THIS STORE TOOK MY MONEY SAID THE TRANSACTION WAS CANCELLED. CALL MY BANK IT PROCESSED AND PAID THEM THE HATEFUL ROUDE TEENAGE WORKING CALLED THE MANAGER WHO BEGGED ME TO COME BACK MONDAY AND SHED FIX IT. WHEN I WRNT BACK MONDAY, THEY CALLED THE MANAGER AGAIN WHO SAID I HAVE NO RECEIPT, SO SHE CANT DO ANYTHING. NO I HAVE NO RECEIPT, BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS CANCELLEDI KNOW WHAT TIME I WAS THERE, AND SINCE IT CLEARED, THEY WOULD HAVE A COPY OF THE TRANSACTION. I HAD A COPY OF MY BANK SHOWING IT CLEARED BUT NOBODY CARED. ITS NOT ABOUT THE 6.61, ITS ABOUT INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THEY DO THAT TO JUST ONE PERSON A DAY THEN SOMEONE IS BANKING A COUPLE HUNDRED A MONTH.

After being bought out by Smoker Friendly their Cigar prices went way up. The majority of the staff are either not friendly or down right rude. Ive been going there almost every day for 5+ years. Im now looking for another store close to home. Very disappointing.

Loved it when the original owners had it. Changed Ownership 2 xs in less than a year. All of a sudden all of the original workers are gone. Still good prices but definitely not the same atmosphere. The name is now Smoker Friendly unless thats going to change again also.

Manager was very hateful and wouldn’t allow me and my husband both to get the discount for buying 2 packs. She said we was considered as one since we came in the store together. I said to her but we both smoke and she said we should have determined that before we come in the store. We went down the road to Murphy’s and got our cigarettes for $20 cheaper a carton and the lady there was very helpful!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Good, hard working American people! Whenever I have extra money I am happy to tip. Highly recommend this business.

Used to be a great place. Prices still decent but the new manager and most of the staff are rude and condescending. Its quite unprofessional to talk about the clientele that just left in a negative way to everyone in the store. Especially if youre a manager.The staff that was there when it was Tobacco Superstore were amazing! I only have to think the new manager hired a bunch of new folks to get rid of the existing employees.

Its an ok place .ya can buy in bulk and they dont look at you weird or like they are better than you prices are fairly good.And plenty of parking.

This was the most unfriendly place I visited today, despite the name change. Rhonda, the cashier, offered no help at all and wasnt pleasant to deal with. The place was much better before it changed names or management. Overheard her tell another customer that she was the new manager and would be making a lot of changes. SMH

I am a tobacco user and to most thats probably one of the worst things however its irrelevant to my personal use I absolutely love Lynn the manager and staff at this location I have been going there for 2 years their price and collaborated merchandise from anything from snacks to drinks to alcohol you name it they got it its always a pleasure to go in there the folks there just treat you like family and you always leave with a smile on your face because theyre good group of folks I cant say enough and that definitely means a lot to me yall need to check this place out if youre interested in that kind of stuff they have everything from wine to the standard domestic beers they have a huge display and sales of cigars high-end and basic over the counter Lottery ATM which is convenient Etc

Drove 2 and a half hours to come to this store for some Kratom. They did not disappoint. They had Third Eye brands and have never tried them before but it was very good. The man checking me out was very nice and helpful. I will make that trip again in the future.

Went in today and found out that my usual brand had gone up almost $20.00 a carton in price! They tried to blame it on RJR but no where can I find anything on it. Sounds like a whole lot of price gouging to me. They also said that it was one of their best sellers!!DUH!!!!

I’m only giving one star because I have too. They fired my favorite employee over nothing. And the other ones are rude. The manager stays doped up and I’m surprised she is still employed with the company. They need better management. The prices are good when you can get them for the same price everytime. I guess if I got pills I could trade them for cigarettes and get discounted items.

I have been a customer of this place for several years now.Like many places in Memphis ,they do occasionally hire an idiot or two but they usually dont last long(percentage wise ,lower then the local average for hiring idiots by far).Mike and Shane are 2 excellent employees with a broad knowledge of the products they sell and a positive attitude as well.They provide top quality customer service skills and with employees like this running the place,I can foresee this business doing well for many years to come.

It has a good variety of products. The best time to come is from 2 pm to closing because those workers are the friendliest vs when you come early in the morning.

This is one of those great little stores that sells any of the small things you may need with a decent selection. They have the best prices on tobacco and cigarettes too. They also have a lot of good smoking ACCESSORIES for decent prices.

Friendly atmosphere. Miss. Lynn and the other ladies are always helpful and friendly. Love going in and getting what I need. I will be a customer for a long time.

Great services depending on when you go in and who’s working ! If you go in early the manger is working and she’s not very nice at times ! I don’t drive and have to go when it’s convenient for others but since the manger has been so rude to me my friends and neighbors refuse to take me early they work together to make sure I go when she’s not working

*thank You Shain* Great prices and the occasional deal on new products or coupons. I have found that my cigs are in fact cheaper here!! I gotta say that they do care about there store and shain is great. So awesome. I had a problem but he was concerned and that made all the difference in the world.

The lady that works there is rude , and she was the only person there. In a very hateful way she told us they got rid of all their vape products three years ago.

Excellent prices on all things tobacco. Plus a wide variety of great items ranging from butane refill canisters (cheapest in town that Im aware of) to ashtrays to novelty items. I love shopping here.

I went into this store to purchase my favorite cigs and I was expecting to pay a certain price, well the cashiers (Me Me and Shain) were very knowledgeable of cigars and different prices. I was able to get my cigs for a cheaper price. I was also able to try a different cig for free. Im happy to say that I now use those cigs on a regular basis.

The employees are really nice & the prices are reasonable (considering everything is expensive right now).

The prices are double that of other smoke shops then she wanted to limit how many wraps I bought.

Great place cheapest Ive seen in Memphis and beyond I will go out of my way to buy my tobacco products from tobacco superstore! I have purchase from them countless times and service was always great.

If hours of operation are open until 7 why do you lock the doors at 6:35?

Depending on who is working will determine your price. Got something $8.00 one week and $14.00 the next. Still like the place !
