7 Hills Massage

Just as the previous review. Dont waste your time. I called prior & set an apt & specifically asked for an hr long couples massage & for prices. I even called back a 2nd time to make sure we understood 1 another. Price posted for sweedish is $70. After taking an uber to the location this woman says we can only do a half an hr for $50... what? So then after a little convo she says we can do an hr but w a guaranteed $30 tip per person. We are great tippers & dont mind, but youre not going to force me & change prices around. The woman as the receptionist was very rude & condescending & continued to talk to us like we were stupid. Shes using the language barrier as a front. We got refunded & went to a different location. I do not recommend. Bad business!

The person handling the phone is very rude. She tried to upcharge me & only give a half an hour when i wanted 90min. She said we could do 90min if I paid double. I took my business elsewhere. Greedy & rude!

I recently purchased a home in Inspirada and was excited to see there was a massage place was close by. I stopped in to get prices for me and my husband and was greeted with an extremely rude Asian woman. I asked if they had a price list and she rudely told me the prices were on the wall. I asked nicely a second time to see if they had a brochure that I could take with me to look over and she yelled THE PRICES ARE ON THE WALL.I was shocked by her anger and could only look at her in disbelief.The negative angry energy this person possessed was disturbing.I was hurt by the rude treatment and would not want anyone else to feel how she made me feel.7 Hills Massage was a big disappointment and I am happy they showed me who they really are before I gave them my hard earned money.

They dont honor phone appointments. Twice now, I have called ahead, only to be turned away sorry upon arrival. Perhaps a language barrier issue? Or they care for quick 30 min customers only. Would not recommend if you are sore.

Great massage. But basically forced me to tip her like 50 dollars on top of a 70 dollar massage. It just didnt feel right. Next time I would either skip the place all together or just say Im not paying more than the massage.

This massage is not worth $70 for 60 minutes. I only got 45 minutes and the masseuse was very unprofessional. She kept yelling at me because I couldnt understand her. Do not go here!

Couldn’t speak any English. 45 minute massage when I paid for 60. Asked for $20 when I gave her $10 tip. Made me pay for the massage before the massage.

Called to find out how late they were open and ask prices and they lady hung up on me so I called back and no answer. Was going to come here because it was right across the street from the hotel I’m staying at but honestly the phone call was enough to turn me away. Unprofessional.

The massage was great and the person was very professional

I called this place and asked about their hourly rate. A woman answered the phone and said, “we’re busy” and immediately hung up in my face. Wow. Won’t be going there, ever.

Couldnt get a time or anything of use. The person working just kept repeating that only one person was working and they close at 9. Couldnt even get available times.

Made an appointment and when I showed up they just repeated...too busy. Then dont offer appointments. Never again

She was like a masseuse and chiropractor all in one. My body feels AMAZING.
