I am hesitant to even post a review because I want to be able to book Tegan whenever I feel like it and she is already so popular, but Earth and Water is like heaven on earth. I first heard about their 90 minute massage (with paraffin booties on your feet!!!) from another business owner in the area who told me it was the best massage she had ever received in her life- and I couldnt agree more!The new space is so welcoming and cozy and it just has that amazing relaxing spa smell the second that you walk in the door. Tegan is warm and friendly and just so good at what she does, I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. I ride my peloton a lot and Tegan is great about working out the crazy muscle soreness that I get in my legs and IT band, and I always leave Earth and Water feeling like a million bucks and feeling truly pampered.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the decor is lovely and modern. My mom and I went here for a massage, and the whole boutique was full when we got there, so Im glad we had made an appointment. The talented technicians/ladies do nails (manicures and pedicures), hair, and massages (there are only 2 aetheticians, so keep that in mind when booking). The spot is easy to find, however, the parking is along the back, so you habe to turn down an earlier street to park in their lot. Although, their site and their appointment confirmation already states that, so it was very helpful. Our masseuse was Tegan, and she was very accommodating, and very professional. Our sessions with her were very relaxing and we both enjoyed the massages, so we would like to come back when we can.

Had a custom facial with Leanne, it was amazing & easily the best facial/massage I ever had! The space is so clean calm and relaxing. Will definitely recommend and be going back!

I absolutely love coming for my monthly massage at Earth and Water Spa! The first time I called, Leann was so helpful and even willing to buy cotton sheets for me due to a fabric allergy I have. I knew in that moment that I could trust the spa would take care of me. Im so lucky to have found my massage therapist, Cassie. She is kind, thoughtful, and always goes above and beyond to ensure I have the best experience. Her pressure was perfect right from the start and since I started seeing her regularly, Ive noticed less neck tension, more fluidity in movement, reduced seizure activity (from a previous condition) and overall I feel less stressed. Id recommend Cassie and her magic hands to everyone. She really is the best.

Im thrilled about this place! The massages and facials are absolutely fantastic. Leanne is incredible at what she does. I struggled with skin issues for months, even after seeing a dermatologist who couldnt help. But thanks to her, my skin is now beautiful again! ❤️

Love Cassie! she is always on time, and knowledable about her practice. She offers good stretching exercises to do afterwards.

The most beautiful little spa with the best massage therapist around. Leanne is wonderful. I have recommended her to about 7 different people, all who tried her out and now wont go anywhere else. Worth every penny to have some rest and relaxation and feel 100% better when you leave. You have to try it! You wont be disappointed. Plus, supporting a woman owned, local business is always nice!

I had the best massage of my life by Leanne. This is a bold statement, I’ve been to many spas in Boston and spas on getaways traveling but Leanne provided the best experience from start to finish. To start she has a great calming demeanor, really listened to my needs/wants for my massage and had an incredible technique. I can’t recommend her enough! Earth + water spa is adorable and I loved the decor. It was a fantastic experience overall and I can’t wait to go back!

This is a lovely little oasis in downtown Wakefield. I absolutely love it here and Leanne is fantastic. It’s by far my favorite spa for facials and massages. The decor, ambivalence, and cleanliness are all top notch! Highly recommend!

I had the very best experience at earth + water spa with Leanne. I typically only get massages when Im on vacation and decided to treat myself on a day off and I am so happy that I did. I had a combo massage/facial and it was better than any destination spa I have been to. The spa is beautiful and serene....this is truly a hidden gem in Wakefield!

The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience as wonderful as can be. The infrared sauna has helped heal my body aches in just a little over a month. The decor is so modern and gives such a cozy feeling. I highly recommend this place!

I live near this spa but I’ve become a loyal customer due to the quality of service from Leanne. I’ve had massages, facials, and I am a regular of the sauna. I’m always greeted warmly and leave feeling relaxed. I would drive a distance for this experience but I’m glad I don’t have to!

My first time was for a 90 minute hot stone massage with Tegan. Tegan is amazing and the massage was amazing. It melted everything away 😊. I plan on being a frequent customer. I also highly recommend trying the infared sauna if you havent - another great way to melt away stress and anxiety - along with many other health benefits.
