Smokin Joes

1st time in. Horrible experience. Went to grab a few cigars and was watched like a hawk. Worker stood right next to me while I looked at the locked cigar glass cabinet. After choosing a few cigars I looked at some of the prepackaged wood tip cigars behind the counter on the wall. From the side counter I picked a pack to purchase along with the 3 cigars I picked from the glass cabinet. Out of nowhere a lady yelled at me fpr selecting and picking out some for purchase. And she kept it going. They must get a lot of thieves in there as I was treated like I was going to steal something from the moment I walked in. 1st and last visit for me.

I have been there twice to buy candles. The guys were very helpful and friendly. Even when I asked a stupid question, they didnt make me feel ignorant. Whenever I am in that area I go there.

So I buy a power roller from smokin joes. I get home, break the seal on the box and its used. They wont replace it, give me my money back or anything. Terrible customer service.

Decent prices. Great friendly staff, they deserve a raise. People complain about wait times but always come in at 5pm rush. But they do a good job getting people out the door quickly. Love the management. Keep it up!

Only place I go to for smokes and beer. Im a regular at this store. Its my favorite place lol. Its always awesome, unless you get stuck behind someone doing lottery stuff. Lottery customers always take a while.

Was treated very poorly in this establishment tonight. I have shopped here on a regular basis. I wont be back ever again. Walgreens & Fareway have the lowest prices on cigarettes in North Liberty anyway.
