They have a dj and or karaoke most nights. Decent crowds, not many altercations. Usually standing room only after 8ish. Basic drinks not many mixed drink options. Theres a kitchen and jukebox also.

Get there early to get some good fried chicken...even earlier if you want somewhere to SIT DOWN and eat it 😒. Nice community bar...drinks good price..karaoke on Saturday nites about 1030.

Just passing by after visiting Ebenezer Baptist church for a music performance! I met some nice folks outside the Black Beauty Lounge but was taken by the wonderful mural on the side if the building.The couple in the picture didnt mind me taking their picture . I met the mayor of Belle Vernon who was politicking inside the bar. I need to come back and patronize them soon. I did play in a reggae band at one place on Centre Avenue but Im not familiar with the Hill and not from Pittsburgh.

This is a nice pub, dont let lounge in the name trick you. I had a good laugh and the no public restroom signs on the pub door. Yes the have bathrooms inside. Lololol

I walked in & walked right out. Older crowd & allows customers to smoke cigarettes. Run down but I couldn’t stay because of all the cigarette smoke.

Nice peaceful place old school and new .drinks and food good and good people that work here.and fun and bingo

Best place in the Hill District. Beverly, and others, is my date. Easy to meet Nice woman.
