I dont come through Caldwell often but i saw this vape store had good reviews, I met the manager, Jana, who wasnt helpful. She seemed a bit lost when helping me and really rushed through my time there. I left and wasnt really satisfied with my purchase once I tried it

Well,not from around here and everyone has been super nice,I loved that they had a variety and so I got 2 vapes,the employee never said anything to me about the policies or make sure they work and was already in a hurry to see a loved one in the hospital and bever thought about it. Get out of town and realized the Evobar that I purchased smelled really bad to the point I had to put it in the box and then tie it up and put it in my trunk. Came all the way back from temple and the employee then tells me sorry once you leave,there are no returns anc clearly took my vape and smelled it and said ya that smells really bad I can do another one for 25% off🤬🤬🤦‍♀️. I Will never go back,honest business and loyalty goes a long way! Be good to ALL customers,NOT ALL OF THEM ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!!!

The BEST vape shop in our area. They have a wide selection of vapes and their customer service is impeccable. I have visited a few times with Emma working. I am very indecisive and never know what I want. All I ever have to do is tell Emma what flavors I am into and she gives great recommendations. She even got me hooked on my new favorite!!

I really love this store its a great place to buy Vapes cigarillos CBD and other great items you may want however I do want to suggest that buzz and vape shop invest in hemp wraps I do believe that it would be a great profitable investment.

They have done a very nice job putting this store together. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don’t know about a product they have no problem telling you they’re not familiar with it, stead of lying about it. They will look it up if you need more info.
