Good massage therapists, especially Rhonda, but bad business practices. Do not sign up for their “subscription” as they do not let you cancel without paying for the rest of the year. They also charged me for an additional massage when I finally did cancel at the end of the year. Gross. My friends had a similar bad experience.

Deep tissue massage by Miriam was wonderful and very effective! I appreciate that she listened carefully to what I needed then really helped me in that way. I will definitely come back to Massage Heights!

As a licensed massage therapist you really know what kind of massage he you need and like, but it is really hard to find. I was so happy I found this location. The staff was all very nice, and each massage I had was great. It took a while to find the person that was best suited to me, but I felt the front desk was very helpful in guiding me based on my feedback. I also really liked the free aromatherapy and the use of hot towels on my feet and neck. These are very soothing touches and each therapist provided them. I also had to cancel my membership early due to moving and the management was so accommodating. They didn’t give me a hard time at all, and wished me well on my move. This business is wonderful in every way. Thanks so much.

My experience at Massage Heights was an 11/10! From check in to check out everything was great. The room my facial was in was cozy, and Margaret is a gem. I had to sign up for the membership and will be back!

One of the best massages I have received in a long time! Anju was very responsive to my needs and took time to really work out the tough knots. I would highly recommend going to Anju!

I’ve visited massage heights a few times and have had a great experience. The place was clean, the front desk nice and the massage therapists were great. The issue occurred when I bought a 6-month package as a gift for my brother who had done some work on my house. When I bought the package I was adamant that he NOT be charged a cent. I paid the hundreds of dollars up front and as I walked away I reiterated that I did not want my brother charged. Well I guess Masssge Heights had other ideas. Not only did they require that he provide a credit card (which they shouldn’t have - he had a credit for six months of massages) they ended up charging his card for months after his 6-month package had expired. As he wasn’t expecting to be charged he didn’t notice the monthly fee for some time. Had he realized, he would have called immediately. When he asked for a refund the manager refused. He was told that he could sign up for an additional month to use the credits he had collected. That was certainly not the point. Had I known that this gift would cost by brother hundreds of dollars in the long run I never would have even considered it. Massage Heights, not only have you lost a customer in me, understand that I haven’t been quiet about my displeasure. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am so happy to be able to get a massage and feel that my safety is a priority. Olivia was great if you like a soft touch. Margaret worked with me in an account issue to my complete satisfaction. I can’t wait to get my facial next week.

Have been a member for years! Monthly massage included and hours never lost if you cant make it. Friendly staff who strive to make each experience ahhh-mazing! Been going with my husband for years and we even get to use the couples room.Just had my first prenatal massage too, which is included in the monthly membership. Hannah did such a great job to make my experience the best it can be! For this first time momma to be, it really made a difference. Super comfortable, relaxing and just what i needed! Not leaving any time soon!

Christine has been amazing and we have been working together for several Years now. I’ve been getting massages since I was a teen and I can say she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever worked with. Highly recommended!!!

I love Massage Heights. Have been coming here for many years. They have wonderful therapists. I choose Bridget most often and she is fantastic! Very thorough! and wonderful touches like hot wash cloths on my feet and neck. I always feel relief. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable , skilled therapists. My favorites have been Rachael and Bridget. I got a membership which makes it a good value. Be aware that massages aren’t transferable between couples or family members. If they were, I’d give Massage Heights a 5 star rating.

Kirsten is an outstanding therapist. I was a successful massage practitioner for 20 years I also taught massage for 10 years. I highly recommend her: tell her what you need. She’s responsive, intuitive, and gifted!

I had an excellent massage at massage Heights. The sheets on the bed are so soft and just top quality. My massage therapist helped to work out a bunch of knots out of my back, shoulders and arms. It was so necessary. They followed strict Covid practices. Hand sanitation on entering, face masks, temperature checks and Covid screening. The cmt kept her mask on the entire massage as well as myself. The only one thing I didn’t like is the cmt asked me if I wanted some essential oil? I said, “sure.” Then there was a “$20.00” charge on my bill. No mention of this just a surprise when I opened my email. They should mentioned this charge to me before when they are offering me the oil and then again when they are charging the credit card. Everything is done virtually because of Covid. This is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

I signed up with this place to get regular massage. Had shoulder surgery and had one massage left that they pre charge you. They did not let me use this as I stopped my membership after a year. They kept charging my credit card too even though I had cancelled after the agreement. This place is the worst place for massages and they will rip you off. Stay away.

Very clean and diligent covid procedures. Rusty is an excellent masseuse and really listens to customer. Much needed stress relief. Receptionist is customer focused too.

Ruby is excellent, very relaxing massage as well as stress points taken care of. Have seen her twice now.

My massage therapist Afsaneh was great. She has a long history of experience. My husband and I will continue seeing her as long as we can.

Worst massage ever. I get regular bodywork. My regular place was booked, so I thought I would try this place. You pay for an hour, you get 45 minutes. The therapist had poor skills. I left in worse shape than I went in. I will never go back.

Prior to COVID19, I would see Margaret for my facials and my skin looked fantastic.I would definitely recommend her for a facial.
