Ive been going here for two years. Always great staff. Lots of products. Prices are a little high for vapes. But its a great location.

The lady was very informative. I made two purchases for my lady and both were a hit.

I always Love and appreciate a smoke shop where the employees know their products. Ive been here several times buying vape juices, nic salts, mods and vapes. Very Knowledgeable staff and great variety in vape products as well as all tobacco products. Definitely my preffered local smoke shop. Never had any problems

Great place to work if you like mom and pop shops that underpay and cut corners. Dont call in sick at all or youre fired, who cares how long youve worked here. They will probably add a reply to this, dismissing my review, but be warned. Its much better to shop here than to work here.

Went in because I was in search for some delta 8 gummies. Called during the weekend spoke to an awesome gentleman over the phone. However when I went in today (Aug 25th) the worker seemed too busy to help me. I was the only customer and have never been to this store she just said the name of the product and expected me to find it while she pretended to look busy. Pretty sure she let out an annoying sigh when I asked her to show me. Unpleasant experience I will be taking my business elsewhere, I really had high hopes.

My first time coming to this shop and had an amazing experience. Thanks to Theresa. She was so knowledgeable about the products. And made sure she helped me with all my needs. You have a customer for life. And she also price matches!!!!!

This location gets a total of no stars! We spent close to $200.00 here for products suggested by the cashier and they were of no use to us. We would never have purchased these items without the suggestion of the cashier (who conveniently wasnt working the following day). We went in when they were close to closing so we were unable to alert the store to the unneeded products and once they opened the owner of the store told us we could only get a store credit and after all that they denied us our military discount which was originally given to us, was beyond our belief. We were terribly unhappy and will never return to this location. BE AWARE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET OVER ON YOU SO WATCH OUT.

I Bought vape and when they told me to try it in store it didnt work. They then told me all sales are final, and would not give me a refund or another vape.

Ive been coming to this place for a good year + now and never had a problem until today. I walked in and was was waiting to be helped by the pipes but the red head lady ignored me pretty much and continue to help another person... Then another. She didnt say a word nothing. So I left and will not be returning.

Hands down best smoke shop products for product! They have a large range of legal cbd/delta products and many more! Owner is friendly staff is friendly.

The staff was super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Theresa never lost her patience and was happy to explain as I asked how half of the items in the store worked.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Patience to work with us and super friendly. Love coming here for their products, and if they dont have it. Theyll help refer you or try to get it in. 👌🏼

Nice store! It’s got a big selection of Raw products. The prices are reasonable especially on the CBD products. Michelle the manager in charge was very helpful and the employees were nice. This place is every smokers go to shop. Need more stores like this around

Julie is the best! She provided Exceptional customer service! I was attempting to learn about kratom (1st time user) and it took me forever! I was literally asking every question possible about every kratom product and most of the cbd products they had, she answered every question politely, wasn’t rushing me or getting irritated or anything. That meant ALOT to me as I was very nervous about trying these products and was skeptical about them actually working. She was very knowledgeable about the products there and brings a great vibe to the shop! I left feeling completely confident in the products I purchased. I will definitely be back! Best smoke shop I’ve been to❤️ Definitely recommend people come here for their smoke shop needs!

Not sure what happened today,but in the past Ive had nothing but amazing service. I wasnt sure of what I was looking for and was looking for and was asking questions. The woman had a moment and lost it a few times on me. If I were to come back and shes working there I will take my business elsewhere. Sucks because this is my go to place in the area.

Way overpriced and there price match guarantee is false advertisement the owner will deny any go to any of the others on the same road

My fiance and myself love this shop, we just recently purchased a Torch Water water pipe and we love the quality of this glass. The courtesy and politeness of the staff is awesome and when we walk in they make us feel comfortable while we shop.

I came to terms with so many of this shops prices being WAY above manufacturer retail (sometimes 2x) already. But now the place is always randomly closed during business hours 3 out of 4 attempts to visit. Today had a sign in the window saying Back in 30 minutes. An hour later, still closed, same sign. Why post business hours if you dont want to follow them? Not even gonna try them anymore.

Idk the guys name but like genuinely so helpful and patient 😅. Me and my sister are always so hesitant choosing new vape flavors, But he’s patient and answers every question we have. I don’t buy my vapes anywhere else Tbh.

An Orion Q pod here costs 7.99 for 1 pod. If you look online, various websites sell them for 7.99 for a pack of 2. Lady who helped me was nice and patient, because im a noob. Ill just buy stuff online, but for convenience this is a nice store. Wish they were more competitive with pricing, but I understand brick and mortar business models are different than online. Try the juice called Killer Kustard...its like a cake in a hookah.

Tons of cool products, hopefully you know where your item is cuz she didnt know anything! The AC guy had to help her🤦🏻‍♀️, than it took 10 mins to buy 1 thing tho, card machine wouldnt work than it locked up and she had to call owner for a code.

The store owner was very rude when I asked about returning a product that I just bought 5 minutes ago due to the fact that the product went off of the customers weight I explained at the time I was unsure of my weight to the planet x store rep (she is new to the store) so she did not have much info on the product. After purchasing the product at the corner the manager called and ask about my weight at the same corner after I paid and I said Im unsure now mind this whole time Im debating on buy the product due to me not knowing my weight. also it did not seem as if the rep knew much so I decided to return the product not even 5mins later and the manger was being really rude I advised I saw the no refunds sign but given the situation and me being in store not even 10mins after we spoke I figured it would be no problem ...If I could I would put 0 stars

They always have everything I need in stock. Prices are better than competitors, as well as quality of products. The owner is friendly and I dont go anywhere else anymore.

This place is what I always look for in a head shop! For such a small shop they have a lot of stuff! I go in there primarily for Kratom, btw they have O.P.M.S brand if youre a fan. They have dropped their prices on Kratom so its almost what youd pay for it online. One of the employees Theresa (I think) was amazing. She was super friendly, funny and informative. 10/10 would recommend, this place is legit!

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is on point!!! Dont be afraid to go in and NOT ask any questions that you have! They will answer them, and help you with whatever it is that you are looking for! I have stopped going to my regular vape store and now come to them.. They are awesome!

Bought two esco bar vape pens same flavor from them within the past 4 four days and after not even 5 hours of having it they were burnt. Not impressed 🤷🏻‍♀️

Staff is very friendly but if you are looking pre rolled cbd joint, DO NOT BUY THEIR EXPENSIVE DOOBIES!!!!! It is not worth the money. You can find it for a third of the price with the same cbd content for lessless. Also, the taste is horrible. What a waste

Won a raffle for a water pipe and they didnt want to give me the prize because i didnt have the ticket which they had a copy of my info, they wanted to display who won the pipe but im guessing with my tattoos and being hispanic they refused to give the pipe, they could have easily made another copy of the ticket but they didnt like me right off start, what was the point of entering the raffle if I cant even win a prize I paid for

Like a kid in a candy store! They have everything from vapes, incense, tons of gorgeous tobacco pipes, and all the accessories you could ever need! Not to mention how great the staff was. Ill be going there again!

This will be short because I have been writing out long reviews all over the internet and my hands are killing me lol. I went in as a customer who knew nothing about vaping. I was shown several models that were in $100 even though I told them I didnt want to pay that much for my first one. Came home with an aspire vaporizer, a case, bottle of fluid and a bottle with th eneedle to put fluid in cost me 139. Got home only to realize that the sales girl forgot to put the directions back in the box. I tried working it on my own and something popped in my mouth and burned me. I was in tears went back up there they would not give me my money back. Owner was right there and ignoring what was going on. I asked her if she cared about her customers or was she just going to keep counting money. She came over and offered me a new vaporizer, and 4 bottles of liquid for my trouble still would give no refund. Went home and again no directions in the case. I charged it overnight and took it to school (Im 49 Im not talking high school here} and my instructor helped me and showed me how to use it. So far it is working fine. There are MANY good vape shops out there PLEASE dont go to this one. The prices are ridiculous I m sure thats because the owner is Asian, and all they want is to make the sell and upsell you. Youve been warned

This is by far, the best Vape store in Killeen. Only vape shop that had the coils I needed in town! Inventory there is AMAZING. If they don’t have it, no one has it! Definitely my new local Vape store!!!!!

Gave me a cartridge that didnt work then said i couldnt get a new one because i put it in the microwave to loosen the liquid up casue it wasnt hitting.

Im an Ex- Associate who now realizes how shady all smoke shops are, especially this one in particular. I was fired after 16hrs of shifts, before I even signed my application or W-2’s. I had the cops called on me for “Harassment” while I was at my other job. At the time the cops were called , I was on break texting planet X owners asking why I was fired for taking my second break within my 8hr shift. They answered with “dont text back or i will call the cops” and they did. Needless to say the cops realized how unprofessional and incompetent the owners Benny and Rishi are but what they dont realize is they do shady stuff all of the time. Most people dont even know Planet X has military discount, because employees are yelled at if they ask you if you’re military. This place is unbelievable. You’re better off at ANY Austin smoke shop.

Came in looking for cbd. After explaining that i had only used gummies and drops the guy busted out a brand new vape and let me try it no strings attached. I bought it and he threw in the charger. Cool people to be around and very helpful.

I bought a fuel refill for my zippo lighter came up to $14.06, couple days later saw the same size exact can at a gas station for $5.30!! thats not something that is overpriced, you guys are robbing people!

Over priced robbery they wouldnt even sell me a bowl cause it went to another hookah pipe so I asked let me see the one thats not bear a pipe he said he couldnt sell it to me and he pointed to a hookah that already had a bowl on it saying it goes to that one. It seems like he didnt want to give me anything.

Second time in buying a puff bar both times employees asked me to check if it worked and said they throw away my trash , check code on back for verification this time and it said it was a fake pina coloada puff plus

Closed at 8:50 this Sunday and refused me entry at 8:51.... Posted hours say 9 PM... Ridiculous corner-cutting, poor way to run a business... Spoke to an employee through the door who barely looked up from his phone while gesturing and mumbling about the cash register vaguely...

Most of the time they have what you need unfortunately this they did not went to a competitor and got it but they do carry the right tobacco tubes ZEN all the way baby and the shop lady not bad lookin either
