Store looks beautiful now that it has a new owner but place dont keep up with the latest vapes and theres so many nice ones I see I online but dont see them there and all the carts Ive buy end up always leaking it messed up my battery I bout from there when you buy them they look nice and even if you take proper care of them they still leak and a lot too my honest review 🙌 and delta 8 sucks made me cough a lung and did not do nothing its truemola they suck and leak bad 🤯

Very nice location ,bright clean and again I repeat excellent costumer service. Anthony runs one of the best smoke shops in north jersey and he’s staff is the best at what they do & very knowledgeable. Recommend place!!!

Customer service is good except for the fact that they can’t get their prices straight. One dude charged $3 for for an item, a few days later someone else charged me a different price. Maybe prices went up? That’s understandable. Which is not understandable is selling me counterfeit RAW papers. Everything about the papers looked authentic until you pulled one out and held it up to the light and instead of saying RAW they said some thing else on it. I told the person helping me and they immediately refunded my money. Maybe it was a one time mistake?

I would usually frequent a location closer to downtown Paterson, however I was paying almost double for Vape Pods...a friend of mine told me about Excelente Smoke Shop and Ive been coming here ever since...The prices are 50% cheaper on Pods!!!!! I wish that I wouldve known about this location sooner, they are Top Notch, professional and run a clean shop without the fluctuating prices!

Excellent selection of hookah accessories, hookah heads, broad range of vaporizers at various prices, smoking accessories including very nice glassware, plus normal stuff youd expect at a smoke shop (papers, wrappers, etc). Good selection of cigars too. Folks behind the counter are nice and knowledgeable, no bad attitudes. Open fairly late weekends for those late night runs. Oh yea forgot to mention also have gifts like beautiful Zippo lighters, ashtrays, etc in case you need a quick gift for someone. Only other smoke shop I go to is their other store on Main St in South Paterson.
