Customer service is great, if by chance they dont have what you are looking for, they will call other stores to find it.

Ive only been here a couple times but the staff has been friendly and prompt every time, so I feel they deserve 5 stars.

They have no return policy because they sell shoddy products and even if they check them before you leave, it’s you who will take every loss. Unless you like taking the chance of throwing your money down the drain, go elsewhere.The employee assured me that she could tell the vape I purchased would not malfunction as the one I bought the week prior did. She assured me. Within a couple hours, it was malfunctioning and leaking hot oil and making sounds like it was going to explode.When they say buyer beware, they mean it.

Lady was extremely rude and used inappropriate language with me. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely won’t be going to this location again.

Very friendly and smart staff. Walk in to just look they have a good selection of stuff and always willing to answer any questions you might have.

I love buying my cigarettes and tobacco and tubes cheapest place in Alpena Wyatt and the girl manager here in Alpena are the greatest servers ever they make sure ur satisfied b4 u leave the store I have won the top prize of 25 dollars in the drawing beginning of every month by signing ur receipt and phone number and puttin it the container I was surprised when they called and said I won cuz the container is always jammed packed cuz they do a lot of business they r great but I do compliment Wyatt and the girl manager of both Chisholm and state st shops(SORRY not good with names!!!)excellent work u 2 u r the best ever wont go anywhere else 4 smokes UNLESS yall dont have my 100s!!!!😁🌞
