I actually dont vape anymore. I met the manager a few years ago when she managed a different business. Shes great with her customers. I still visit her and see her interactions with customers. She is knowledgeable of the products and very easy doing business with. Her customers love her.

Disposables are literally trash stopped working after a week, 20000 puffs and the vape won’t even charge or turn on this was my first time going to the place and I’m disappointed 👎🏾

I just wanted to leave a review about my experience in this store today.Upon walking in I was greeted by a nice lady with a big smile, asking how she could help me.I wasnt sure what I wanted or needed but after speaking with Teresa, we figured out the best choice for me.She was very kind and knowledgeable and she had a great sense of humor. I will definitely be coming back to this store..

Great place to go if youre new to vaping or an experienced vapor. Great deals on juice (1 for $25, 2 for $40 on 100, 120ml bottles) and the customer service + knowledge of vaping is top notch! This is my go to for all my needs.

Very disappointing second visit. I was told that the product I was looking at was made in the USA so I bought it. Turns out, looking online and THE BACK OF THE BOX, it clearly says made in China. Im not very well versed in vapes so I mistakenly took her at her word and assumed she knew what she was talking about. We where both wrong.Thank you for your rapid response and clarification. I didnt buy the snow wolf. I bought the elf tank.

I left a bad review in the past due to the air conditioner being out for so long, but I love this place so Im changing my review. They always have my juice I vape and their selection is massive. They have a tester bar so you can try the flavors before buying. Huge selection of disposable bars and much more. Ive been a customer for 3-4yrs now

Had everything i needed, bought a mod, coils, battery and vape juice. Prices were much lower than surrounding vape stores.

Kelly and Shelby are absolutely amazing! Theyre extremely helpful and professional and nice!! Ive never had any problems up there! Wonderful atmosphere always feel at home! Would reccomend this shop to all friends and family alike ❤️

Trish was great when she was here. Mitch was good. Anslie was funny and knew a lot. Mike knows everything and is hilirious. Dave is super cool. Britney was a mini boom boom who was the best. But let me tell you about Kelly and Shelby. They are freaking amazing. The know everything. Their attitudes are great. The product is great. The prices are amazing. They are the best Big House employees ever. This shop is a family shop. They are like sisters to me and all the customers. I love them here

I knew absolutely NOTHING about vaping (still don’t know much about it—but that’s not the point) and Patrica definitely showed me what I needed to know, seeing how I’m starting off as a novice. Her product knowledge is BEYOND unbelievable, she can throw out recommendations to fit your daily needs with ease. At first it sounded like complete rocket science but she was patient and took her time with me, broke everything down to a much simpler science so I can understand what it is that I was looking for, whats recommended and what will fit my daily needs. When it came to the juices, she literally gave me the tour like it was a wine tasting and I personally found it pretty funny but extremely helpful. Asking what my favorite flavors were, if I enjoyed custard, certain fruits, sweet or tart; it was unbelievable how quick she could just pick up a bottle after I gave my answer. She’s definitely a professional in her craft and I highly recommend driving out to Starke to see her if you don’t live in the area.

Employees are very accommodating. Even offered to stay open a few minutes later so I didnt miss out on juice. Great prices. Only place I go. You would almost pass it. Put it into maps for sure.

Randy was very knowledgeable about everything and very friendly. Worked well with me as I am a very difficult Person to deal with but he never got mad or lost his patience with me at all. I really like this place. The owner of the store happened to be there the last time I went and he is very knowledgeable about anything vape. He help my wife select exactly what she was looking for. The prices are way better than the shops I had been going to.

I bought a set up from Trish and Britney today. I was amazed by the knowledge they had. I love my new Alien Kit and the love of my life loves his new RX 200s. Their liquid selection is the largest i have seen

This is the most Amazing staff ever. They are young but not intitled. Their knowledge base is incredible. The conversation is always great. They are like a family not just a store. This is what every vape shop should be like.

I was recommended the Voopoo drag. And absolutely loved it. And Ive won the Voopoo drag 2 via their Facebook contest. And its amazing. And Ive had the best customer service ever. They go out of their way to answer every question Ive had. In detail. I feel like my vaping experience with them as exceeded every expectation because of their help. I love love love Kelly and the whole family at the big house of vapors! Never had a bad experience. And their prices top any price Ive ever seen in a vape store honestly. Great place to go for all your vaping needs Patricia is one of a kind and knows her stuff she is so pleasent and will help and talk with you about the products and juices she will ask you what you like and go over the brands and all with you. We enjoy going here for the fact that its not like all the other vape shops where they ask what you want and basically like get your stuff and get out but make you feel like they actually wanna go you and want your business. Make you feel like family. She knows her stuff about building the tanks and if she doesnt she will ask someone who does

Terrable store. Will never go agine. They acused my mom of stealing.over charged us after they said we get a discount 3 for 45. And charged us almost a 100 dollars cuz they said she stole and charged us for it and didnt tell us. And refused to give a receipt. Called the manager of the store and Nicely told him what happend. He yelled at me.and when he called the store the employees lied to there boss and made us to b lires. Last time I ever go cant even get my money back. Going to get my lawer to what can b done. Wont recommend to anybody.....

Im new to vaping and just quit smoking cigarettes about 6 months ago and the staff have been extremely helpful in finding whats best for me. Not to mention theyre always so chill and patient they really make it a pleasant experience when I go in there i actually look forward to it!
