Be very careful Buying a vape pen . Two days ago I bought a vape pen for $30. It did not work. So I kindly took it in there to see if I could get it exchanged for the same one. They told me their policy is I have to bring it in the same day. But they could not prove to me their policy. They said they were doing me a favor. By giving me a discount on another one. I had to pay $18 for the next one .. That is a rip off and a scam. I will never.Be affiliated with anybody that wants to treat me like they did.... its very sad that people like them want to scam others out of there money...

Worst smoke shop in existence If i could give it 0 stars I would. I Went in today to buy a vape and over heard the owner to tell his employee to overcharge me because I was “white” when I confronted him he kicked me out and threatened to call the police on me. Very rude and unprofessional I do no recommend y’all to come here.

These workers don’t understand common sense . I seen 3 roaches in cabinets . They don’t restock their smoking devices plus they are all dusty like Come on .. where’s the respect . No experience for a smoke shop at all ! Go to another a smoke shop nearby it is worth it . Save yourself the Trip guys !

Worst place of business I’ve ever been to workers are rude and disrespectful overpriced vapes and they always leak won’t ever go back there I do not recommend going there and also I’ve seen them selling to under age kids

There vapes are really bad they keep breaking on me. When I always come to this store it really stinks and when I talk to the person who is selling their breath is horrible it’sdisgusting.

The store is clean and the glass cases are organized. The guy was pretty young, he was patient while I had him remove a couple things so that I could inspect it.A whole range of smoke products and accessories. .

After years of being a steady customer, they have suddenly stopped taking paper coupons. My brand (L&M) doesnt do digital. Its not just my business theyre loosing, its my sons, too. Between the two of us, we go through 2 cartons a week. We will pay more somewhere else, as long as they take our coupons.

Would of been a 5 but after today no. I spend quite a bit in there and recently bought 2 vape cartridges which sadly where defective so the company that owns the brand told me to take them back and exchange them cause they are supposed to be clog free cartridges and under warranty was told on the phone I could bring them in but ohhh until I got there the story changed to we will loose out money one was half empty cause in the attempt to unclog it half the concentrate came out in the process. When we first bought this brand we were told they get them from the company to now we go through a second party and we Will take a pic to send to them and only help with one so now I’m sitting with a defective product that I can’t use and possibly another one

Went in looking for a specific vape (novo 3) to replace the blu vape i had been using because it was costing me an arm and a leg in blu pods. The guy was very nice and very helpful. Had the Novo 3 in multiple colors, and found a juice that was exactly like the gold leaf pods i was using, but better. Had a higher or a lower nicotine level (i chose the lower). Love the new vape and juice. Store was clean and neat, lots of options. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

The staff member was attentive and nice. They have a good selection of vape juice and I found the room spray and candles that I love there! Plus the prices were reasonable as well.

Kind of an average tobacco/vape store. Customer service can a bit lacking, especially in the mornings. If not for that Id probably give them a four star rating. Theyve probably got whatever you need, or at the very least something that you can get by on. Good luck though if you dont walk in already knowing exactly what you want and need a little help.

I only give it this rating for D.C. And his effort in running the vape station. The owner is rude and I even saw him pick his nose in front of customers and flick his booger like it didnt happen.

Pricing are a little high I just found out and found younger gentleman charging me more than the older owner. But nice place and I will return in future
