Owner is rude every time i come. They also decide whatever price they feel like. Youre better off putting your money in another local smoke shop that appreciates your patronage

Every time Ive spent money at this business I get ripped off. Products they have are not of good quality and the cashiers jip me. Dont shop here. Yall are a joke 0/0 go to the vape shop in Walmart shopping center. Way better.

Extremely friendly and always give better prices than most shops. The more you purchase the better deal you get. My bf got me 2 Elfbars for $40 then I got 1 a few weeks later and it was $26 just for 1. So, thats what I mean.

They know exactly what I want as soon as I walk in the door. The staff is extremely cordial and the establishment immaculately clean and well stocked .

The owner is rude I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff was expedient and courteous, the store extremely clean and the inventory was well-stocked. I was quite surprised how the merchandise was very affordable.

7 months ago I gave this store a 5 star rating and was a happy customer. Idk whats happened to this place during the past months but tonight was the last time I will spend my money here. Ive been having a problem with being overcharged for the same exact products that I buy here every 2 weeks. For about 3 months now, my total amount is a different amount everytime I go in there to make a purchase. First time it happened, I called to find out if maybe they raised their prices and left a voicemail in regards to my issue.... No call was ever returned to me. Kept going every 2 weeks for my usual (bag of tobacco @ $11.99 a bag and 2 boxes of tubes @ $3.99 a box....and still, my total amounts kept ranging from $25-$30 when normally my total would be about $22. Even spoke with one of the guys that works there and he did explain their prices went up a little but not to the point where a bag of tobacco and 2 boxes of tubes should be costing me $25 and up. Went in there tonight for the same 3 items and my total amount came to $27 and change. Thats it! Im done! Going back to the tobacco store where I used to shop at. Atleast there I know how much Ill be charged for the products I buy everytime I buy them.7 months ago....Loving this store now that its under new ownership/management. The new owners are very pleasant and polite and theyre now carrying all of the self rolling tobacco products that I have a hard time finding anywhere else.

I came into the store to buy some tobacco products. Clearly I was 3 to be helped with 2 customers in front of me. 4 more people walked into the store and the man at the register took the two in front of me and the 4 that came in behind me after he told me he take care of me after the second customer. I finally went and stood online for the man to tell me I should have done that when ivr never had to since Ive been shopping here. He attempted to apologize and when i felt it wasnt genuine he attempted to put a cheap lighter in my bag saying he was trying to make it right. Its a shame because the products they sell i cant find anywhere within a 10 mile radius. Needless to say i will never patron this location again and i will definitely let everyone i know about my experience.

There max flow vapes is Trash be careful they make you test before you leave for an excuse not to exchange or refund. Stop working before I even got home. They buying good vapes an defected vapes to get over on customers. They don’t care about your business as long as they get your money once.

Excellent variety of stuff. I went inside for a soda and left with a light up hookah, several trays, and posters! Their prices are the best I’ve seen around Richmond. You could go Christmas shopping at this place hah. Great customer service, definitely coming again.

They have what you need and then some!

I just came back from your store and while I was there I took my $1.00 off cupons that I get once a month from Marlboro. To my surprise I was told that after today that I could not use them anymore because she said they had to mail them in and that I needed my phone for the bar code and that it costs too much money to mail them in. Ive been a customer there for a very long time and I must say that I am disappointed with that.

I just bought a cart from here yesterday and when I went to go hit it, it tasted soo old and nasty like itd been sitting on a shelf forever and also the oil had changed colors very badly. I want a replacement or a refund..!

Prices are good. But there is a very nasty clerk there. So I chose to go when he`s not there.

Wouldnt waste my time going here even if you do find yourself here the lady inside with the long greying hair will insult you to the point where you refuse to spend your money there . Ive never experienced anything like this place walking in the door gets you an evil glare then actually asking a question just really ignites this lady I wouldve thought I walked into her house and made her mad somehow in no way shape or form was it a pleasant experience or even ran like a place of business. Worst experience in any store of any kind . True story save your money and just say prayers for her .

Cjs tobacco shop is one of the best tobacco stores I have been into. There is a family feel every time I walk in. They see me and already have my Blunt Ville and Green Game ready to go.

I was very impressed with the business.lots of products to choose from .The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and they have low prices. I would recommend this store to visit.

We come fairly often and the clerks are starting to recognize me, allow me to get sales I barely missed out on etc. They take care of regulars.
