Great staff, tons of knowledge, fantastic prices. The big guy with the beard is the only person who has ever tried to figure out why I kept burning out my cart batteries instead of just selling me another. Ever since he told me I was over charging them I haven’t had an issue since. Both guys I see are incredibly nice and I won’t go to any other shop

The chain in general rules. Because of their perks program and prices rule I walked away with a 175 dollar setup for 40 bucks. This store held a specific item for me for 24hr upon my request so I could use my perks. Workers were nice store had a big selection and always equal or most times better then internet pricing even including tax. On top of that I have 5% off for life now.

I have been dealing with Good Guys for over a year now. Their staff is incredibly courteous and they always will find you what you need. They have a great selection of juices from many different brands/manufacturers. Also their prices are very competitive with online pricing and they will definitely not rip you off! Not to mention they are located walking distance from my home but that is just my own advantage to this location. I highly recommend anyone looking to get into vaping or even those who are well versed in the hobby.

This is a great store and good guys is my go to vape shop. 4 stars because they’re frequently out of my favorite juice. Honorable mention goes to Stefano. He’s a great, dedicated employee. He goes out of his way to get to know the patrons and their favorite flavors. He’s spent so much time with me trying to find flavors we think I’ll like. He’s truly a superb employee and makes you feel at home and like you have a friend at the shop. Every other employee there is also stand out and excellent, I just don’t know them as well. Every good guy vapes I’ve been to has been superb.

This place has improved they have more customer friendly workers behind the counter. And I am very happy that They now Have Smok inventory! You can buy the tiny efficient SMOK products and filters. Its also great the store is usually open till 9:00 p.m.

Been going here for years, they are great at what they do the staff is very nice and inviting. The place is always clean and well maintained the shelves are always stocked and the staff is always up to date on new tech. They would never steer you wrong and thats exactly what you want when picking out your first vape or even just to upgrade, they also have a killer selection from begginer starter stuff, to advanced coil building supplies and rdas.

Overall a nice and clean Vape shop. They dont carry my favorite disposable Vapes called Hyde Vapes (I personally have had the experiences with Hyde brand) however thats just my preference, but they do carry a brand called Elfbar which I like a lot. I dont like Menthol and although the employees are very friendly and know their prodicts I have specifically asked for flavors that arent menthol and Ive gotten some that have a cooling sensation when you exhale the Vape so thats the only thing they could work on. I think they need more knowledge to be accurate on which ones are Menthol and which ones are not. Other than that great shop.

Ive never met a Bad Guy or Gal at any Good Guy location, but Pompton is one of my favorite stores. Just stopped in and Stefano knew exactly what juices to let me try based on what i like, and I walked away with three new flavors to enjoy. GOOD GUY ROCKS!

I’ve shopped at good guy for years without any issue - walked in today with my boyfriend because he needed vape juice. He told the only kid working (dan cinnella) what he wanted and went to check out. From ACROSS THE STORE (because I was looking around at their selection while they checked out) I was asked for my ID then refused service because I didn’t have mine on me - even tho I was not the one making any purchases & my boyfriend had his ID on him. I was shocked - lost my service.

Every time I go here, its a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, always taking the time to answer all of your questions. These guys give 100% when it comes to customer service.

The guys are really friendly. Theyre extremely knowledgeable about all things vape. A couple of times I didnt know what I wanted so I asked them to pick out their favorite flavor and I always love it. They even have a rewards program. I highly recommend this vape shop!

A few reviews on here dont really paint an accurate picture. These guys live up to the Good Guy monicker. Ive been going here since they opened years ago, and have bought several mods (mechanical clone and original, and a Snow Wolf box) and at least a dozen tanks. Theyve taught me to rebuild RBA and RDA decks, and walked me through every purchase from my first eGO battery through the flavor notes of at least 4 dozen fluids. Go in for a relaxed experience - theyll recommend products based on performance, NOT price.

Went there 3 different occasions with questions about redeeming my points. Took my info 3 seperate times and didnt get back to me once. Wont be returning.

It was my first time going in to a Good Guy Vapes location, because there are several, and I can definitely say that they not only met my needs but exceeded them with all their help. I had to replace my mod, and the member of their staff, namely Stefano, was as knowledgeable as he was helpful of all of their products, both the mod vapes as well as the e-juices they carry - masterfully guiding me to the perfect mod to meet the requirements.I ended up leaving with a whole new kit, as my old vape had been taped up and falling apart, an additional tank on the side that I was hoping theyd have - and they did, as well as two new e-juices. Even though they were out of stock of my typical e-juice, Stefano was able to help me find the perfect replacement, with which Im actually much happier - so, a very big Thank you to him for that!All of their staff were super friendly, the prices were largely unbeatable for a convenient, retail location, and the level of inventory they have was that of a true vape shop. Im very happy I decided to drop by and get my new setup. Great vape shop to replace your whole vape or to just stop in and grab your favorite bottle of e-juice. I highly recommend this location. I visit this store on a regular basis and always greeted with a friendly staff eager to help me. Billy Jeremy and Gary are all an incredible help every time I visit this store and I do not purchase from anywhere other than good guys locations. HUGHLY RECOMENDED

Went here to buy a Juul starter kit so I can try to quit smoking. As soon as I walked in I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. I explained what I was looking for and had some questions about the product. Tom was able to answer them quickly and had good knowledge of the other box mods that I was curious about.The prices of everything were great too, name brand that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Safe to say that I’ll definitely be back to buy refills for my Juul and even in the future upgrade to a box mod.

Can always find what I need here. Been shopping here since the day they opened. I like that they have a reward points program. I got a free mod with mine. The staff is great too.

Gary really took his time with helping me decide which Vape that I wanted (Im kinda picky). He made me feel very comfortable being in a vape shop and didnt discriminate because I am a girl. He was so kind and helpful. Ive been to a lot of good guy Vape shops (Clifton, parsippany, etc) and he is far and above the most helpful employee I have encountered.

Terrible place the staff are very disrespectful and make up stories to not sell which is why the place is always empty the products are over priced & I highly recommend to not waste your money there...in which the one employee said they had to treat the place like a liquor store in which what NJ law says that I recommend other vapes shops to go to but never this one its like they force away customers with excuses.

WOW!!!!! 1st Ive NEVER posted anything about anything EVER. Next, i cant get my mic to work so i actually have to write this! Yet despite this i feel a civic duty to pist regarding my experience at GGV. I left about 90 minutes ago and the only reason i havent posted sooner is because I was raving to my neighbor for an hour about my experience. Again, WOW!!!! Ima break it down real simple and i truly believe my opinion holds some clout because i worked retail in an industry that required personality, knowledge of product, ability to dissect what a customer is saying and patience. I can not stress this enough, i have NEVER posted on any experience in any industry. Furthermore, the fact i cant just speak it, speaks volumes!!!! A very knowledgeable, cordial, patient and genuinely good young man named Stefan helped me and i vow from this day on i will not only NEVER shop elsewhere but i will make every effort to coordinate my visits will Stefans schedule. Think im exaggerating? Think this is a puff piece? LOL!LOL!LOL!!!! Ha!!! He did more than educate or explain..,,he listened!!!! As I shared with him what i was looking for, as i explained the flavor and styleI desired he provided in depth explanations and samples. I spent more than I intended despite his efforts to keep me in my financial comfort zone. Yes I spent but im set for months. Only downside is I dont need to go back. Bottom line, GGV in PL is the BEST!!! Best inventory, best prices, best staff....BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Ill be back and Ill bring friends....thanks GGV! Thanks Stefan! It was great. After a long bicycle ride I just wanted to sit and relax for a little while. The staff and other customers were pleasant also.

Been to a bunch of vape shops and id have to see the customer service here is sad. These guys pale in comparison to darth vapor.Another thing, I went to bring my friend who is a minor into the store, we were hanging out at the time and I needed juice, so he came in with me. The minute I enter the store, there is no greet, but imminently ask me for my ID and my friends. Since my friend was a 17, they kicked him out. I just want to point out a couple things here, the people working said that the owner doesnt want under aged people in the store. If the owner is reading this, I just want you to know that when a minor comes into a liquor store or a cigar shop, they arent asked for IDs upon entrance. Since vaping is still relatively new compared to the alcohol industry, there are no laws. If there were laws it would fall under the exact same statute which reads State law does not prohibit individuals who are under 21 from entering liquor stores. Minors may make purchases in a liquor store as long as they dont buy alcoholic beverages. Many liquor stores stock snacks and soft drinks You have the right as a business owner to kick people out of your store with out cause, but your employees do not. So next time you kick someone out of your store for not doing anything wrong, make sure your doing it. Please, have a little courtesy.I love law, and I love business, makes for a lot of fun when I see something like this.A side note. Your the only vape store I know of the kicks minors out. Not allowing someone to buy nicotineis one thing, kicking them out for doing nothing is another. Think about it.

Only bought my mod and tank 2 months ago...needed a replacement glass for tank...did not have...juices are getting expensive. ..and service to help poor...wont be back...just will order what I need online...too bad the business started off well when I started vaping 3 years ago...what happened?
