Ive been taking my 2 Pembroke Corgis to Kathy for 2 years! One of my pups loves to swim, and we work him out there. My other pup has hip dysplasia and works out safely with swimming. I would highly recommend whether its for exercise for your pup OR if your pups has a medical alignment and water therapy is required (Kathy is knowledgeable if this is good for your pup so give her a call).
Lisa is absolutely amazing! She knows what to do about breathing, and giving my little girl breaks. She is very patient. And Freya, my doggy, feels so safe with her. This was her second session and she was actually swimming this time! This is such a great experience and life changing for us. Also Freya is so excited when she knows weve arrived. Definitely a must! And its definitely helped her joints and wanting to go on walks. Go here! It really helps and Lisa is so knowledgeable! Im so grateful we found this place!
Im so grateful & happy that K9 Aquatics was able to accommodate us while visiting Las Vegas. I live in Colorado & my boy Eros had the BEST time. The staff is caring, careful & amazing 🥰.
Love love love Lyndsy. She took the time and care to really give him the swim massage and excercise he needed to help work out some issues he is going through. She is very kind, patient and very tolerate as my boy was kind of a brat to her. Would absolutely recommend her to any and everyone who wants their dog in the water
My family brought our senior dog, Dudley, to see Kathy for hydrotherapy. He absolutely loved to swim and was starting to have mobility issues and it seemed like the sessions with Kathy really helped him a lot. He always seemed to have more energy after his sessions, and his movements seemed to come easier. The sessions themselves were a delight to see. We loved watching Dudley have a good time swimming and being spoiled with a massage. Kathy is very sweet and its obvious that she is passionate about dogs and wanting to help them. She speaks to the dogs in a very soothing manner and doesnt do anything theyre not comfortable with.Im glad that thanks to Kathy, we got to experience something so nice with Dudley the last few weeks of his life. I know the sessions improved his quality of life greatly. She also had a lot of kind things to say when I told her he had passed, and I appreciate that so much. We may see her again when we feel ready to share our lives with another dog, until then I am glad for the memories we have.
Kathy is amazing!!!! She has such an awesome energy, which is exactly what you need for your dogs during hydrotherapy. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about her field and we just love her! We live in the northwest part of the valley and will drive to Henderson just for her. She is our choice for hydrotherapy! Kathy is also a huge supporter of rescues in the valley and definitely puts her heart into her work. A million thumbs and paws up 👍👍🐾🐾
The best!!! We have been taking our dog here for three months now and she loves it. The owner and instructor Kathy is very knowledgeable and educated on dog health. Her facility is safe and clean. We will continue taking our dog for as long as we can. Great fun and a therapeutic, healthy exercise for dogs. I highly recommend.
By experience with Kathy was amazing she took very good care of my dog. She was very knowledgeable and understanding. She listened to my needs and because of that my puppy is showing alot of improvement. I look forward to going back
My seven and a half year old Border Collie Eddy has benefited significantly from working in the water with Kathy. Eddy has been going to Kathy for pain relief and swimming lessons for over 8 months now. He loves going there! Eddys progress has been remarkable. From a young age Eddy has had a history of hip pain. It was quite manageable until winter 2017. The cold left Eddy struggling to move well in the morning from joint stiffness. He began to stumble during walks, and experienced weakness. So, after getting Eddy medical care at his veterinarian, I called Kathy and had a great discussion with her about the positive effects of water therapy for dogs. Kathy answered all my questions. Filling out the paperwork is actually really simple to do and submit online. At each and every appointment for the past 8 months, I see the relief and relaxation in Eddys face and body. He bonds extremely well with Kathy in the pool. Sometimes, a big comes out of Eddy which tells me he is in his happy comfort zone :) Eddy actually begins to wiggle a little after his sessions. Eddy loves the pool, he loves Kathy, and so do we. And, now that he can swim he has more confidence. This spring, Eddy began to prance when he walked. His strength and endurance all improved greatly this summer as well. Eddy is just overall a happier dog. So Kathy is now part of our dogs pain relief team. So if youve ever wondered what Canine Bodywork & Aquatics is, and how it can help your dog, Kathy is the one to call. Kathy will always be a part of Eddys life!
My dog has spinal fluid on his back, and is unable to walk. He swims here weekly with Kathy. It is the only time he fully gets to use his body and get his blood flowing. He truly enjoys it! He gets excited when we arrive.
Kathy is fantastic. It is not over priced. She is patient and caring. I wish I would have found her sooner.
Im very impressed with the work Kathy does with my grandpups! Shes so gentle & encouraging.
