I wanted to find myself a new Mod and tank last week and they didnt have a very wide variety. The prices are steep and the customer service was far from welcoming. The gentleman behind the counter was more apt to chatting with his friends than helping some out-of-towners passing through. Considering my Voopoo Drag II stopped working on our road trip Im glad I didnt buy a new set up where the store doesnt care for customers. The vape shop down the road was far friendly and a much wider selection of e-liquids and hardware.

This is an awesome shop run by great people. They are knowledgeable without being snobby, they have reasonable prices and carry all of my favorite juices.I havent been to another vape shop in liberty Hill but I dont see why I would - everything you need is right here from hardware to juice, batteries and good advice. Ask them whats new and cool, they got you. Ask them whats going to be a workhorse and not break right away, they carry it.

I went in on a Sunday when the other vape shop in Liberty Hill was closed. I had first browsed the website to see what was available and picked out a couple things that sounded good. The first one, unfortunately for me, was one of the most popular, so was sold out. The second was available, and since there was an open bottle, I could check it out to see if I might like it.The gentleman working that day was very knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions based on what I was viewing on the web, and the prices in-store were less than listed online.

This shop is worth visiting. They recently opened and are family owned and operated. I love supporting the little guy and will make the short drive again. Customer service and knowledge of the products was awesome. They answered all my questions. We tried several of their juices and the flavoring was great! We had fun mixing and matching different flavors that sounded good together and trying them out. They took their time with us and didnt rush us like many other shops weve been to.

Absolutely love the owner , Don. The juice selection gets bigger every time I visit the store. I drive from north Austin to visit the store from time to time just to give this business my money. Huge supporter of local juice companys, amazing service, very knowledgeable. You will never ask an opinion on juice and get turned down because hes tried them all and tries them before he even puts them on the shelf. Best vape shop in a 50 mile radius IMO.

Don was awesome! It was my first time in this store today and it was a great experience. Very friendly! Im pretty picky about what I like and he had me stuck between two after giving him a pretty vague description about what I like. Thanks don for all your help!

Bought a k- pin and it burned through its first coil the same day. Bought another coil from peace pipe and it burned through the second coil a day later. Took it back to starlight and spoke to the younger man with a beard who explained that if I brought the box back in, he would exchange it. Drove an hour back and forth to get the box and the story suddenly changes after he spoke to his daddy. Bottom line is that this company refuses to stand by their product 5 days later. And a product that is only being used to vape cbd. Wasted my time, and money and got a sorry you are disappointed . Went to peace pipe in Georgetown where I spent even more, and got way better service and product. The store is so much nicer, higher end, more selection and the vibe is awesome!!! And I was told that if I have any problems or questions to come on back! Definitely going back for more product and will tell everyone my experience at both stores.

Its an amazing business, run by some good wholesome people. The only place to go if you want quality service and products. Ive traveled to over 15 states and visited vape shops in every one just to check them out. No matter where I go starlite has the most variety of e-liquid and mods that I have come across. If your in the area, go talk to Don and Jordan, they are the go to guys for all of your vaping needs!

I dont normally write reviews but I have never had better customer service than they do at this shop. I knew nothing about vaporizers and the guy was very patient and took the time to inform me. I wont go to any other shop.
