Devin took the best care of me when I was there and I will be back! He knew more about my vape than I did and I’ve been vaping since 2013 so I’ve had ample time to learn but he just assessed the problem with my pod system and got it nice and cleaned up for me which was an extra surprise because every other store I have went to in this area acts like it’s a crime to touch somebody’s vape or they just can’t be bothered. Forget those guys get up to Kure Nashville they’ll treat you right 💥 I will be back and thank you Devin!

Took my girl there since shes the one who vapes and Devin handled us with such care. Explained everything I was completely clueless about and treated us like long time customers. Cannot recommend enough.

This was my first visit to this store & I will definitely be going back there from now on! I was amazed by how polite & professional the customer service was. The employee that helped me was named Chance and he was very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning for all my future purchases.

Ive been coming to this shop for about 6 months consistently. Definitely the best vape shop in the area. Staff (Ive talked extensively with Devin, Chance, and Caden many times) is always friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great, and new merchandise comes in frequently. The one time Ive had issues with a product (suspect issues during transportation), the staff was able to make an exchange with no issues. Truly the staff sets Kure above other shops offering similar products.

Great vibe, the only shop I can find favorite flavors. Chance always has good suggestions on all the disposables!

When I started vaping I was overwhelmed by all the brands and flavors. The people that work here will ask you a few questions and recommend stuff. Theyre so extraordinarily helpful. It made it so easy to figure out what I liked and what to buy. They always play great music and I couldnt be happier with them. I will not go anywhere else for what I need. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I wish I made more money to go buy more and more from them everyday. Seriously everyone should get their shopping done here!

I was in Kure a few days ago and the guy working there, Chance I think it was? Im terrible with names... but this guy went above and beyond helping me find a new juice. I eventually settled on Desert Ship and I think its going to end up being my new daily juice. He was very knowledgeable and put up with a dozen stupid questions on my part.

I enjoy this place. The staff are super helpful when I have questions or I’m looking for something new. Chance helped me this past week find a new flavor for myself and has great knowledge of the products. I come here and don’t need to go anywhere else.

Legit best vape shop around, Kevin and Kayden are always so welcoming, Kevin even got me to finally stop using disposables so that was a huge step. A+ will absolutely recommend.

I have been coming here since they opened. They are always friendly and professional, stock great products, and the only time I ever had an issue with a product, they took care of it immediately.

Open until 8? It’s 7pm on a Friday night and it’s closed. I spend 100’s a week here and I will be taking all of my business to Marleys Smoke Shop as will all of my family who also spends 100s per WEEK here. Unprofessional, and rude.

The assistant manager, Reese, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary products, and was easily able to lead me in a product that met my specific needs, expectations, and price point. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with everything I needed. A+++ highly recommended

Great atmosphere, great service, great selection. Left happier than when I came in! The nice lady working the front counter was giving me some information on how to save money and switch to juice instead of disposables. Glad they just take the extra step.

I have had such a smooth experience here. The employees are well educated on the products they sell, and always help their customers with setup and basic function of the devices. Anthony specifically, on three separate occasions, has gone the extra step and made my visits swift and flawless. Big shout out to Avail Vapor and their team here in Bellevue.

Our sales woman was so amazing. I was buying my first CBD and never used vape pens before so was a bit nervous about it. She did an amazing job teaching me about the products and recommending what was best for me. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me to figure what as best for me. Got a membership and will definitely be coming back.

I like the vibe and selection of this store; specifically, at this one you can find unicorn filler bottles and the Japanese cotton to do up your own coils. Each Avail store I have been to has been clean which means a lot to me. Here I was especially impressed with the sales associate Chuck, his knowledge and professionalism (definitely deserving of compliments) and the extended selection.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and fun! Ive been enjoying the recommended device and juice from them. This is absolutely my favorite vape store in the area, I wont be going to any other one!

Was a great time and he seemed very knowledgeable except for ONE thing…… I needed a damn battery for my vape. He also said it charges so fast it’s almost 24 hours later and it’s still not all to way charged. Beyond bummed because now I’m stuck with a vape pen I can’t use yet😞

I’d give this place zero stars if I had an option to do so. This review is a forewarning for all future and current customers & also a message directly for the owner. I’m not a person who usually writes reviews but this one was much needed.Just a little backstory. I’ve been coming here for 6 months or so since recently moving to town. I myself have probably spent $500 give or take in the place since I’ve lived here. I was a majorly loyal customer here. So is my fiancé and a handful of my friends. WORD OF MOUTH PEOPLE. This is a business.Previous to today’s experience I would say I have had no issues. They have a good selection of juices & options for different vapes so I liked the convenience.What happened was I purchased a LOST VAPE QUEST on august 12th so about 3 weeks ago. I’m a member in their system and also I used a credit card to track the transaction. The vape just stopped working. It would show the light when charging but wouldn’t fire. Now this is the 3rd time this has happened and the first time I’ve ever brought one in but enough is enough. I walked in to see if they could help me out, the guy that works there was super friendly and tried to help me out but a girl I’ve never seen there (I believe her name was Eli) walks out. Immediately she asks if I have a receipt. I happily said no but I’m a member of your rewards and I also have the transaction I can show you on my credit card statement. She then says “nope you need a receipt, just like any other retailer”. Umm what? Do you live under a freaking rock Eli? When was the last time you walked into a target and they couldn’t pull up your transaction from your CC or even in your rewards system. I then proceeded. It wasn’t necessarily what she said but more how she said it. Her tone read “your business isn’t that important”. I then told her that I thought that was ridiculous. I asked if she was serious. She said yes. I proceeded to say, okay. And told them that I’d be taking my business elsewhere.I proceeded out of the door. Crossed the street and spent 100 bucks in another shop for a new setup. You see it’s not a money issue but the principal of it. I can assure you that I’ll never spend another dime in this store. Just to put the cherry on top the person at the store across the street informed me that I could reach out to the manufacturer and they would send me over a new one. Thank you! I went into Avail Vapor with little to no knowledge of vaping. As I walked in, I was respectfully greeted by an associate by the name of Chuck. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail, and made sure I understood every aspect of the device I purchased. I am very grateful for Chuck and the Avail Vapor establishment. They are deserving of more than 5 stars, and only place i will shop!

The staff is knowledgeable and the eliquids are very good (allbeit not the best deal in town). I was a loyal customer until this past weekend. I always had my card punched after each purchase and that 10th bottle was always nice because my loyalty was rewarded with a free bottle. However, this past weekend, I walked in with 9 punches on my card. At checkout, I was told that these punch cards were no longer accepted, but they would gladly sign me up for a new reward program. WHAT?!? 9 punches dont me squat?!? Sign me up for another program that may or may not be honored in the future?!? No Thanks! Ill take my loyalty somewhere else in hopes to find better customer service.

This store is lovely but they’re crazy over priced. The staff is nice enough, but the store charges 30 dollars for a 60 mL bottle of juice when you can buy the same brand for half the price online... 13.99 vs. 30 dollars seems like a big jump. :/

Go in here pretty often and not because I want to but because every item I buy here breaks somehow and they refuse to refund. Not only that, but the staff is awfully rude. Prices are terribly high. Go to the shop across the street instead or just simply anywhere else.

I like this store. I normally wind my own coils, mix my own liquid etc but they have a few flavors that are nothing short of terriffic. The staff here is/are very friendly and accommodating.

This company markets well and has ok prices for hardware, but the juice is awful everything had no taste to it. Worst juice around dont waste your time here. Im pretty sure who ever voted 5 stars was a novice or fake account seriously dont go there.

I had bought a disposable e cig which cost about 10 dollars. I had bought it today and now it is done. What a rip off. Plus they do not have the ecig coils that I need nor the devices that I am looking for. Friendly staff but they do not have much to buy sadly either. I am afraid that the business might not last which is very concerning from being a customer’s perspective.

Been vaping since before these thing became such a large product. This location has the most unhelpful staff. First tank I bought from this place leaked and the juice here has a strange aftertaste. I would suggest shopping around before wasting your time with AVAIL Vapor.
