She is why I don’t shop at any other smoke shops!

Always my first choice. This shop is the cheapest in town on my vapes (breeze)! Lacy, Aimee, and Lance have all provided excellent customer service and have amazing attitudes towards customers. They even went through a tote box for me one morning for my preferred vape!

The staff always messed up your items, especially during curbside delivery. Your points dont matter because they keep losing them and you get nothing for them. The staff is often rude and catty and need a reality check and thus is why everyone is leaving and going to Wild Wild West

Sold me a couple vapes they dont carry coils for consistently. Told truck would have them on it. Waited a total of 3 weeks before just requesting them to order them for me. Was told Id get a call when they came in. Bought my coils offline and shipped to my house...still waiting for that call

You need to come to Wild Bills because of the excellent customer service and excellent products! I wont shop anywhere else in Alpena!

Nice staff, great selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. Also carries CBD w/ enhanced THC. Gummies. And other edibles. Best selection in town. Glassware is very impressive too.

It looked really nice in there and they had some cool things but I got a $50 concentrate grab bag and it came with all dry herb stuff besides a nectar collector and one of the bowls was cracked. Not satisfied with my purchase.

Wish I could give them a 0. For a vape that I can get for $4.99 they tried charging me $17. They rip you off worse than any vape store I have ever been to! Absolutely disgusting how bad they get down on you.
