These people are rude. Drug addiction. And wayyy overpriced i suggest 124 smoke shop theyre custard vape juice is 18.99 there and they charge 24.99 at us 40 . This is the worst place Ive been too. Its honestly ridiculous. They are all rude every single one of them. The clearance section is freaking more expensive than other stores that dont have clearance. GO TO 124 SMOKE SHOP. THEY HAVE BETRER DELTA PRODUCTS AKD WAYYYY lower prices... id give 1/4 a star if I could

Good place. Knowledgeable staff, and they always have what I need. I guess if you need your knob rubbed, don’t go in (re: some of the “hurt feelings” reviews). They’re nice enough to me.

Exceeded my expectations in numerous ways.We were the dreaded customers, arriving 10 mins before closing with very minimal product knowledge... But, the gentleman who assisted us was great. He was personable, answered all our questions, offered us flavors to try, recommended products in varying price ranges, and never once made us feel rushed.I will absolutely return in the future, easy decision.

Why is it every time I visit this shop and deal with the guy (Bruce?) He has me waste my money. EVERY TIME I GO HERE HE SELLS ME INCORRECT ITEMS! How are you going to sell me a new tank and the wrong coils when i ask to buy extra? Im going somewhere else where they know what they are doing. Sick of wasting my money because of people who have no idea what they are doing. Wasted money, wasted EXPENSIVE juice. Im done!!!

Largest selection of disposable vapes in town, huge variety of coils and juices as well. Super friendly and helpful staff! They have a discount stamp card, every 6 purchased over $15 you get a stamp, and when its full will count as $10 off next purchase! Have been only coming here since I moved to town 5 months ago and have cycled through 4 stamp cards; worth it! Wont go anywhere else.

The Guy working in there was very helpful, I didnt know exactly what I wanted and he showed me many options based on my preferences and likes. I finally decided on one and also got a coil. Good selection there as well!

They sold us expired oil. When we took the bottles back to show them, the guy claimed the oils stay good for two years past the expiration date and wouldnt give us fresh ones. I was getting really bad headaches. Something that didnt start until I used the oil purchased from this shop. We definitely will never go back here.

Dont go as much anymore. Prices are a tad high comparably, staff likes to fight amongst themselves often, and one staff member in particular likes to go on about his political ideologies.Staff might be different now since i havent been in a few months, but when you can get the same products for $5 or more less at other places, then there is just no reason to go back.

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered! I have been to this shop several times and in need of different products every time (juice, coils, etc). Each time I have gone in, it is like pulling teeth to be acknowledged. Every employee I have interacted with acts completely clueless when I speak to them— and I am certain I am speaking English very clearly. I am not sure what’s up with them, but I am definitely never going back— I will stick with my guys at SirVapes-A-Lot (who are absolutely wonderful— super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and frankly a lot more intelligent)!!

The guys there are always friendly and helpful. We always get the same service no matter how busy they are. If you dont know what to get or you wanna try something new or upgrade your rig but arent sure they always give the best recommendations. Have found some new faves that way.

They are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. They made sure I got exactly what I was looking for without trying to up sell me. The juice is great! The staff was nice and HONEST! I will certainly be back. Love that they are open later than most other shops in the area. Thanks again!

This shop is truly underrated. The customer service is unbeatable, I never write reviews but I made an account just so I could say I will probably never go anywhere else. There are at least 4 other shops closer to me but I will go out of my way to come to this one. I have been to others and not have had 1/2 of the quality of service these guys provide. BRAVO! Thanks!

Great service. They are very friendly and they are judgemental about the way people come in. My husband and I went in to get stuff for his mode and I am definitely a unusual person. I was rocking my minnie mouse ears and they didnt say anything ill about it. Awesome place.

The Employees are great, they always greet you as you come in, they have great selections on mods, tanks, liquids, etc. Its my favorite vape shop. Also my husband gets a military discount and they have a stamp card system, also they do have different sales throughout the year, especially Black Friday deals!

Love the service that the employees provide. They are always eager to answer any questions you have and even give you suggestions on how to save a buck or two! So glad this is my local shop. If it wasnt, I would still drive out of my way for their outstanding service.

Went in yesterday and the guy who was working was absolutely not helpful in anyway and acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. Not to mention he was tweaking the whole time… should not be employed. Usually the guys here are very helpful

Some employees dont seem very friendly, almost like they think their Better than everyone else. They need better customer service skills. And one dude didnt even ask me if i had my stamp card, but asked the next 2 ppl if they had theirs, and was really cool with them. I really only go there for one specific juice. But on a real note, hire ME on and Ill show ppl what Real Friendly, welcoming customer service really is. #VAPINGBROTHERHOOD

This shop is ok at best, If you don’t know what your getting and are new to vaping I suggest you go elsewhere.They have workers that will sell you whatever without truly caring I personally wasted a lot of money here before I gained the knowledge to actually know what I’m buying, I only go here for juice only now and plan on not doing that either soon. Staff honestly are not personal at all and will focus only on their friends and women (because there all dudes) also you call tell a lot of times there not all there, what I mean by that is they look like they are on something a lot of the time. (Truth is harsh)

Bought 3rd battery from these guys. Presume it was the owner when my wife had problems with her recent new battery a week after the purchase. He really wouldnt listen to what she was saying. Kept telling her it was just a bad coil. She has 5 tanks, has been vaping for over 7 years and I had recently replaced all coils on her tanks. She had already tried switching to another tanks. The battery continued to flash LOW POWER even when just charged and would constantly shut down with the only way to wake it up was to re-hook to charger. It had brief moments of working normally. The battery happened to work during the 2 minutes she was in the store but went back to being difficult once she was driving again. Also, she purchased 2 boxes of the coils same time as battery, so he either is wrong and the battery is bad and he doesnt want to own up, or he sold us an entire box of bad coils. Either way, he didnt want to own up and solve the problem, so we wont be going back.

I was in a different city, when the glass on my vape broke, I googled vape stores near by, and went to the first option 40 Vapor Shop, I was kinda panicking, but the store had everything I needed and helped me put the new glass on, they are very friendly and professional and I definitely appreciate the salesperson.

Went in staff was super friendly bought a mod kit and charger what they paired with the aegis mod was a crown 2 tank and let me say if they are knowledgeable about products they wouldnt have done this the coils are junk wont be back

Great people behind the counter! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient; they love to joke with ya. Like going to a friends house to hang out. Twan is top notch and so friendly!!!!

2 bad visits in a row. I swear one of the guys was stoned out of his mind on my last visit. Told me there was a new law where they had to charge to try a vape. Coils are overpriced and batteries are bad. Terrible customer service. I would highly recommend Indy vapor shop over this hole in the wall.

The customer service is mediocre at best. They don’t even listen to you. I just opened a bottle of the wrong milagram nicotine and now I’m screwed for a whole week because I don’t have a million dollars to buy another bottle. Do Not trust them. Always check your stuff and find another vapor shop if you can

This Vape shop has a huge selection of mods and juices. If youre looking for inexpensive mods, they have em. If youre looking for high end mods and cool tanks, they have it. My experience was great talking with Bruce and Twan. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Went the extra mile to help me find a new flavor of juice, and more coils for my mesh pro tanks. They carry CBD products also. So drop in and check them out.

Staff, one in particular, rude to customers or just plain ignores them. In a vape shop you need to finish with one customer rather than ignore one and go on to your buddy or someone you THINK is going to spend more money! I doubt that I will go in again. After same treatment several times, no thanks!

These guys are all good. Knowledgeable..and they do their very best to get u going .yes its cheaper online but if your new or just like personal care YOU need to get your stuff here bc the help and information they offer are always there ready to help their own customer base and with the industry changing constantly so fast ...again you. New and old vapers need to buy here and pay the extra for the extra attention..its worth it --- you are not just paying for product..your buying personal attention..and the hours..they are open great long operating hours..its indiana .with the leadership in this state you need to be up on the laws ..these guys help with that too keeping u informed

Employees are rude, over priced products, will confidently give you the wrong product, know it alls when they don’t know anything at all. I will be taking my business to Hoosier Vapors from now on.

This is my second favorite vape shop 99.9 percent of the time they have what I need but thats ok NO ONE IS PERFECT but the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about their products and their prices are very fair If ur ever by US 40 u must stop in u might find that special thing u been looking for to enhance your vape experience

I did not have the best experience, the young guy with glasses was not interested in my questions. Every question I asked he would look at me like I was stupid but proceed to yell at another employee like a dog. Horrible customer service I will not be going back

Usually have every coil Im wanting but lately not having my ccell vaperesso .9 ceramic coil....and 10.00 for after 5 stars received for purchases over 10.00! Decent hours opening but come on with those coils!

Staff is helpfull and polite. Many juices to try for free. And will even let you try mods if they have some out. Lots of parking and not overflowing with people.

Wont shop there anymore, the mod was twice the price than others sell it for. Unhelpful to show the products other than look, its up there (nine feet away) - you better have laser sharp eyes to see that far.
