These guys are absolutely awesome! They are extremely laid back and chill and the environment there is amazing. Corey and Jeremy have been my go to with everything. I was a newbie and they helped me get set up with exactly what I needed. Very friendly and super fun to talk to. They are truly great people and treat you more like a friend than a paying customer. I look forward to going there! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

First time buying a vape like this so I had some questions. The man that helped me, answered all of my questions and helped me get it set up. I did request that he not fill it up all the way because I wanted to do the rest myself to reinforce what I had learned but he did not listen. I suppose he thought he was helping me so thats why I still give 5 stars. Next time dude, listen to your customer. They have their reasons whether they care to explain it to you or not. I did not because it irritated me and I had nothing nice to say at that moment because you were so great overall. Thank you.

It was a quick stop in for a specific mod that I called to make sure they had. Very friendly and they had everything I needed. I would have given them 5 stars but I didnt think I was there long enough for a full evaluation. If I go back Ill update the review. Also they have a rewards program save a percentage off of your next purchase for every $100 you spend. I have a discount waiting for me to return so I may make a second trip.

One stop shop, I have not found a shop with a better selection of juice or better people. They are seriously my adopted family. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of equipment. From beginner to cloud chaser, like I said, you really dont need to go anywhere else.

I just left there and I won’t be going backI stood there waiting for the employee to acknowledge me so I could buy, tried again while he was standing beside the product I tried to purchase…no response until I’m already halfway out the door.Previously,They sold me a product that malfunctions after every full charge. It’s a factory issue. They never gave me a receipt so I can’t return it.

All the staff was extremely helpful very patient and explained all the different types of vapes and exactly how to use them even set them up for you when you buy them. Very big variety to choose from whether its a beginner level or an expert level. Definitely going back and I will never go anywhere else

Walked in and had great hospitality all around. Dude was awesome. Sad I didnt get his name, I am new to vaping but he walked me through everything easily and thoroughly. No problem, I am glad I made the decision to visit Full Steam Vapor and I strongly encourage any and all fellow vape users to visit at least once and see what they can do for you!

Best customer service. Im a new vapor. Chris was patient with me and took the time to explain each model. They let you try the juices before you buy too. Good experience. I got the product that was right for me.

Consistent product inventory and the whole staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so even though its rare that Im Teays Valley these days.

The best vape shop Ive ever been in. The guys are super nice and willing to work with you on whatever you possibly could need guidance with related to vaping. The store is also pretty well sized, theyve got an entire wall with shelves loaded with juice, good juice too. And theyve always got mods, tanks, RDAs, and other equipment in there. Its my go to shop, would recommend to anybody.

Having never been into a Vape shop it was exactly as I imagined it. The place was full of clouds, little tinctures, and lots of super friendly people.They treated me well and cut me a deal for the drive I made. I made a two hour trip up to get a gift for a friend and I felt like I walked out of there with a few more of them.Friends that is, well, I suppose I also walked out with gifts. Whatever, they were dope. Five stars.

This place is an absolute joke. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. Employees only seem to worry about their conversations. The gentlemen behind the test bar with the beard doesnt know his stuff and major douchebag. I wouldnt send my friends up there. And will never go back myself.

Great people. Just upset we were there for over an hour and get ready to make a purchase when they inform us that they dont take American Express. Post a sign or something on the door would have been helpful.

I have to say the most apathetic attitude I have ever been shown when visiting an establishment. I took my time to drive out of my way to visit a vape shop that I didnt have to with the intent to purchase juice and spread some wealth to another growing vape shop that I would think would be glad to have some money. Instead, I was greeted with a questioning attitude as if to say Who are you, and why are you in my shop? I hardly believe this is a way to gain new customers. It didnt work for them this time.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products if your wanting to know anything about vape stuff or whats going on in the vaping world this is the place. The staff is always friendly and their just a fun group to talk to and help you out from tricks to blowing great clouds.
