Experience was good. Don’t like the fact that my senior citizen dicount can not be used with specials . Every other business gives you a discount no matter if its on sale or not. When I started coming there when you opened I was able to get the senior and happy hour both.
I really enjoy going to Valley Park . The lady officer that works there is so chilled. She makes you feel safe and comfortable. She’s an open doors for customers she’s just helpful overall. Don’t get me wrong the bud tenders are great as well but she’s super sweet. I see a lot of the reviews are about the bud tender but let’s not forget about the Security she works her tail off also. She the best guard ever .
What happened to this place? At one time this was the best dispo in St Louis with so many knowledgeable and happy budtenders. Now the budtenders here have 0 knowledge about the products they sell and dont seem interested in learning they only know how to shove their iPad in your face and say you pick. I dont know what has changed here in the past couple months but I will not be back. Your company is showing you care nothing about the user experience. Your brand is nothing more than the gas station service of weed.
My first visit here will make me a repeat customer. Jamie was fantastic. There was a deal online that I couldnt take advantage of during my pre-order, but Jamie was able to work some magic and got me a great deal. I will definitely be back!

As the first time Id ever been in the store, I was not given 30 seconds to just download the store when I walked in before immediately being bombarded with what do I want to buy? What am I looking for how much do I want?Well, Im an out-of-state customer. So Im not used to the store. I wanted some time to go over a menu. The employee holding the tablet would not give me said tablet to go over the menu. He told me to look it up on my phone. So I just left

Yall really had a staff meeting during store hours? I drove all the way there and then was told that you closed early for a meeting… why would you do that, what company isn’t willing to pay their employees the extra hour for a meeting before or after close? It wasted many people’s time who also drive all the way there to then be turned away. 3 people not including me were turned away within the 5 min I was there. That’s a major loss of business.

Great place, always nice prices and all-around amazing staff. Only issue Ive ever had happened today. Medical patient...medical receipt is stapled on the bag already from my online order. I know the price is $101.46, but was charged as a recreational customer. Mistakes happen and Jamie was happy to resolve the issue as best she could. Lesson learned...always show your medical card immediately upon walking in and to mention Im picking up a medical order.

I get unique and differing recommendations every time I come in and am often at a loss trying to pick from their line of products. it’s always a polite and conscientious atmosphere when it comes to one’s personal privacy and the process is discrete for anyone who is uneasy about public appearances, and a local shopping mall is right next door with open and convenient parking. Every product I have been recommended has been of exceptional quality, and prices are comparable to what I have otherwise been used to, if not more affordable than some other midwestern states.
