These people are scams. My friend had gifted me a gift card from this place. I called them and asked them if the gift card ever expires, and the associate told me “the gift card never expires” so I assumed I can go whenever I want to. So I decided to go there today, and when the lady saw my gift card she started blabbering in her language. Then she called someone and she said “it’s an old gift card and the people who issued this gift card has sold this business and we are new owners” I was like okay I understand that the business is sold and you guys took over but that doesn’t mean that you don’t honor my gift card. She was like “no we don’t”. I am so mad because first of all in America if you sell a business the new business can’t dishonor the gift cards that were issued earlier. I am sure things do transfer. To me it seemed like she was lying, she just didn’t want to honor the gift card(thieves). Stop y’all , this place even stank. It’s better to go somewhere else and give the business to people who actually deserve it, not to these thieves.

I was very impressed with the massage i received from Wendy even though it wasn’t a hour massage but because she did well I was like ok no big deal however upon leaving she begged for a tip for her services. I said I already paid and she goes that’s for company not me. Well I had just paid $70 for deep tissue and received about a 40 min massage and you want a tip? I handed her $6 and she then said “a little more” all in front of a customer who had just walked in to receive a massage I walked out. 2 minutes later the gentleman walked out as well and said she ain’t ****. Seems like she’s only going to run customers off with that type of professionalism. I would have been a for ever returning customer if this wouldn’t have happened. But she is a good massage therapist, for deep tissue massage.

She said yea available and she put me in the room and Im waited for 45mins more… . im still here waiting for my fiancé to finish his massage. hope they will return back my money coz we already paid for two person.

This was not a relaxing experience. She gripped way too hard and hurt me. She also was rubbing so fast and chaotic it did not feel like a normal massage. They charged me$63 not $60 for an hour and even though the experience was terrible I still tipped $7 and the lady begged for $10. I normally wouldn’t give a negative review but damn they deserved it

It was my first time trying at this Massage Art place since its right next to my house. The place look nice, but there is only 1 Chinese lady that’s working. I had 1 hour massage which is $60, but during my massage she leave the room 5 times to talk to the walk in Customers and answering her phone 3 times. I thought that was rude. Her English was a little, after I asked her to be more gentle. Or take it easy a little she said okay yet it’s still hard and firm. At the end of my massage, she asked if I will added tip. I said sure why not: added $5 on the card. She said “minimum tip is $10 here. I asked her is it a requirement tip amount? She said yes. So at the end she charged me $62. I asked what’s the extra $2 for. She said it’s a fee. Added on my $10 requirement tip total was $72 lol !!! Well it’s always nice to try a new place BUT do be careful anytime you try any Asian massage. Be sure to ask if there are going to be any extra fee charges or any requirement tips !!!

The ladies all give an excellent massages. They are all very professional and good at their job. Every time that I have been in, there have been two or three therapist working in the shop.

I called yesterday and she said come on in. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes...No one came out... called again today and the language barrier was horrible. all I kept saying was I would like a appointment Tuesday morning... she hung up

If you go here DO NOT get the Chinese lady she is disrespectful and will try to scam you for more money. I was told I had to pay a tip after paying 40$ for a 15 min massage (I set a timer) and then I was asked for a tip so I gave all my ones which was 4$ and she asked for more so I took it back and left. Idk how they do things in China but in america we are thankful for what we get/have. Wouldnt recommend this place to anybody ever.

Called and made an appt for 12:00. I arrived and she said it would be about 15 min and put me in a room to wait. Thirty min later I am still sitting in a room waiting. Got up to leave and then they start yelling come back we do now. Maybe it was just a bad day. Wont be back.

This was my first time at this location and it was great. The ladies were very nice and welcoming. They made me and my spouse BOTH comfortable. I loved the soothing atmosphere and would definitely go back!

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and I fell in love.. Definitely will be back!! Customer service was AMAZING & PRICE is reasonable..

Very relaxing and therapeutic. The only complaint is the language barrier. My massage therapist didn’t speak English well so it was difficult for her to ask question I could understand and vice versa.

Unfortunately this not a real massage place. A lot of rubbing, stopping for the phone, or to go speak to a customer who just walked in. Wasn’t relaxing, therapeutic, nor worth the price. Don’t forget the hidden “processing” fee that came out of no where.Won’t be visiting again.

I went for a one hour massage they charged me 60 I asked for a shower table they charged me 10 more and he just started caressing me and told me if I wanted a happy ending how much money did I have I told him just 20 for tips and he got very angry he said it was very He asked me for them in advance and when I gave them to him he said that was it, that next time he would bring more money and I left about 10 minutes after he arrived. I wont go back to that place. They want money from us.
