I have had a great experience here every time I’ve came in. The staff is super friendly professional and knowledgeable. I buy the disposables and there are so many to choose from but the staff here make it very easy to find a vape I am always happy with. Juan is one of the staff that has helped me several times and he’s always made my experience 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you guys!

The clerk working at the time was very friendly and helpful, felt very welcomed despite me being anxious/nervous (as I’m new to vaping) over all great experience and this store specifically will be my main one!

My man & I LOVE this shop. We avoid VAPE & the Nampa Vapor Loft like the plague if we can help it. This location has the MOST helpful, knowledgeable, kind staff in the valley. Specifically, we love Chaise, and the bearded man, whom, shame on me, I can not remember his name right now; but we love him too! Anyways, they sell single coils, not just packs, which is so helpful and affordable. They also sell my favorite juice line (Noms) 120 ML bottles for $20, which is fantastic compared to other stores where they charge $25 - $30 for the same bottle. They usually have a great disposable & juice selection. Pretty good Mod/ tank selection, too! I also love that they sell really cute key chains, bobble heads, sentscy melts/ sprays, wraps/ papers, cool insence burners, and they have a good incense selection too! They also have a decent size collection of very nice glass pieces of all kinds. Also always have a decent selection of discount juices! Hands down best vape shop in the valley, with killer staff to match!

Brian and Whitney were awesome. Talk about amazing customer service. Down to earth people who know the struggle and for that reason Ill be bringing my business here!

I went there last week knowing very little about my refillable geek vape and the coils needed for my tank. Juan was not only helpful, he was friendly and had an answer to every question I had. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a vape shop. Thanks Vapor Loft!

I love their selection of disposable vapes. They always have what I want and and it’s a huge selection. They’re a little bit more pricey than the other vape stores.

The two reps on shift tonight at 8pm were both 100% amazing , knowledgeable and friendly ! 3 big things I always love having at a place I spend money . I used to work in the industry as a manager of a vape company and I will say hands down vapor loft is the top dog of idaho for service and products, this particular location is now forever the spot I will go ! Only thing I could say I wish was that there could be points toward us disposable lovers, but thats not a deal breaker with the amazing service provided by the employees that i just received. Kudos to Whitney and her team they are amazing people!Thank you guys for keeping my habit fed with tasty options and treating me like a known good friend .

Fair prices and kind staff and I have to give one person extra kudos. Whitney has always been kind but today she reminded me why I need to see her when Im shopping for juice. 3 or 4 times Ive had others help me with juice and it always is bad but Whitney has never been wrong she always listens an helps me find just what I need .. shes amazing

This place is awesome! I came into Vapor Loft after being out of the vaping scene for about 5 years. I wanted a new mod/tank setup and popped in here to check them out. I was greeted Levi. He was absolutely awesome. He recommended me the Geek Vape Aegis X. I made my purchase and went back to work. I ended up having some issues with the mod and came back the next day. He was super helpful and apologetic that I had an issue. He promptly got me swapped out with a new mod and went on my way. Levi is an awesome employee and most definitely deserves recognition. Great employees are hard to come by these days and he is definitely one of them. I will definitely be coming back to Vapor Loft. Thanks guys!!

Edit: I was informed via a reply to this review that my coils (and device!) would be made available at the store. I have updated my 3 star review to a 5 star for excellent customer retention and service.They didn’t have the coils I was looking for (Nord Pro) but the lady inside was super friendly and apologetic.

Sold me the wrong coils and broke my tank then told me there is nothing they can do other then refund the coils.

Our service when we walked in there was great. Levi and. Chaise did a great job helpping my husband and i we felt very welcomed also and very friendly. They were very understanding and took the time with us to explain to us about the vaps. They were great people i would rate them more then a 5 start.

Chaise was very helpful. The staff in general are always kind and happy to help. (The staff at other vape stores we have been to have not been welcoming at all.) I love the variety of things in this store. Its always really fun to shop around.

I personally have been a regular of Levi and Whitney for years now. I always receive excellent customer service when I come to the store, they have both helped me find the right device and help me with find a good flavor juice for me. Anything from figuring out whats wrong with my device to changing the wraps on my batteries. Overall best vape shop Ive ever been to and would recommend to anyone whos vapes.

Wife and I walked in to get and idea of what’s what with vaping. The staff that were working that night were so helpful. They eased our concerns and even pointed us in a direction to start. Got us hooked up and gave us a lesson o how to maintain our equipment. Amazing flavor selection and didn’t sell us any products they wouldn’t recommend for beginners. Love the staff and the experience. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely gonna be a frequent customer. Keep it up guys 🤘🏻🤙🏻

Love this place they are always friendly and helpful! Today they went above and beyond I ran in to get a vape and my daughter was in the car with the dogs. One of the workers sat and watched my car because there was some weird guys who creeped me out. Awesome place ! Always tip people

Bought several hard to find mods at the Vapor Loft in Caldwell. Everybody was friendly and I got a good deal too! I will be coming back to this vape shop for sure.

Staff is very friendly and makes great suggestions for flavors. Whitney was super to interact with and described the “fizz” flavor enhance drops perfectly. They’re definitely “spicy” in the same way that McDonald’s sprite is “spicy” 😂

Great staff and good products.Even though the staff members that I have dealt with has been great, Levi has always went the extra mile. Very knowledgeable about the products and his recommendations have always been spot on.

I go often to get vape juice and accessories for my husband and the staff is very helpful and friendly:) this is the only shop we go to and everyone is quick and seem actually happy to have you come in! The prices are fair and they have quite the selection.

Chase and Levi are always super awesome and always know what I want. They create the best atmosphere and always make the place feel extra welcoming.
