My mother in law was in there shopping yesterday and because she didnt understand the guy behind the counter he began to argue and swear at her. We will never shop there again and never reccomend that anyone else go there.the man behind the counter was mean,rude,and COMPLETELY unprofessional. This may not sound important to people but my Whole family shops or rather shopped there until now,hope your outburst at a 60 year old woman was worth the 30 customers that will now go to and promote your competition

Super helpful and very friendly, they won’t steer you wrong. They know their stuff and will always answer any questions. I won’t go to any other store.

Out of the entire Epic Vapes brand, this is BY FAR the worst one. Constant disappointment is all Ive gotten from this place. Ive purchased 3 different mods from this location and none of them lasted longer than 6 months. They also decide to stop selling the coils and juices you buy regularly without warning. The owner never steps foot in his store because if he did, hed notice how unfinished the store is and how much less they have than the other stores. Ive been regularly buying the same juice and same coils for over a year and in that time frame, theyve all been discontinued. The only thing consistent about this place is their inconsistency and their awesome staff. Will not be returning.

Always a pleasure doing business here. Staff is always friendly and good to just talk to. You never feel rushed when trying new juice flavors and they are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend epic vapes any day.

Eric always goes above and beyond! Every time I go in he recommends something new that just come in and is on point every time! Very knowledgeable! Everyone go see Eric in St.Marys! He will get you right!

Staff is always positive and friendly, they treat you like a friend. Great selection of juices and everything from starter kits to more advanced kits! Highly recommend.

Dont spend your money here!!! Unless u want to buy clones at authentic price. Take the 10 extra minutes and go to Cas or somewhere that has a knowledgeable staff. These people will try to sell u display models at reg. Plus have no knowledge on any item they sell unless its a rx and a temple. They have lost a 50 to 70 dollar a week customer!!!!!!

Friendly staff. Nice selection of juice. Not the best prices on anything. Wish they would run more deals on juice. But they are the only game in town. No competition so they keep prices high.

I go here for my vape supplies on a daily. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have the best prices and amazing juice flavors and the men working there are incredibly nice and helpful!

Eric an employee of the store called me a liar and cussed me out..worst treatment I have ever had at a local business..I will never shop there again.
