AMAZING people work here! If theyre out of my choice item, they always have a great backup option. Super knowledgeable folks, great conversation, top notch products. I seriously bought a unit from here summer of 2020 that is still going strong. I had to replace any other one Ive used in the past 8 years, at least 3 times a year. They were cheaper ones but still. I found them because my local shop went under (pandemic) and Ive been totally loyal ever since. Try them out, become a regular, theyll get to know you and your tastes and once in a while, youll go in and they say hey I got this and thought youd want to try it out. Personal touches are everything.

Recently moved here from southern California where I was spoiled with high-end vape shops. I was searching for a new tank and possibly a new box but not just any tank, a Kayfun. I was shocked to see they showed they had them in stock online and when I called it was also on sale. High-end mods and tanks have been hard to find for me in Nashville and these guys have a wonderful selection and excellent knowledge of the scene and niche products. Excellent experience which I was at first hesitant about considering I live 45 minutes away. Wont hesitate to go back! New setup that Im quite happy about.

Owner closed the shop! The employees were/are wonderful! Always kind and remembered you, but now I have no way of getting anything good to Vape cuz I cant go to Nashville! He Could have found a better location but instead he just closed it! Thats awful for us vapers because there isnt any good stuff around here to buy!

This place is so dependable & is my favorite vape shop now - their service is always excellent. When I’m calling around to find a certain coil or replacement part for my vape, they’ve always had what I need when nowhere else does. The staff are so helpful and welcoming too. As someone who only knows the very basics about vapes, I sometimes feel intimidated in vape shops. But they’ve always made me feel comfortable in their store. Also, they went above and beyond for me recently - I called to ask about a specific item, but they didn’t see any left in store. They called me back soon after we hung up & said they found one left for me! They did not have to keep looking or call me back like that, so those little details really make me appreciate them even more than I already did. This is my go-to vape shop. Thanks. Sorry I may have went overboard with this review, but I just wanted to brag on y’all for a minute.

Great shop. Awesome selection. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Inquired about a particular product and before I could blink 15 flavors were spread out on the counter, and got on at a great price

This place is the best, I’ve been to lots of vape shops and this one is definitely the best, the selection is great and they have even better customer service. Everyone there is super cool and especially that Glen guy. Nicest guy I’ve ever met at a shop, he doesn’t try and sell you the most expensive thing but what suits you best. The whole shop has such a good vibe. So if your checking these reviews for a new vape show, so yourself a favor and stop by here, I put it on my mom you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing, awesome, and totally nice staff. The house juices are all 10/10! This is the only vape shop I go to because of how awesome everything and everyone is. Also the Mystery house juice is a must try its always my go too.

So I was heartbroken that my longtime vape store (5 years) closed without notice 💔. Stopped into this place and as you can imagine I was sad and in need of juice. Glen met me with a smile and right away asured me he could make it my cloud home! Super great customer service and 100% understanding when it came to purchase apprehension. I will be back and bringing my other vaping household members with me!

This is one of my favorite vape shops! They have tons of awesome flavors, and a friendly staff that doesnt mind helping you find the right flavor or equipment. Their prices are also amazing, they have a great sale rack for juice and equipment. I actually ended up getting my kanger nano kit on sale and I absolutely adore it. They also have one of the best rewards programs Ive seen.The shop is clean, open, well lit, with some seating for hanging out, and they also play amazing music. The staff is polite and knowledgeable; even when they are slammed with customers, I always walk away feeling like Im valued as a customer.

I went in today looking for a decent low price vape to try and quit using cigarettes, I talked to Glen and he was super helpful and assuring, he made sure I got exactly what I wanted cause I was a little specific. This vape store will definitely be my go to place now! Would highly recommend for anyone whos trying to quit smoking cigarettes and move to vaping.

The Very BestI have been going to the Rivergate location now since they opened years ago. The customer service is amazing, and they have everything you need, from vapes to liquid and anything else you might want. Glen originally steered me in the right direction when choosing a vape, and I was sold on his customer service and knowledge. You can get liquid nicotine strength from 24 to 0 strength of nicotine, 24 being the most nicotine content. I started at 24, and now Im at 6.They have an immense assortment of flavors. My first time there, I was looking for a liquid that most closely matched the taste of cigarettes. Glen immediately chose two possibilities for me. I fell in love with the Nashboro flavor. It tastes like a non-menthol, and Ive been using it ever since. If you like sweet flavors, they have plenty to choose from. Theres also a point system for purchases. I bank them until I have enough to Buy 1/Get 1. Theyre open 7 days/week. Make sure you check on the available hours. Believe me, theres no reason to go anywhere else.

Amazing experience! Glenn was so awesome and helpful! Helped me pick a new vape and 2 new juices... experiences at other vape shops haven’t been great so I’m VERY pleased with Nashville Vapors! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

Guys in there are really nice and the vape juice I wanted they didnt have in stock so one of the guys literally went in the back and made a bottle for me. Also, they were really helpful finding or recommending anything to my taste.

Its been a while since Ive been in the store. Applied what not hoping to get a job it didnt work out for me but this hands down one of the cleanest shops Ive ever stepped into. They definitely know their stuff.

Always personable and friendly service.Product variety is a little limited but the staff know their stuff and the prices are reasonable.

Rivergate location is okay but I much prefer the location on Charlotte Pike.
