This was perfect spot to relax and have a drink or a cigar. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The bartender was attentive and nice. If you are looking for a quiet spot to collaborate with your team or sit in peace looking at skyline, this is the spot!

Visiting from New York and wanted to try a Miami cigar lounge and see how they stack up to New Yorks for my review site. I visited multiple throughout my trip. Was welcomed in and brought into the humidor and I bought 2 cigars then after buying the cigars I was told no shorts after 5pm. I personally have no problem with a dress code but to be told after being allowed to enter and buy a cigar when I was looking forward to pairing with a nice scotch is very unprofessional. Took the cigar back to the hotel and smoked on my balcony. The cigar itself was decent.

This is a 1st class cigar lounge! Nice ambiance, nice cigar selection, nice bar setup and extremely nice wait staff. It was within walking distance of my hotel, which made it even better! I highly recommend Prime Cigar.

Honestly, this is a must do in Miami! The management, staff and atmosphere are top notch. The selection of cigars and knowledge of the staff are just as top notch. The Scotch options are primo and competitively priced. Go on a weekend after midnight and you may run into a celebrity or two in the VIP lounge. Serious shout out to Alex for being such an awesome host and cigar expert. 10/10 would recommend

This was my second time here and the experience has been consistently A1. The staff , the ambiance, the drink selection and of course the cigars were exact what I was looking for. They serve charcuterie and allow outside food. Date night, informal meetings, all good here.

I’ve noticed cigars I buy here smoke poorly. I just bought an Arturo Fuente Reserva Don Carlos No. 2. They cut it for me, and I smoked it in the lounge. When they cut it, the cigar immediate started falling apart at the base, and then upon lighting it, it started unraveling at the lit end. I’ve noticed that a few times with cigars I bought here as well. When you buy an expensive cigar, you don’t want it falling apart.

One of, if not the, best membership that Ive spent money on. Love this place...particularly Miya Mondays ❤!

Great atmosphere and drinks.

Great atmosphere, clean, good ventilation but the wait staff was slow. There were 5 customers in the place, I put in a drink order and watched my server have a conversation for 7 minutes before bringing my drunk. Wont be going back.

Fantastic service. They give great recommendations, especially for novices like me and they are very patient. I look forward to enjoying a drink and a cigar again soon
