Disabled veteran from Clovis, NM here showing utmost support once again for Pecos Valley in Portales, NM! Enrique assisted me a few times and I’ve always had a pleasant experience! The moment you step in you’re greeted with such friendless! Enrique’s a great listener to whatever pains/aliments I’m dealing with and seems very knowledgeable on the numerous products they sell! Out of all the cannabis facilities I’ve been to, I realize this is my favorite spot!

PVP is a pretty solid choice for cannabis in NM, but this location is particularly great. Staff are great, deals are good, and the quality is high. Enrique has been particularly helpful on multiple visits. He is patient and talks through the products taking into consideration all of my preferences without ever making feel rushed or forced into buying something. He and the staff here make sure their customers are connected to the product they need, whether that be a luxury brand or the fantastic hometown strains that very affordable. Nothing but love and respect for these folks. I will continue to be a patron for years to come.

I highly recommend this location to people with anxiety. The crew is all-around pleasant and have obviously been trained to deal with people with such ailments. They will answer all of your questions even if you have a million, and if you just want to get in and out quickly without fuss they are great for that as well. It means a lot to me that I can get my medication somewhere I am so comfortable and I will continue to return because of that.

Enrique was very helpful, friendly and polite when placing my order on the phone.I initially placed my order online on Sunday evening and it was deleted.He then explained to me how the online ordering process worksHe knew what products I wanted even though I didn’t know the correct gummy flavors because there were are several new flavors & he also told me if the gummy was an indica, sativa or a hybrid.All businesses need more employees like Enrique👍👍

Great customer service! It’s a treat to come into this store. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been very nice and very helpful! The environment they create makes you feel comfortable and at home. Austin was great and helped me choose the product I desired and was fun to talk to! Pecos Valley Productions is an awesome place to go. All of the employees are very well knowledge on their products and are always willing to spend time with you to help you with all your questions. Brandon and the rest of the staff are always a huge help. I’m often in and out in only a few minutes (as long as I know exactly what I want), because they’re well stocked whenever I’m in. I went into the Portales location today cuz my depression and anxiety were bothering me. Jackie, Lay, Anna, Rich, and Adrian all were there, talking and greeting me as usual (I’m usually in there four to five times a week) and they asked me what was going on. I let them know and they were all very kind and understanding. They gave me a pvp shirt and hoped I would feel better. They are hands down the best in the area and I’m so happy that they opened right down the street from me. I wouldn’t buy my medical canna anywhere else. Good job guys, and thanks again!

Nice people in portales just lack of knowledge... Portales Pecos has had moldy SPF preroles for three months now ... The product is not being taken off the shelf .. only exchanged when people bring it back in ... Mold will kill quick trying to make money and think about peoples lifes .... i have confronted GM and will be back to see to see if product is off the shelf ... and if all Pecos despencery are getting SPF preroles just know your smoking mold right now ..

They say medical patients get 20% off but thats a lie. They just dont charge tax, which is the same everywhere you go. The staff is okay. Theyre professional and not all stoned like in some places. But I hate liars, so Im going someplace else from now on.
