Im a new VIP member. By far the nicest club for upscale clients outside of Clokeroom in DC (yawn). Relaxed environment. Definitely not a starter dancer bar for anyone that has traveled around. The kitchen staff needs to be a bit more cautious with food prep but overall it is adequate for the purpose. Bartenders are awesome mostly. Exceptional Dancers = always the main draw ~ good diversity in style and ability. So likewise the clients are also diverse. Accessible & very comfy location.

This place is TRASH! Firstly, they cant show all the goodies. But thats not the worst part. They dont care about their job and dont dance! Like really???? What a waste of time and money. Who tips just because you WALKED on stage. Pathetic.

I have been going to this place for a few years now and it’s the best one for me, it’s become like my neighborhood bar, the staff is amazing from security, bar staff, entertainers, the DJ and even most of the regulars. Parking can be a bit of an issue on crowded event nights but that’s any good place you go to. Cover is still a good price on the nights they have it. They are not super expensive either for the amazing quality of food. They have a 5 star chef in the kitchen and I do mean a real 5 star chef (he left some 5 star restaurant in the city and works there as he knows the owner) very diverse entertainers, you will be able to find what you like there. The DJs ( Jamie, Chris and Andrew) play a very good and variety of music. And security is great, in a place like Baltimore security can be a concern but in this place is anything but that. Security is there not just for the staff but also for the customers to feel safe and have a good time without a worry. I’ve had issues in the past with other customers that got too drunk and belligerent trying to start fights and security was able to handle the situations without fights so they are definitely competent at their job. This is a place that ends up feeling like home that you can come in at any time they are open and enjoy a drink, get some amazing food, watch a game (watch not listen, is still a club so music is playing) enjoy some amazing company from the bartenders or entertainers maybe even the regulars. Visit and find out for yourself.

I been coming to the Mill for years ….hidden gem . Nice selection of dancers and dances n rooms are fun ! The managers really are the glue that keeps this place together . Nina has been holding it down for years but works mostly days now . Jade has been a pleasant surprise and addition . She means business and is on top of her game ! This bar will make you feel at home ! Food is great also ! Check out amateur night you won’t be disappointed!

Visited for the first time ever and my experience was horrible. The music was distasteful, the woman weren’t friendly.. they looked bored and unhappy. Every 3mins there was a rotation of women collecting money just for walking around the club. Private rooms are ridiculously priced and I have money but I’m not stupid.. you guys are preying on good hard working men for your entertainment not ours as the customer.

Love the atmosphere. Food is amazing. Nina with dreds is my favorite bartender in the Baltimore area. She makes the best Moscow Mules Ive ever had and she always make sure me and the party I come with is always taken care of and satisfied.

Ive been to the Millstream Inn several times, for the most part, I have enjoyed each experience. However, the last two times were just very mediocre. What disappointed me the most were the drinks. The second to the last time the drinks that were served to me and my companion were horrible. The last time, there wasnt even a drink menu, how would I know what to order? Please fix that Millstream Inn, there should be a drink menu. I also think that the girls walking around asking for tips is a bit tacky and classless. If I want totip them, then I will.

First time in Maryland today(sister getting married). My brother in law said lets get drinks. Didnt know he meant a strip a club. Had the time of my life. Bartender with some dreds gave us a great time. Dancers, Food, and drinks was well worth it. Will definitely be back for family gatherings 🙂

I went for the first time Thursday. I had such a great time i returned Friday and Saturday. Bartender Nina took great care of me. She welcomed me back both nights and remembered my drink order. I always had company with the many beautiful girls working there. I will be back again real soon!

This place is by far the best strip club in Baltimore. The girls are always gorgeous and attentive and the bar staff is second to none. They make you feel like you’re at home all the while having a good time. And the food! Farm to table and better than most any restaurant I’ve been to. Looking forward to coming back for sure!

I have been a customer for the last 6 or 7 years, and I visit two or three of times a month, so you could say that I am a regular. This review is about the current state of the club, the good, the bad, and the ugly.The Good: The bartenders are the best, particularly Nina with the dreadlocks. She sometimes works alone and gets busy managing the dancers and tending bar, but she can always keep up, and she always remembers what each customer wants, even before they order - it is impressive. All the bartenders are attentive, even when the club is busy, and they pour the drinks right always – slightly strong, but not crazy strong. The food and drink prices are surprisingly reasonable (comparable to any restaurant), and the food in the club is top notch, much of it is farm to table – unexpected for a strip bar. The steaks, burgers, quesadilla, and soups are better than most local restaurants, and the specials are varied and always worth trying. I love it when they have buffets! The dances are expensive, but worth the premium if you are willing to spend for at least a half hour dance and upgrade to the sky box or owner’s suite. The VIP card is well worth it, but the amount needed for a reward could be a little lower. The DJs play music catered to the dancers, not the clientele, but it mostly works. Some of the veteran dancers, like Essence, Paradise, Ivy and Renee, make it worth the visit.The Bad: The club has experienced significant dancer turnover lately, even more than would be expected in a strip bar. I do not feel as welcome by the dancers as I used to. They have amateur night on Wednesdays, but it’s not real amateurs – it is audition night with all the dancers from other clubs looking for a new gig – that is fine, but I’d love to see a real amateur night sometime. Even a wet t-shirt or amateur bikini contest would be welcome change. Also, there is no DJ before 5 or so, and sometimes the music gets stale, and the dancers are visibly bored with it.The Ugly: The men’s room is gross. It is small, which may or may not be fixable, but it is always dirty, smells of urine, sweat and vomit, and needs updated fixtures. The layout is tricky, and it is hard to get around other patrons to use the urinal or wash your hands. I would think they would be able to redo it and expand it into the back room – a big investment I would guess, but it would certainly pay off.

Was a little disappointed from my experience here. For a Friday night from about 9-2am they only had about 6-7 girls on rotation the entire time. Because of this, they didn’t really come around the patrons too much, just for dollars right after and left. A 15 minute lap dance was $90 to the dancer and $90 to the house, complete rip off for 15 minutes. Overall I had an alright time. But there should have been more dancers on rotation and less expensive lap dances.

Great place decent prices for dances food and drinks all of the dancers are friendly and look very good there was only one dancer that didnt seem to take no for an answer but other than that Id definitely highly recommend this place

I was there a few weeks ago and I had a really good time, drink prices where reasonable very pretty sexy dancers, Red was funny.. actually also people go there for the food! the dishes look really appetizing.

I always enjoy visiting the Millstream Inn. Its a local neighborhood club made for everyone in town. The entertainers and bar staff make the atmosphere in the club so much fun...you know you are going to have a good time.Hungry? The kitchen is always open late and everything is made fresh to order. My favorites are the Braglio Farms burgers and the crab cake sliders.Down for some good music? They have DJs playing at night and are always cool with some guest requests!They also offer different drink specials and VIP specials every day of the week and have themed parties once a month. I cant wait for the next one!

I’ve been a VIP member of this club for many years. As a woman, I am very picky about only going to clean clubs where I feel safe. This is so much fun; I take all my friends as often as I can. The food is out of this world, and not even like “bar food” kinda good, but high class restaurant good. The managers and the owner are very sweet and run a tight ship. The girls a gorgeous, down-to-earth, and not all drugged-out and sloppy like a lot of clubs downtown. It really is a hidden jem in the county. The music is DJed so it’s always a good beat, the girls are friendly and love to talk, especially if you are a regular. There are plenty of TVs if you like to watch sports.They have a lot of special events and parties on the weekends. The recently renovated the back area and it’s very comfortable and well-decorated. The whole club is in fact very well kept. Prices are very reasonable for a strip club, and Saturday’s is two-for-1 drinks and dances, which is such a great deal for a weekend. No other club in the area comes close, in my opinion.The girls are very diverse, and I am Black and I have never had an issue with race within the club. I have been to most strip clubs in town, and this is by far and away the best.

Millstream Inn is a great adult entertainment club. I rate this establishment a four-star rating because, of the location, atmosphere, service quality, pricing, music, and of course the entertainers.Location: Millstream Inns location is in a very remote location in Woodlawn, MD which can be difficult to spot on the map. Despite, the secluded location, it is at least in a safe neighborhood.Atmosphere: The club is neatly decorated with a scarlet color scheme, which makes it seem like an upscale nightclub. The main stage is easily viewable from almost any seating at the bar and there are plenty of round dining tables to sit at.Service Quality: The service quality is slightly lacking primarily due to the bars layout. The seating at the bar has a horseshoe shape with the bar station being in the middle. Along with the bar station is a centerpiece that obscures the view from the bartender and the customer. This inconvenience results in not being served within a timely manner. However, once noticed, the bartender is polite and will serve their customer quickly.Pricing: The pricing is as follows, $100 for a 15 minute lap dance, $200 for a champagne lounge, and $300 for a VIP booth. There are more services with higher pricing. However, these prices are much more expensive than other clubs I have visited. Out of seven different clubs, this one has the highest pricing. On the positive side, the quality of the different services were superb!Music: The music is diverse from Country to R&B, which are two completely different genres. Even with different genres in music, the club still has great taste in music which attracts various customers.Entertainers: The entertainers are very polite, attractive and easy to conversate with. For as long as tips are coming and the customers are polite, then they will be just as polite back.ADVISE: Show up with sufficient cash, always tip, and have a good club etiquettes, then youll have a good time.

Ive visited many times everyone is very relaxed and I never feel any pressure. I enjoy the food and drinks. As a customer that doesnt buy dances I never feel pressure or that Im treated differently due to that. All I say to people visiting is know your going for entertainment and tip the staff this is their job.

Wow, what a great place to work and visit . This is truly a one of a kind gentleman’s club . Girls are lovely , classy, polite , and truly know the meaning of the word “ entertainer” . They will sit and get to know you without being pushy and that is a rarity! Food is excellent .. farm to table and the club offers lots of promotions each day of the week. Service is prompt . Highly recommend .

Awesome bar and entertainment, The Girls are Beautiful and Classy. The DJ is always playing my favorite songs, My Favorite Bartender Mickey is so much fun and cool, She makes the club come to life, and the food is excellent.

I come to Millstream every Saturday. The girls are amazing. And my fav bartender, Nina Stewart, what can I say. The music is the best and all the food is amazing and the light up menus are something I’ve never seen before!! My fav dish is the flatbread pizza with pineapple!! I recommend this club to everybody.

This my first time come in cost me $10 and I sit on bar order cup of water and service gave me bottle water cost me $5.25 then I say no bottle I say cup of water free they say no and lady stripper walk to me ask for money I say no I not have money pay you this place slow not many this place not friendly and I am Deaf they are rude and sad

Do Not Go. I went during an advertised deal no cover, 3 dollar drinks, and 10 dollar dances. All lies. I had to pay a 5 dollar cover at the door, the 3 dollar drinks cost 4 before tip, and the dances were 10 dollars to the house, with a minimum 20 dollar tip per dance. The girls were not enthusiastic at all, only Karma got even topless (all the other girls had pasties or tape), and only two girls displayed any skill on stage - seriously, Karma needs to find a better place to work, she is way too good for this place. The decor was beat up and cramped, and the no touching rule, which I am normally okay with, was enforced to the point that a lap dance really wasnt. It was strongly implied that I could have a more (and these are there words) pleasureable experience by paying for a private room, but those start at 300 dollars for 15 minutes, and I was flat out told that the room was not really private. The reason I actually gave 2 stars? Strangely, the turkey wrap was outstanding. Credit where it is due.

The bald head dark skin security guard is very rude and impulsive because as I tried to communicate with him, I stuttered and before I could get a word in, he rudely cut me off and yelled at me. So I just walked off and went back to my car and drove off.

Sunday’s are the day to come. Nina S (bar tender/manager) will take good care of you. The girls are HOT. Great food. It’s the club to goto if you want a true gentleman’s club experience.

Managers are extremely racist towards ethnic groups except for Nina. They treat the black girls that work there like punching bags. Combination of racism, unconscious bias and extremely unprofessional when dealing with matters. Girls are great, management sucks if Nina is not there.

Oh boy, oh boy..... I love this place, I always have such a nice time. All of the staff is always so helpful, from drinks to entertainment, A plus! The owner really makes you feel at home. let’s talk about the food, Brian the cook, he is amazing. Try the ribeye “the aj” style! Out of this world!!! All of the customers are so polite and friendly. Prejudice , some of the most mediocre looking girls in a dance club I’ve ever seen and whoever wasn’t bland looking was botched. Drinks were weak and vibes were thirsty/unfriendly

Bartenders are wonderful! The girls are beautiful but some are very money hungry and rude and only a few girls could actually dance. Im only giving 3 stars because the service was good. I wont be back

The food is excellent....I get the Ahi Tuna whenever it is on the menu! The steaks are incredible, especially when you get the garlic butter on top! The ladies are beautiful and super sweet!

The food is horrible, the bartenders are mean and never pay attention to the costumers, the dancers are ugly and they always asking for money even if you are not spending time with them, this place literally sucks. Don’t waste your precious time going there.

The women are rude, pushy and entitled. They don’t care if the customer has fun. It’s all about them. Things used to be different here and on the block but I guess times have changed.

Millstream is a club with kitsch appeal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Like any club, it is only good as its people, and the people are very friendly, especially the fun bar staff.Even if it wasnt for the entertainment, Millstream would be an excellent restaurant.

Ive been to The Millstream plenty of times, individually and in a group, and have never had a bad experience. Festive and fun atmosphere with beautiful girls, cold beer and great food.

This place is awful. The 3 rating is no mistake, AVOID! The owner is the worst part. I wouldnt be surprised if he paid for the positive reviews. Look at how he ignored all the reviews about poor customer service and even racism. Dont make this mistake.
