This was the most relaxing facial of my life! Rachel made me feel instantly comfortable. She checked in about my preferences for the treatment while also providing supportive, informative recommendations. My skin was GLOWING for days after my treatment. Between the heated bed, dim lights, soft music & plentiful massaging this was a 10/10 experience and I would drive all the way from Johns Island to North Mt. Pleasant to do it again. The experience was amazing!!! Hands down the best facial ever. The bed was warm, the menu was tailored made to your needs, the products are really good, the lymphatic massage was incredible…. I cannot recommend enough! They even tinted my eyebrows for the first time and I LOVE IT!!! 😍 Yesenia did my facial and she was a true gem. Highly recommend!

It has been a few days since my incredible facial with Meagan at Guinot Institute and I am still raving about it! 1st, I appreciated that Meagan did not take up time asking me a ton of questions about my skin. She asked me if my skin was oily, dry or combo and then asked if I had any concerns I wanted her to know. And then she, the skin professional, fired up the lights. After checking my face out for a minute, she immediately got to work. AND IT WAS AMAZING. In the past, at different spas, I have had some reactions to products used during a facial. I have sensitive skin, that reddens easily, and often feels burnt when I get a facial. Sometimes I think it’s from the constant washcloth/wiping/scrubbing. But Meagan somehow managed to rarely use washcloths! She has the perfect touch. Everything she used on my face felt great! No stinging at all! She told me quickly what she was using and why, but never sounded like a salesperson. (You know exactly what I mean!) The neck/shoulder/head massage, while the mask was on, might have been my favorite part. HEAVENLY. After the facial, I was shocked when I looked in the mirror and saw that my face wasn’t red/blotchy but instead, it was glowing. That is a true testament to the products that were used and the skill of the person who applied them!I loved this facial so much that I signed up for the monthly program and can’t wait to schedule, WITH MEAGAN, in May!!Thank you for being so welcoming and kind. Her expertise and gentle approach made me feel very comfortable. I received the hydra peel facial and Eyelift treatment, 100% recommend. Their high quality products felt luxurious on my skin. Rachel did an amazing job explaining each step, providing guidance for after care and tips for my skin type. I left feeling rejuvenated and my skin glowing!

I have had several broken veins and brown spots on my face that I have covered up for years. Not anymore!!! They have a laser that removed them completely just after 3 short treatments. All gone!! Thank you Guinot!!

I had an appointment for a make up consultation with Rachel. Oh my world! She is a gem! She was so amazing and knowledgeable! She was very patient with my questions and not only did she explain everything, she further educated me on every single product. She color matched my eyes, foundation , cheek color etc and for the first time ever I felt like I finally have found the perfect matches with my skin tone and hair/eye color!She didn’t try to sell me on anything as a matter of fact she talked me out of purchasing unnecessary products knowing my needs and goals. Ive been going to Guinot for over almost 2 years. I use Guinot for many of their services and my experience with all of those services has always been excellent. I also use a variety of their facial products which I have found greatly improve the condition and look of my skin. I ask Rachel to assess my skin monthly and suggest what the best facial treatment for me would be. She also comes up with a prescribed selection of products to be used in combination according to what I need at the time.

What a wonderful experience at Guinot! The space is very clean, inviting, and beautiful! I was greeted with a very polite and friendly staff and shown around. Yenesia did my facial and foot treatment, and she was beyond talented! Extremely professional, very proficient, and personalized my facial to my skins needs. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks again (with Yenesia of course)! 5 stars for Guinot!

It’s super clean and pristine inside. I also found their prices reasonable for the services offered. Give them a try!

I have had many facials over the years, but none of them even comes close to my experience at Guinot. When I arrived, I was greeted cheerily and checked in by Abby at the front desk. While waiting, I took in the calm, quiet atmosphere of the lobby. It wasn’t long before my esthetician, Rachel, greeted me. I was led back to a very cozy room with a reclined, heated table. Environment is everything when you’re getting any kind of spa treatment. Like the rest of Guinot, this room checked all the boxes. It was quiet, there was low, relaxing music playing in the background, the lighting was dim and the table was very, very comfortable. From beginning to end Rachel treated me like a VIP. Everything she did addressed my skin concerns of aging, dark spots and some adult acne. My skin immediately looked and felt better when she finished. I wasn’t leaving without purchasing some of the amazing products she used. I ended up getting the foam cleanser and anti aging toner for my skin. They sell Jane Iredale here (clean beauty!!) so I purchased some of their hyaluronic lip gloss and blemish concealer. I cannot recommend this spa enough. They’re are a hidden gem in Charleston and you are missing out if you aren’t seeing Rachel and her team. 10/10

I have had wonderful experiences. Relaxing, and great for my skin. Rachel answers all my questions to make my aging skin the best it can be. There is no push to buy their products. However, I do love the few that I use. I look forward to my monthly appointment. I am always sorry when the treatment is over. So relaxing. Can not wait for my next treatment.

I booked a facial at the King Street location through class pass. I walked there in the rain (because I work a few blocks away) and no one was there. I waited outside in the rain for 40 minutes and no one answered. I called numerous times as well. Class pass would not refund us. Just all around a mess.

I absolutely love Guinot! The staff, the treatments, and the products are amazing. I started going to Guinot when the spa reopened after the COVID-19 restrictions. I am a nurse and wearing a mask 12 hours a day made my skin break down very badly. I was lucky enough to find these amazing professional and knowledgeable team that helped with my skin issues. Meagan and Vanessa are extremely knowledgeable. they suggested me amazing treatments and products that helped reduce my acne while lighting up my face in a very short period of time. I recently bought their detoxifying, aromatic, and slimming treatments. I just finished my 3rd session and I can already see a big difference in my body and in the way my clothes fit me. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, especially Tammy (she is the funniest!). The atmosphere of the SPA is relaxing and calming. they are extremely clean and they follow all the new CDC guidelines in every detail. I really recommend Guinot SPA to everybody that is looking for a short-term and long-term change in their skin and body.

I used to get Guinot facials when I lived in Europe and was never so excited to see them open their first US store in my own neighborhood. The quality facials and waxing is the same if not better than my experience in Ireland. Vanessa is extremely talented at what she does and I look forward to my monthly VIP treatment with her which has paid off due to discount I get with their products with this package. I really enjoy their Hydradermie lift. I am relieved to see that despite the COVID era this business has (1) remained open (2) abides the CDC health safety precautions and more and is one of the reasons I only attend this salon during these difficult time. While I knew of the brands stellar reputation in Europe, I had personally never tried their products before my visit and was a little skeptical of how different it could actually be from the other facials Ive had over time. But after going through the process of the Hydradermie Youth facial I realized how differently my skin responded to their natural products and the ionization from the Hydradermie machine. While most facials simply cleanse my face, this facial left my skin visibly rejuvenated and bright immediately following the procedure, and for hours after. My beauty therapist, Stefanie, walked me through every step and took such great care of me. I cant wait for my next treatment!

They are so nice and welcoming starting when you walk in the door. Tammy the receptionist got me the second I walked. I felt like we were old friends. The estheticians are all incredible.
