Awaken Spa is a hidden gem in Madison County, and if you havent already visited, you are missing out! The staff is exceptional, friendly, professional and kind. The services are above and beyond what you could expect from a small town. We utilize the float tank (membership is the way to go!), as well as the zero gravity massage chair (so lovely, and you can pay by the minute so you can get exactly as much as you need) and more. As a woman, extra hair is very uncomfortable, and the staff have helped make my experience with hair removal nothing short of amazing. The results speak for themselves, and there is no pain, scarring or anything negative to say. I cant recommend Awaken Spa enough, give them a shot. You will be THRILLED you did!

Awaken is a local, female owned business that strives to provide top-notch service. And they succeed! The staff is friendly and professional. The products and technology they use are of the highest quality. The Societe skincare line and Venus Glow facial are great. I’ve had massages, facials, and float tank sessions and will have many more!

I visited Awaken today for that of a hour float and 30 minute massage. I found the customer care and service to be top-notch, all encounters friendly, and informative! I very much felt a great sense of gratitude after the magnificent float and would highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a mental, physical, or spiritual reset! The massage was equally as relaxing, too. I wish I had caught the names of individuals who were present, aiding me in both services, but I did not; regardless, they all deserve kudos for their excellent customer service! I will certainly return for more floats!

Let me start this by stating that the service providers here are amazing, they are extremely welcoming, they greet you at the front door with a smile , I would give the service providers here a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the owner of the spa on the other hand, is a different story. I went in for a Venus Versa Glow Facial, I have a registered service dog that I bring with me everywhere I go. That was apparently a problem , JB violated my rights with my service animal and was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me about my service animal. Only to find out that SHE BRINGS HER OWN DOG IN THAT IS NOT A REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL. I am extremely disappointed with this behavior as I would love to continue supporting my service provider but I do not feel safe or comfortable walking in this building. As a business owner, you should know and understand the state laws and not violate your clients rights, especially new clients. Absolutely do not recommend spending your money here.

Just had a leg wax with Mattisyn and she was so sweet! She did an amazing job and got literally every single hair and triple checked, she even tweezed the single last hair she found 🤣 i will definitely recommend this spa to my friends and family and I’ll be coming back for sure! Good vibes and good prices

I’m not under investigation, I don’t do anything illegal and I don’t harass you. I contacted you 1 time to correct what your employee Emily does and instead of correcting it you condone her behavior. I will never contact you again and I will let the community know another way on how you do your business. You never called me back until I started writing reviews about your company. You can bash me all you want, there’s nothing to investigate, I don’t do nothing illegal and I have only contacted you 1 time and I have only returned your phone call one time so a total of 2 times I contacted you. That’s not harassment and I’m definitely not lying when I told you that Emily contacted her husband while I was at your spa last Thursday. Nothing I said is a lie. Good luck to you Lady

I booked an appointment for a facial today with Mattisyn and it did not disappoint! She was very professional and I came out feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend Mattisyn and Awaken Spa!

Emily is my girl to go to. Ive been with her twice. This is a must have monthly occurrence for me. Not only are these facials therapeutic but my face is GLOWING and break out less. She takes her time, is extremely informative throughout the whole process, and I always leave SOOOO relaxed afterwards. Thank you soooo much!

I do the float tank and I absolutely love it! The people there are always so nice and helpful. I refer Awaken to people all the time.

This was my first time getting deems planing and it exceeded all expectations. I started my visit with the anti gravity massage chair. I have never really cared for massage chairs, but this one is worth every dollar paid. It found and worked out knots in my shoulders that I wasn’t even aware was present. There are various settings, adjustments, and pre-set options to choose from and the menu is readily easy to navigate through. I chose the work life massage and man.. What an experience! I’ve had multiple massage memberships and I promised this massage was just as relaxing. I then had a dermaplaning service done with Kayla and she was so careful with my skin. We had great conversation and she made me feel comfortable with being a first timer. Needless to say I will definitely be back.

Awaken is a wonderful medspa and I felt that my skin was handled with care. My skin was glowing after getting dermaplane. I will definitely be coming back to try all the other services!! Also, the massage chair in the lounge room is a miracle worker. I had no idea I had that many knots in my body!

10/10 would let Lindsey laser me again. The soprano machine was painless and she was Uber professional
