Not many options and small like a corner store

I bought a battery here for my vaporizer. I am happy we have a store like this.Im only giving it four stars because the place looks a little run down. They have the ability to use debit card so they are a modern vape shop.

My girlfriend and I were quite pleased with our experience here. Very knowledgeable about what we were looking for.Ben was wonderful to talk to and had us laughing, which made our experience that much more comfortable.Would come here again for sure!

Just stopped by to check them out and so glad I did. The selection is good and getting better, gentleman behind the counter knew his stuff and was friendly and professional. As I was leaving he was doing all he could to help a customer fix his mod. Definitely a new go to store.

Kelly is amazing. This is my favorite vape shop in maine!!! If they don’t have it she will get it in for you. You pay more sometimes but always fresh unlike other vape shops.

Pleasantly surprised with my experience. Being an older female, I have felt uncomfortable in the shop at times. Rachel assisted me with a lot of knowledge about the products, gave helpful hints, and instructions. Most importantly she talked to me on my level but not down to me.

I cant express how great this place is. Every time I had a problem Id stop by and whoevers working as always helped me out. The people who work there are just great🤩 only place I go and very good prices on their products..

Must visit! I went in and the people are great and the prices are too. I bought a 220w touch screen mod with a cloud beast King tank. Amazing price, and is very well made, Im super impressed.

Great shop in a great location! I used to have to go all the way to the Old Port to get my supplies! Always got parking tickets too! What an inconvenience! Matt knows his stuff and is always helpful!

I went in with my boyfriend so we could get started on the vape. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and kind. They werent pushy to make the sale which was awesome. We come back all the time. Sometimes it just to shoot the sh** and hang out and relax. The environment is great and relaxing. I would definitely recommend vaporcity. Ive been 7 days so far without a cigarette, and my boyfriend has been 2-3 weeks without a cigarette.

Staff are super helpful Billy is super knowledgeable they make you feel at home they have a great selection of e juice cool mods to choose from your one stop for everything you need. Love this place I cant picture myself needing to go anywhere else.

Was in there for 2 time the first time I asked for something specific and didn’t get it (battery’s 3000 mah, was giving 2865mah) then this time just to get coils, came out with a pod and bunk juice! Was told there the same price as online and the pod is powerful! Lol it barley works and I could of got it online for half the price! I will never go back they are some knowledgeable but if you don’t like or have what they do it’s a argument! I’m a loyal person and would of kept spending MONEY with them but you have lost about 100 a week not much but you won’t be getting it! Thanks for nothing DONT GO HERE there bullies

First time there. Newvto vaping. Kelly was nice. Very informative and concise. Place is clean and pleasant.

Extremely poor customer service. The person who was working started yelling at me after asking a question about the product he sold. Then after his poor tone I decided to leave after he made offensive comments about me. Then he proceeded to run out of the store to my car threatening to fight me telling me to get out of my car. At that point I drove off but it’s pathetic that ANY employee would try to fight a customer; will not be returning. Extremely disappointed as I have never had this happen at any other vape shop. Do NOT go here!! Then the Management team tries to cover there asses by saying we were asked to leave for inappropriate behavior, I wasn’t aware asking 2 different questions about there products was being “inappropriate behavior”

Great company with three locations Auburn,Raymond,and Biddeford knowledgeable staff nice selection of mods tanks rdas squonks starter kits to advanced they got it and the juice affordable highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service!

I was given incorrect information about the vaporizer I purchased. When I went to get a replacement part which they tried to sell me at point of sale. I was told its a all in one and can not replace any parts. I needed to buy a new one less then 2 weeks after buying the original.
