Have been a regular since vapor world closed down and have been disappointed more and more lately with defective products that I have to return and the more regular use of the be back in 5 minutes sign taped to the door and having to find else where after waiting 10 to 15 minutes with no one returning.

Great vibes here. Friendly, informative, and patient every time Ive visited. Ive found my vape juice company with their help. The manager was in Gabe, super cool guy, and Emily was who put up with me. They are so awesome and welcoming, it was like I was at home. Thank you so much!!! Ill definitely be back for more Coastal Clouds juice 🥰

Compared to Moberly the staff here are complete angels. The two girls that work here always make me feel at home. Theyre always welcoming and casual. Very knowledgeable of their products and interested in the preferences of their customers. Good Customer service is really hard to find. This store and company are lucky to have those to women on their staff.This store is a stark contrast to the pale portly dark haired stress ball squeezer who throws signs when you point out hes wrong about prices.

Vapor Maven has a decent selection of products but Im giving this location 2-stars because their staff is completely uneducated on the products they offer. Unless you know exactly what you need and can guide the staff to what you want dont go here. Staff will just stand there confused and stare if you dont point them to the exact products you want.

Hadnt vaped in years and wanted to get back into it. Joni was incredibly helpful and made great recommendations based on what I was looking for. I left feeling very good about my purchase, and Im enjoying my Geekvape Z50 🙂!

Staff were upbeat and courteous and knowledgeable but the store is always out of the kind of vape me and my husband need no matter how much we go in there. I love the store and staff but it gets frustrating.

The manager an the newest employee most definitely know what they are doing an they have an upbeat attitude an they are always so friendly and very welcoming !!!! Most definitely will be going again

Terrible customer service at the Kirksville location. The Randy’s Path nectar collector I purchased yesterday would not function at all. I tried to return today but couldn’t find receipt… I was told that if I brought back receipt they would exchange. I come back later with receipt only to be told that the offer to exchange had changed(in 3 hours) that they would not exchange the product. One employee recommend I send in to the company (Randy’s) for their warranty. Guess what… it cost more money to return to the company too (if I wanted to pay for shipping I would have ordered it online, not in the store. They will not stand behind their product nor their word. Terrible customer service. I’ve read many reviews.. wish I had before I went to this store… seems to all be same scenario. If you haven’t already purchased from here, take this warning and go somewhere else!!!!

My mother came out of there really looking mad. She proceeded to tell me that one of the guys in the store was very rude to her while the lady behind the counter was being very nice about it. He talked to her badly. While she was trying to be nice to both of them. Rude business that I have heard about the last 2 times my mom has went.

I don’t remember her name, but she was her knowledgeable of the product that was sold. Great sense of humor.. great place to shop for tobacco and 420 needs.

The new exchange policy is great! This store is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the 3 gals who work there are super nice.

They are great at lieing and cheating you out of your money with products that dont work or are bad quality.

The reason I’m giving this a 1 star review is because of the ordeal I went through. I spent $27 and change for a electronic cig on Thursday, Friday morning I open it and it does NOT WORK. I return to the store and spoke with Noah who was very nice and explained they can’t do anything because everyone has to try their cig before leaving the store. Needless to say I was not told that by Alec the manger on Thursday. I asked Noah to call his manager, I WILL NOT donate $27. So after go back and forth with Alec which he was NOT helpful AT ALL, poor excuse for a manger in my book, says I have to call corporate. I call corporate whom everyone I spoke with was very kind. After calling 7 times to speak with Omar I finally got an exchange. What a hassle!!Oh yes and Alec I will never enter the store you manage EVER again!!!

Cool shop lots of glass and juice. Walked into the store with my girlfriend. Keep in mind I’m in a boot for a broken toe didn’t get acknowledged we were in the store. Instead the person was at the counter talking to another customer about getting hired for part time. Girlfriend wanted to get me some CBD goodies for my toe and were interested in the glass. Spent 15 mins in the shop with no greeting or help so we decided to go elsewhere.

There are some things I may buy again here that are Inexpensive but as far as somthing long-term use it would be a no..Some parts would b missing so I would not buy. Or in this case I bought somthing for long-term use. In less than a week it broke under normal use. I gave a 3 star for the variety stuff they have.

Return policy is 14 days. I bought my product ahead of when I needed it and then when I did need it they had given me the wrong size coil but would not exchange THEIR mistake due to return policy.

Best place for kratom period. They also have a great supply of cbd and vaping supplies! Love this shop. Support them!

Ive been to both Vapor Maven and Origins and I think Vapor Maven has so many CBD products that beat Origins. They have chapsticks, bath bombs, ointments, face masks, energy drinks and so much more!!!! Go check it out. The products work great!

This place has a HUGE lack of upper management. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill in many ways and it shows from its turnover. Employees are great but under staffed and under trained.
