How great is it to have a smoke shop in the middle of a high quality shopping mall? Ive frequented just about every one of their locations in the Daytona area. These people know their stuff, they are the best! There is literally no reason to go anywhere else, and if you happen to be at the Pavillion, make sure to stop in and say hiiiiigh!

I love this place. I’m here about 2 times a week and the staff is always nice and helpful. They always have what I need in stock. I would definitely recommend this place for anything you need to put clouds in the air.

Medical Marijuana Card MMJ Patient came in with 60+ year old mother and he asked for a paper & cashier asked for ID & he told the mother to show the ID & she disgustingly said no nevermind i can’t sell it you if you don’t have your id. My mother said she wants to purchase something else and the cashier refused and was assuming my mother was buying it for me. We asked for an Owner but she refused to give contact information and she doesn’t have his information. After she started talking disrespectful to my elderly mom they starting arguing and I pulled out my ID and showed the lady that I have mine but I’m not going to show it anymore due to the disrespect & racist assumptions to a new customer. Will be filing a lawsuit as well.

They always have everything I need for my vaping needs. They definitely have the biggest and best selection of vape juice compared to all the other vape shops around. I love looking around and talking to the staff. They are always so friendly and helpful.

I buy my capes here normally because they are always awesome when I come in.

Said the wrong word. Had no idea I couldn’t say bong. Girl let’s me say it 3 times as I’m asking for a part and then says she won’t sell to me because I said the paraphernalia word. Now I get policies. But if I don’t know, you can’t say bong when I say it the first time you should say hey you can’t say that word. Not let me say it again and then refuse to sell to me. Didn’t seem very helpful in the beginning in general. Definitely would never use this store again. Being in a customer service business myself. I know how to handle customers and treat customers. The girl in this store definitely seems like one of the lazier employees I’ve met.

I didnt get help. The cashier was talking to another customer about her personal trip up north. Never acknowledged me. I waited, with my credit card in hand. She kept talking about wh a thighway and roads she took on her trip. Very rude.

The attendant was not very bright, asked for a product and she grabbed the wrong thing 4 times lol. She was also spreading misinformation about the RAW brand I was trying to purchase (which they didnt even have the product I wanted so I bought something else). After leaving the store and checking my receipt I noticed she charged me more than what my receipt said, on an already overpriced product.Ever since they became a franchise things have gone downhill. Plenty of other smoke shops so Ill just go there.

Great store, always has what Im looking for, and I go out of my way to shop here. Megan and Megan are always going above and beyond for me. Thats the main reason I shop here.

Usually a great place, but I had purchased a pen from them that the battery went out and would not charge after barely any use. Keep in mind this is the second time this happened with the same product. Went back to return it, again, the manager refused it and made me eat the cost of it because it was used a little bit. How do you know it works, if you dont use it? Seems they would rather cheat their customers than stand behind their products.

I went in not knowing really what I was looking for, one of the employees, Martin, noticed and greeted me and showed me around! It was so helpful, he was able to help me find the perfect item. He was really patient with me even though I had no clue what I wanted when I first got there. He was really thorough helping me make the right choice and I really appreciate that in customer service. It was just a great experience, definitely recommend, and talk to Martin while you’re there!

Bad experience with worker here the first time so i was kind of dreading having to go to this location again today, But Martin was very nice and educated on all your products. He knew all the prices and gave me good and helpful advice on a new piece. I will definitely be coming back the next time i need to add something to my collection. (The pickle caps are so cute)

New Staff makes environment more comfortable inside store as opposed to before.Honestly I havent been there enough lately.But my opinion of them now is with the new staff they may be worthy and deserving of another chance.Who wants to see another failed project in the pavilion?

Christine navigating me through finding me a new vape that was easy to handle and easy to refill. I appreciate it all the time she gave me and then set it up for me. The place is awesome so many choices clean as a whistle and I highly recommend just a visit in there.

This place is an actual joke… Big plain all black room filled with cheap glassware. My experience was terrible to say the least. The girl employee with purple hair was such a rude ignorant worker. The products that were purchased simply did NOT work. We were nothing but kind and patient and she was unprofessional and sarcastic the entire experience. We are experienced with smoke products and she tried implying that we weren’t just cause we were experienced enough to call her out on her bs. Safe to say they lost a good costumer! Would never recommend to anyone.UPDATE: THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW.. ITS FAKE HOW THE OWNER WOULD TRY AND DISMISS AN HONEST REVIEW! This was a REAL life experience at the PORT ORANGE LOCATION

The customer service here is outstanding! We had crystal help us out, she is equally knowledgeable as she is helpful! Not only is she amazing at her job, but she knew almost every customers name that walked through the door!

I enjoyed my time in there! It’s super clean and smelled wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with Crystal, she was so friendly and helpful! Went in wanting to spend $20 and end up spending $95 because of her! I highly recommend!

This is my favorite of all the locations, not just because its at the Pavilion, but mainly because of the service I get everytime from Martin. Hes always very knowledgeable about the products, deals and sales, and best of all he patiently goes through all of the options so the customer can make the best decision and purchase according to their needs. Im looking forward to this location expanding their incense and accessory collection as well!

I came in looking for a new water pipe and martin was working. he was very nice and well aware of all the different pipes and what they had to offer. i honestly only bought it because of how nice martin was and now i come in there regularly for anything that i need. whenever martin is there he continues to be very nice and welcoming.

Worst customer service and inferior products. Bought two brand new vape batteries and neither worked. Sales rep blamed the cartridge from trulieve. Cart was used no problem on other batteries. Don’t waste your time or money here

I went to petco and saw there was a vape shop next door. Decided to go in for a new pod coil. I was surprised to see the vast variety or juices and glass wear. The store was quite busy, more then four paying customers in store. The young lady behind the counter greeted everyone in a very timely manner (4 seconds or less) , helped everyone in correct order. And was every informed on the pricing and usage of ever item I asked for. Would highly recommend

Dallas is always so helpful every time I go in there. He helped me pick a vape and juice so I can kick cigarettes to the curb. So grateful. This is the only smoke/vape shop I will ever go to because not only are they friendly but always honest. He took the time to show me how to fill my vape and refill new pods.

Do not shop here, I went into this stores location in Port Orange to go buy a tobacco smoking pipe. A friend of mine had asked me to pick them up something as well, when I asked for the certain products that my friend wanted. I was told that I would have to wait while the employee asked the head employee or manager if they carry it. I was in confronted by the manager and told that I would have to leave the store and I could not purchase anything because of the item that I asked to purchase. It is related to smoking and it would be carried by such a dealer. They refused me service, I went to another tobacco dealer and was able to purchase all of the items I needed without any problems.

I’d previously been going to the store on nova because it was closer to where I lived but since moving I’ve been frequenting here and it is awesome! Great selection of products, super friendly workers, and the rewards program is a huge bonus as well!!
