I stopped into Rock & Smoke Vernon for the first time over the weekend. I had been to a couple other places trying to find a new concentrate vape unsuccessfully. I was immediately greeted by Amber who was very friendly. She was also extremely well educated about the different products. What REALLY floored me though was that I was willing to spend more but she actually recommended a product that was a bit cheaper & was better suited to my needs. The selection, prices & staff are fantastic. I tried the Grateful Headshop before Rock & Smoke & was very disappointed

The atmosphere and knowledge of the staff are surpassed by none. Everyone is friendly as well helpful. The attitude of one employee stands out in particular and that is Amy. Her bright, cheery smile and willingness to help are an example for all. It is truly a pleasant experience to visit this store. I highly recommend it.

Love the sweetness of the employees. Always has what I need if not they order it and always contact us when it arrives. Always letting us know when new products come in as well as very neat and clean and organized never a mess.and prices are very well reasonable.

Body product out the box would not work when to return it was not helped at all spoke with the manager the next day who proceeded to be rude and disrespectful swear at me and call me names horrible customer service there I would definitely love to speak with their owner or somebody higher up I would not recommend shopping there at all

Great store with plenty of product. Great staff. Fair prices. They have a large variety of wraps including hemp wraps, a good selection of pipes and all kinds of accessories. Ask for the product you like if they dont have it and theyll actually get it.

Store has a really cool vibe. The employee Amy was super cool and fun to talk to.

Vape cartridge battery choices is limited to (3) bad choices.The new female behind the counter was beyond rude, the entire time to a returning customer. Rhymes with witch.I went home and ordered (2) online and ended up with a great discount and 2 day shipping.If you can’t be civil, don’t work around humans.I don’t do business with mannerless entities. Super friendly, engaging staff as usual. Very knowledgeable about new items. They even have an adult scavenger hunt with fun prizes for smokers! Cant get much cooler than that!

90% of the staff is mad cool except for the black one, she couldnt even bring herself to acknowledge us standing at the register, we had to go ask for service D she stood there pretending we werent there! And the ability to restock the clear tubes is astonishing. Better off at the rocky hill location, no staff issues and no restock issues! This location seems to be left in the wind as far as management goes in comparison to there sister store

A smoke shop with a large selection of products for youre vape or medical cannabis needs (with the exception of medical cannabis itself, obviously). The shop has a really cool vibe with murals on the walls and trendy music coming from the speakers. Most of the staff is very helpful and pleasant but there have been more than a few times where some have acted VERY rudely. This seems to have tapered down recently but I actually stopped going there for a time as one female and one male clerk had some of the worst attitudes Ive ever encountered in the customer service field. Lately, theyve been super on point and courteous so I changed my original 3 star rating to a 4 star one. Hopefully that trend continues because this is truly a very nice shop thats worth a visit!

Went in to use the ATM and than asked about some of the products in which she was very knowledgeable and showed some new things that she thought was better for my situation so I got her suggested items and it has been working for me very well definitely going back

Lady A rocks fully engaged me and educated me about everything I wanted to know. Hemp products, vaporizers no dumb question went unanswered. I have found my happy place.

These guys always take Great care of me! I always feel welcome and not uncomfortable asking questions if I dont understand how something works, or if Ive seen something new and I dont know the correct nomenclature of it, they bare with me until I figure it out or they do!I never feel as though Im being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge, nor do they kill my wallet which is always awesome!I do cheat on them occasionally, but only with their Super Store! Customer for life!

I won’t lie the first time I came here, it was very busy and it seemed like they were just trying to get customers through the line, which I understand but I missed the friendly customer service aspect. My last 2 times here have been AMAZING experiences with the staff! I’ve been helped out now by 2 seperate employees and the customer service has been outstanding my last few visits. I highly recommend Rock and Smoke to anyone in the area, they make you feel like family from the start.

I absolutely love this place for all my vape needs. Always up to date products and the ejuice section is constantly growing. Ive been a customer for 3 years and the staff is always up beat and knowledable. The only problem I have is the low amount of coils that they have in stock(not the amount of different kinds) but the stock of coils is always too low and sometimes I have to go to another vape store and purchase over priced coils or buy cigarettes in hope they will get the coils in. The rewards system they have is definitely a plus and I hope they keep it. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Very poor customer service , every time I go in to the store the employees don’t seem to interested in trying to help you. Also I bought a vape from them and they sold me a mod that doesn’t work with it. When trying to exchange it they said I could only change it to a different mod which they don’t have any other mods! So I asked to exchange it for liquid or anything in the store for same price and they said no! Terrible terrible experience ! Buy online much cheaper!

They have good stuff but have some large price tags. Dont go here for Vapes..they dont have a big selection and what they do have is out dated and still overpriced. Customer service isnt very good, me and 2 other customers were waiting 15 minutes for help with what we needed to buy. There was only 1 person working behind the counter. If you have nowhere else to go, then go here but id recommend Smokers dream world in manchester for your vape purchases. Go to rock n smoke for glass.. if you have the cash.

They were very helpful in finding me a good e-cigarette to quit smoking cigarettes. Spent a lot of time with me and set everything up. Convenient to Rockville and right off the highway. Ill definitely be back because of their big collection of e-liquid.

Rock & Smoke is a magical land full of great products and even better employees. They have every flavor of wraps you could think of. They also have a huge selection of glass pieces. Russ (who is the man by the way) is always a pleasure to speak with, hes friendly and knowledgeable of every product they carry. Russ and another employee helped me and my boyfriend select a dry herb vape, and Im not going to lie, we took forever to make up our minds. All and all Rock & Smoke is the place to go for all of your smoking needs, and wants. Again Id like to give Russ a huge shout out for always having our backs!

Awesome selection of bongs. Guaranteed to walk out with a good sized (over 12 inches, 8 inches, etc) glass bong for $40. Staff was very helpful.

The website for this company is a joke. They dont have any pictures of the stuff they have in stores or any information period! All they show is the brands of stuff they carry. I dont want to drive an hour to a store that has nothing I want or need when I could of easily found that info out on the website.

Excellent selection of smoking devices, vaping flavors, devices, super helpful customer service.

Finally a store that carries 100% VG juice. Cool environment and chill people. Lots of accessories to buy and the wall art is wicked nice!
