My experience was great. I had the couples massage with hot stones, the environment is very relaxing, my fiancée actually fell asleep. That’s how good it was. We Will definitely go back. I highly recommend this place. Caroline is awesome.

AMAZING!!! Carol’s hands are definitely anointed. Very peaceful and tranquil experience. Walked in sore and stiff from training regiment, and didn’t have to say a word she could see and fill what areas needed the most attention. Left feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world lol. Highly recommend her services, she definitely mastered her craft. Wish I could give 10 star review.

I usually dont leave reviews but my experience with Caroline was amazing!!I have had massages in several other cities, states, and countries but Caroline has been my favorite so far. Not only is her massage technique wonderful but she also makes you feel cared for and valued. She also has amazing people skills and is a great conversationalist.The facility was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very relaxing as well. Caroline was very professional,timely, and considerate. Her 19 years of experience truly shows.I randomly stumbled upon her while googling massages near me and Im so glad I did! I will be recommended others to come here :)

Caroline was awesome. She took her time with my facial and massage; I walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. She took the time to address my problem areas and even gave me recommendations for products to try. I had an excellent experience and I would recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been massaged around the globe and this massage was by far the best of my entire life!! The space is calm, clean and professional. The technique and pressure were detailed, efficient and also professional. I received the massage with stretching. I am very happy to have found a new massage therapist for my visits and upcoming move to Miami.

I was in pain and use Google to find someone near me for a massage. I called Touch Bodywork’s because she had real pictures. She answered and scheduled me right away. She was extremely professional and I definitely will be back for a massage.

I have gotten many massages over the years. When I tell ya Ms. Carol is the best. Shes not like everyone eles, that rushes and does a half job. She takes pride in her work. She will work every muscle in your body. She has a great sense of humor, is very professional, and her environment is very relaxing. Im so happy, I stumbled arcoss her. As long as I reside in Miami, she will be the only one touching me.

Ms.Carol was very pleasant and professional with wonderful customer service. Her space was very clean and everything was organized, her energy was very pleasing and relaxing. I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and Ms.Carol did not disappoint! She did some traditional massage techniques along with stretching and using hot rocks which were all was fantastic. Writing this review makes me want to call and book another! She was amazing! Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even realize I had! I will definitely be booking again. Maybe even make sure I book at least once a month with my hectic schedule. I would definitely recommend her.

The best massage Ive ever had. Ms. Carol was so welcoming and professional. I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, which she worked out with ease. She used many techniques including stretching and hot rocks. The pressure used was firm and consistent, which is what I needed. A full body massage including my face. It was wonderful! I advised her to increase crease her prices for to her wonderful work performance. Dont think twice book her! Ill definitely be back.

The place was clean and the room was prep for my massage prior to my appointment. The massage was relaxing and thorough. I enjoyed the conversation during the massage and the check-ins during the massage to make sure the pressure is okay. I will schedule another appointment soon.

Great customer service. I was in town on vacation and was referred to her, and I can honestly tell you that Id leave Fayetteville and come back down to see Caroline....just for the ambiance. Id never seen a setup like hers.

The most impressive thing to me was that I learnt later that Carol had left the office to begin her own Mother day plans yet was compassionate enough to turn around and head back to the office so the I could give the virtuous woman of my life a day to remember. From what I was told, Carol delivered the BEST Massage ever! I appreciate all that Carol did to make this day a special one and I applaud her willingness to make her customers not only feel like royalty from being to end but feel right at home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES! You wont regret it...

Worth it is an understatement!Carol is extremely detailed! She will have you forgetting about whatever issues you may have had before seeing her. She is Very skilled and absolutely takes you to another world during your massage! Stretching was amazing, everything was un-tighten, all the knots were Gone and all stress disappeared. Carol was a phenomenal therapist. She got all the spots that needed work and I didnt need to specify how much pressure I needed, she just paid attention to my body and where I was tight. The hot stones were such an added and lovely touch to the whole massage. I didnt expect them to aid SO much to the overall experience.Loved the time and attention she paid to me and what I wanted; the conversation was amazing, insightful and full of candor. The stretching was well executed and a really great way for me to increase mobility.I am a person who is very fond of self care and paying adequate prices for my wellbeing and this experience is one that I will have again.Would give more stars if I could.. ⭐

I came to PTBW with lingering back pain and discomfort and left completely pain free. Carol is wonderfully skilled at her craft and managed to identify and soothe each point of pain with only minimal input from me. Also I dont usually talk during a massage but she has such a sweet and engaging personality that it came naturally, like talking to an old friend. She even gave me tips for managing the discomfort at home in between massages. Will definitely return!

I called Carol for a last minute appt and she did not disappoint. I have been to a few of these major massage places and they have NOTHING on her. Her techniques are the bomb and the full body stretch was an extra bonus. Came in as a 1st time client and now I will be a forever client. BOOK HER you will not be disappointed.

Omggg!! Is all I can say. I have been searching for a place to get a massage and Sunday I had the worse headache and I couldn’t take it at all. I decided to look and I was surprised but she answered and she was off but came anyway just for me. I have to say this was the BEST massage I ever received. Carol was absolutely amazing. Touching spa is a great place to unwind and release all your stress. Ms. Young is great at communication, she wants you feel right at home, and if there anything that she can make you feel more comfortable just ask and she will make it happen to the best of her ability. Honestly I felt like I got more than my money’s worth with the massage I received. I will definitely book again. The Massuse was professional, prompt, and very experienced. I was working a LOT of shifts and I was always standing on my feet. My lower back was also giving me issues. The Massuse worked her magic and my kinks were all worked out. She was VERY thorough.
