape pen here and it broke in 6 days. When I went to get a refund they said they only do exchange or store credit and I even had my receipt. When I said ok to credit I had no choice but to use it right then, so I decided to ask the price of the next model up, and he told me a price 28% higher than the MSRP on the manufacturers website. I wont be going back...

Fast and efficient my house has a tree in front of it that drops bright yellow pollen on it this time of the year I wonder how many times I would have to wash it to get all of that off my white truck one time that was all great job loved it

Easily the best vape shop in the 850. Great variety and a super friendly staff. Sounds simple, but other vape shops in the area definitely lack in those two areas. I miss my shop back home, but this one makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in!

I bought the new mag kit and my tank wouldnt stop leaking... apparently it damaged the mod and this was within 48 hrs of purchase. I brought it back and he told me its my fault and he cant do anything. I wont be going back, customer service is everything in this industry, too many vape shops in this area to have to deal with that customer service...

Very nice store, it covers all your smoking needs. However Ill just be covering vaping only. The store had a pretty good selection of flavors, if your looking to try something new i would try another place, they seem only to carry the well know and best sellers ownly. On the flip side the hardware selection is poor at best. Again only the big sellers, no selection on the new and up in coming hardware.

Went back here for a visit when I was in town again. Used to live in FWB for two years. Still the same great staff and selection and products. I wish the place I moved to had a place as nice as this.

Great guys always informative. Has given me the best deals in town considering Im a repeat customer. All the selection gear you could ever imagine is all right here in this little corner store. You wont find any other vape shop in this town with other smoking accessories and gear with just about anything you can think of. Got to go see for yourself. Anything with vaping or smoking gear, these are the guys I go too.

The service is good, prices better, but they carry glass pipes very similar to those used for smoking a substance that rhymes with Seth. This caused me to no longer give them my business.

Usually go here to buy disposable vapes and decided to try one of their e-pods. The first one worked for 2 days and we brought it back, the guy went back and forth on if he was going to replace it. Finally he replaced it with one of similar price. Less than a week went by and the same thing happened with the new one. Gone through 2 vapes now lost out on the money and wasted almost an entire bottle of fluid because both of them leaked. Kind of sucks because we drive out of our way to go to this shop because we used to like it so much.

Saved my day when everyone else were closed. Forgot my hookah charcoal 8 hours away..

I was given a Smoak vape device and had 0 clue on how to use it, went inside and staff was very helpful, I told them I been using the vuse menthol devices and they pointed me to the menthol selection, and then helped figure out a good taste, took a while but got the arctic one, which has a good taste. Also helped me with changing coils and how to turn on and off the device. And all the basic stuff I had no clue about. Highly recommend to anyone new or anyone who has been vaping to check them out.

Seems to be a legit place to go for a wide range of vapes and accessories but I just wish someone in the area of fort Walton to crestview would have a mint chocolate chip vape cant find it anywhere but the internet just wish I can go to a place and get it without paying shipping.
